Have a Kenmore water softner. It broke down. I still have water in home so no big deal. I call sears for repairs. Repairman comes out. Finds problem and says he needs to order a part. So I pay the man up front. I have an appointment for next week. An hour later after he leaves I go to wash my hands, I have no water at all. Worst customer service ever. First appointment they cancelled as there was no technician available. 2 ND appoint was from 10-2 pm.No one shows up or call till 2.When I called then they technician is running late and will be from 2-6. 6pm no call, no one comes.I called again said technician cancelled at the last minute. Order # 988205213. Called to exchange washer. Not satisfied with performance of washer. Called back on September 15, 2016 to 1-800-832-7747 spoke to Doggie. She informed me that I would receive a call in the next 72 hours. No call ever came. Called back everyday and received the same answer. Sears seems to have changed there waranty policy covering there tools. It used to be bring the tool back and get it replaced not so easy anymore. I guess thay don't want my business wont shop there anymore there prices have alway been a little high but worth the waranty.

I bought a Kenmore fridge, I love Kenmore products. The men who delivered it was very poor. They popped my swimming pool damaged the handle on the fridge and damaged my deck. I was reimbursed for some of the damages. The delivery guys had no idea where the filters went so I didnt get one now I have to buy it. My Sears store card was converted to a Sears Mastercard without prior permission from me or proper notification. The issue is that they also without my permission sent a Mastercard to my son that was linked to my Sears card and ss#. Bought a Kenmore Gas Range (model# 79074033312), which was part of a whole set of five appliances purchased, and oven doesn't heat. Scheduled a repair technician for 9-20-16 with a 10-2:00 window. Ha! Purchased a washer and dryer and was promised delivery on the 18th. On the 18th, got a call letting me know that 1) the delivery drivers do not read road signs and 2) the delivery had to be delayed as a result. Delivery promised on the 20th. I have bought sears products since 1987 (spent over $200.00) and have always purchased their protection agreements. Over the past 5 years it has taken Sears at least a month to repair something. Ruined my cars ac and since 10/15 it's been a nightmare.. now dealing with Samuel Sandilvar from Sedgewick Claims Management and they are equally a nightmare plus! All I want is my car fixed !
