purchased craftsman power tools and when I needed parts to repair them, guess what? THEY ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. So because they don't want to carry the parts, I now have several hundred dollars of lawn art! (commonly referred to as junk). How can they not carry replacement parts? I've called sears holdings customer service about 5-7 times in regard to a complaint I filed against a sears auto center and no one has bothered to return the calls as promised. I will be writing a letter to the cooperate office in hopes of some help. I am very dissatisfied. The entire company does not value its customers. No one has helped me. Their customer service has to be the worst on the planet. Made the mistake of buying a mattress from them. Never again or anything else for that matter. All agents are in the Philippines and could care less about my purchase because their kids are screaming in the background. They must be going out of business soon or they should. Horrible experience with customer care related to master protection. No accountability and wasted several days in my life waiting at home to findout that my appointment has been rescheduled to the next available appointment which is several days after and no priority on missed appointment by sears due to their issue.

Went to the Glendale Sears to purchased an elliptical machine. No salesperson is available to assist me. I asked the checkout counter person to page somebody. She did this 3 times and I waited for 30 mins. Nobody showed up. Left the store and called the store manager. I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator on May 2, 2016 at my local Sears discount store. It was a Sears.com fridge which meant the salesman had to order it for me. I didn't think that would be a problem. It was delivered on May 5th. I noticed it did not have a deli drawer so called the discount store. We took our lawn mower in for repair in April. It is now the end of June and still no mower. It was under warrantee and they waited until it was out of time and tried to charge us! Fortunately? We were in time but still no mower! Gas grill never worked right but we kept it, now it is rusting out. Need a new one and will never shop at Sears again for anything that might need a repair! Will buy a new lawn mower as we cannot keep borrowing a mower.... Read more
