Attempted to order a part and their representative on-line recommended the WRONG PART. The other part did not work either and it is ridiculous and takes way too long waiting on phone to get a RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Found out having to call and wait again that one of the number was WRONG. Sent both parts back and hope I get MY REFUND. I went to this store to purchase a shower gift only to find the item pictured below. I was then told by Jeff Gieb at the Edgewood Town Center location in Pittsburgh Pa that I was welcome to wipe the filthy dirty crib mattress if I wanted to purchase it. Bought a kenmore elite in late 2009. For several years we have had a problem with racks falling into oven. Serious safety issue. After checking the internet to see how to fix the issue we discovered that at least a dozen other people had reported the same issue. I called Sears. We purchased a dishwasher. Sears charges $160 for installation (to get 6% off on sales tax!), and $25 to haul away the old one. When the installer came and we asked why it looks crooked and what can he do about it. He said it is fine, sent a picture to his boss, who called us and said, "It looks fine to me". had my granite counter top and backsplash and sink installed by sears, i went with them because they offered financing. What a big mistake!!! I did not know that I would get different people for each part of the job, none of them were real professionals. Bought expensive Kenmore washer from Sears in 2007 with extended warranty for $1199. Washer out of warranty now and front loading door just fell off. Door hinge broke is made from cheap pot metal. Hinge is back ordered for 2 months now. This same hinge is used on 5 manufactures such as Maytag, Kenmore, and Whirlpool and others. No one can get the part any sooner. used mower three times this year. runs poorly, took it to sears for repair, was told there was bad gas in mower and needed carberator repair at a cost of 101 dollars. by the way this is a new mower under warranty. I don't see why i should pay for repairs, this was a cheaper mower sold by sears. i should have bought a more expensive mower somewhere else. reality is i have a 170 dollar mower which is now 300 dollars by the way i had a new heat...
