Sears Customer Service is a Joke!!

Sears complaint by Beachcomber

I had a scheduled appointment with Sears to repair my garage door; was scheduled for 3 weeks. On the scheduled day they never showed; never called. It took me 3 hours to get someone form customer service to speak to me; she was actually the head person at corporate. HER RESPONSE? basically Sorry! we can schedule another appointment in 3 weeks..their response is so unacceptabel and borders on criminal! I would not by a screw nfrom Sears..why would I?? I have already been screwed by them!! Sears is a dishonest, deceitful company..the public should be warned; let the buyer beware

imagine that, sears warranty office ***. don't buy a TV there either. I would rather take a beating then spend another dollar with the communists!
