We purchased a hot water tank from sears as well. We have replaced the same part 3 times already. The first time was within 6 months of purchase, but it keeps failing. They wont replace the whole unit. And don't even get us started about the service. Multiple calls. They keep claiming we didn't call, then we rebook, and no one shows. Call back.
