I had a Sears repairman fix my dishwasher. After he fixed it I had a leak under the dish, washer dripping into the basement. I called to get the repairman back. I applied to Sears for what they call an MCA position. I wasn't particularly happy with the pay and the application was ridiculous. It took forever to do online and asked some of the same questions repeatedly. Sears is now owned by a hedge fund. What's usually the case is sears will be milked dry for those quarterly returns. Policy is now never give a sucker ( in this case consumers) an even chance. Capitalism ala hedge funds. Add comment

I was once an associate at Sears and their management is absolutely horrible. They are discouraging all their customers by poor customer service. They are unorganized and very untidy. I used to get customers that would ask me when is Sears closing down because they have closed many Sears stores recently. The company isn't doing as good as they were in credit and they push credit too darn much.... Read more

I've had 5 failures on my Kenmore Waterheater (4 within 1 month). I have a Service Warranty and have to wait a minimum of 2 days without hot water before a tech will arrive. I grew up with Sears but sadly they no longer have customer service. They are incapable of truly resolving issues created by their poor quality sub contractors. I would never recommend Sears to anyone & have no intentions to ever mAje another purchase from them. There is no pride on any level and this will run Sears into the ground in a very short time!!!! My landlord ordered a fridge from sears. I was told to wait from 8am to 5pm on a Friday for the fridge. It had not come by 2pm so I called sears.
