I give up. Can't seem to get part ordered for my vaccume . Its only a little over a year old. I'm a house keeper and now I'm loosing money. I will never waste my time or money at sears ever again. This is the Asheville NC mall location. I will do business at Saniway on Haywood rd from now on. I DON'T FORSEE THEM STAYING IN BUSINESS FOR LONG! Add comment

This range is 5 years old but has never held an accurate temp in its existence. I am currently trying to bake at 275 for 4-5 hours. My current setting is 335 to get it close. It is running 270-280. It also now only has one shelf in the lower oven (dual ovens) as the sides have warped out so bad that the racks just fall down without a load. I was called to extend my service agreement on 3 appliances for the length of time that I put on the mower I just purchased which was 3 years. I said ok price seemed reasonable. I had a problem with the micro wave oven they were there 5 times replace part and removal of the said parts. Then they wanted to sell me a new display board I said fine and they said that there is no warrantee and I will have to eat it if it does not work. We have been waiting two weeks for delivery of a hot water heater! First, they sold us the wrong one and made us wait another week. Yesterday, Sears' installation plumber went to the store and NO HOT WATER HEATER there for them to pick up. The plumber gets paid by Sears anyway but no one does my laundry, cleans my greasy dishes, or cares about this consumer. Sears sucks!!! Sears customer service... Read more

Website would not filter for local pickup only for 40" tv. They had several shoen online but you click and it says "out of stock". I called the store for a 40" TV, but he said he wouldn't just go look at what they had and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager and he looked and found they only had one tv.
