I have to say that I had a great experience with Sears customer service. They were quick, efficient and helped make the situation right within 7 business days---overall I'm extremely impressed. I was fortunate to get in touch with the correct people/dept. to get the assistance I needed. My issue was with a piece of jewelry I had purchased and they replaced the piece with absolutely no hassles and in lightning speed.....I couldn't be more pleased...

Ordered 3 rings , Feb 16. All on one order. Total $365.00. All rings ordered size 8.. one ring came in one day size 8, ok,happy with that one. Next one comes in size 6. Reordered that one. Next day ring 3 shows up size 7. Sears got my money. And i got rings that don't fit. Customer service you get transferred, and put on hold. Until you are sick of them. And you can't understand them. Purchased a workbench at sears and it being delivered to my home come the day of delivery and it's a no show. Sears has no way to tell me where it is or if it's on it's way. Called 10 numbers and nobody knows how to find it even with my receipt. Never use the again

I had the same problem. We spent the last year redoing our house and, of course, my largest rebate never showed up and they have no record of it. Ironically, it was sent with another rebate and I received that check for $6. My boyfriend purchase an engagement ring at SEARS and I have taken the ring back 5 times for repair because the diamonds keep falling out. I don't bathe or wash dishes with the ring on. I purchased ear rings for my wife's birthday from Sears.com. One of these had a flaw in the setting resulting in exposing a sharp edge and needed to be exchanged.
