Ventura, CA. 1/30/2015. Tire center opened at 8:00 am and only 2 techs and 1 service writer showed up. Other techs showed up almost an hour late. 2 techs just hung out talking together while doing an oil change on other customers car. No apparent urgency on their part. Just spent 5 days in a Sears Outlet looking for a washer and dryer. I didn't have much money and was hesitate on buying appliances that were in someone else's home. Bought a Samsung oven with induction cooktop and within 3 years the induction burner quit. Sears has 0 support if you want to replace the burner yourself and there are no videos on youtube for the do it yourselfer. When you call Sears parts dept you end up in the Philippines. 1. Ordered washer/dry set Jan. 3, 2014 given a delivery date a month out.-Customer service reordered it and the date moved up to a week out! 2. Went to order something online with a store pick up option. The website gave me the store closest to me but when I clicked on checkout suddenly started telling me that the item was no longer available there. Same thing for the second closest store. Sears absouletly are liars.opened up a charge account in december and they clearly said I would get a 15.00 credit on my first bill.guess what got my bill an 10.00 credit.called customer service and they refused to make it right.thank goodness I charged very little.the *** with sears.they suck!!!!!!!!
