I purchased a hearing aid at Sears Rotterdam NY and in less than a year the screen on it fell off. It took three visits to get it reaired and in two days it fell off. Now the battery door has broken. Miracle ear is a piece of junk. I called and was told that the hearing specialist would call me back, I refused because this is the third one in this store is less than a year. I sent two e-mails to Miracle ear without an answer, Be very carefull when they advertise because they don't live up to the ad.
