July, 2007, bought matching Whirlpool washer and dryer from Sears; Dec. 2007, washer stopped working. week later Sears picked up the washer .

washer and dryer purchased as a matching set, Sears said I could a return dryer. received full refund for the washer, but Sears charged me a 15% restocking fee on the dryer also had to pay delivery charge of $85 plus tax.

Sears kept from me $196.55.

Since this was no fault of mine that the washer was defective, I should get back 100% of what I paid for washer and dryer and the delivery charge too.
