i bought expencive tires from sears with a 100,000 mile warranty that wore out at 35,000 miles. This is rediculious that i have to pay a prorated amount that is more than the tires cost originally.

Any other company would replace the tires for free with the warranty at no cost but sears wont. If i wanted cheap tires i would have bought cheap tires. All sears wants is to take peoples money and then expect you to fork out more money to fix their mistake. Dont buy tires from them or have your car service with them, they will take advantage of you and then say oh well you have to pay more to get the problem resolved.

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THEM FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN.THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL HANGUP THE PHONE ON YOU WHEN THEY REALIZE THAT YOU ARE RIGHT AND ARE NOT WILLING TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM. We bought the warranty but it does no good because they want more money to replace the tires, which isnt fair to the consumer when the tires are only 6 months old and you bought the warranty to protect your self against things like this. Worst company to buy anything from.

Stay away from sears auto, evidently they hire people that dont know what they are doing. BAD COMPANY!!!!!!
