no one cares anymore

wanted hd tv sears had on sale had good reveiws called closet store 21 miles away said they had it in stock told them too double check they still said yes got there and they didnt have it.drove extra 15 miles too next store they had it . not working right and cant get any help everyone i talk to passes the problem to someone else.by the way the tv is only 3 wks. old and the price went down $60.00. i wonder why, who writes these good reviews , must be sears personel writting the reviews. dont have enough room to tell you the excuses ive gotten
