I recently tried to return a product to the Harrisburg Sears location, obviously customer service is not their top priority anymore. They've changed their policies and require a receipt for things they didn't in the past their manager Isaiah took three days to call me and basically told me he doesn't care about my business or if I come back needless to say I won't be.

I call to check on my refund as my account is overdrawn since they automatically charge without sending the items . SO when you call and have them check on the refund it actually takes longer to get the refund!!! Initially it was 7-10 now they call me back and say it will be 3-5 since my inquiry?!!?! I will get paid before SEARS even refunds me. I'm glad I have FOOD to EAT while I cant buy GAS or ANYTHING!!!!! This has been the biggest bull ***... Read more

Sears - Treadmill service mess

Service guy came spent 5 minutes or less. He did not leave a list of things he checked or serviced, nothing to sign or review, just said goodbye and walked out. He must have adjusted the belt, now the belt is running to the left side and has a rip in it plus there is oil all over the right side of the belt. It is also making a clunking noise. Returned item on December 27th, Sears received it on December 29th.  After a week of it not being credited to my account I contacted them, gave them the tracking information and was told they would investigate and I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. After 23 days of having to contact them by phone and emails and having to give them the same information over and over, not to mention having to speak to supervisors I am once again... Read more

My neighbor bought a riding mower has never worked very well. When his wife called customer service she put it on speaker five of us were present. I won't repeat what was said but let's just say it was unbelievable. Four of us who had credit cards cancelled them. By far the worst customer service experience you could imagine.

We got a new roof that is now in our falling piece by piece in to our yard. This is not the first time either. September 20th is when the roof was put on and 2 mounts later it started falling off. Communicating is horrible and we still have not had an inspector come out to certify the job as complete. They commented that the tar was defective. I asked about the rest to the shingles possibly being affected and got no response to my concern.... Read more

Waited 45 mins for a salesperson to help me in shoe dept at south lake mall sears and in that time 2 oher costomers walked away for store in a mall thats all but closed its door cant understand letting 3 paying costomers leave without buying shoes like they came for. Close that store. Dont waste your time going there

Stove needed repair- mailed me the part and service team never gets to your house during their assigned time- no accommodations for previous inconvenience no way to escalate a concern

I purchased a dishwasher from Sears. The dishwasher leaked from the first day, it took three weeks to get a service call, they didn't have the parts it will be another month before they can return. This is the worst service I have ever heard of. I asked to return the dishwasher and they tell me it is against their policy and the refuse to take it back. Never again will I purchase anything from Sears. I had been a Sears customer for over 50 years... Read more
