I'm am not one to write negative reviews but Sears shame on you. We have ALWAYS purchased every single appliance through you, yes check your records. I will have to say, after I spent $470.00 on a dishwasher repair for the motor on June 14, 2019, my dishwasher motor broke again after 91 days. Was not aware that you only gave a 90 day warranty for a repair when any appliance repair person will tell you that dishwasher motors all come with at least a 1 year warranty. Yes we were debating on getting a new one for close to the same cost as the repair, but decided to do the repair this time around considering that my dishwasher is only a few years old. Customer service is horrible, constantly transferring your calls. Lot of language barriers, very hard to understand. I called 8 different times to be put on hold over and over again and also disconnected quit a few times.. In fact I was holding for 30 minutes until I had to hang up. I am writing this review to protect the next person from having this happen to them. Will not ever make another purchase through sears again.

5/28/2019, Sears agent helped to place Order #89625XXXX 5/29/2019, Sears cancelled my order with email notification 6/13/2019, Refunding was not completed until. I contacted with Sears C/S for many times. Each time C/S explained cancellation with DIFFERENT reasons, and assured that the refunding would be done within 48 hours. But they can'y solved the issue. 6/15/2019, Sears agent (supervisor level) helped to place replacement Order #89681XXXX I asked the agent again and again whether the order would be cancelled again. The agent assured me again and again it would NOT. I still keep the communication trabscript. 6/16/2019, Sears cancelled my order with email notification.

I imagine no one figures on rescheduling deliveries because of snow storms,, but a person should call and not a computer voice.

my refrigerator delivery has been cancelled twice. I need to talk to a human being and not a bunch of recordings.

5 Year Warranty on Kenmore Elite Series BBQ is Worthless

My husband and I have been trying to get a BBQ repair which initially at Sear's discretion was elevated to a full replacement (now due to other equipment failures a full replacement is only option) back in June. Here we are 4 months later and still no replacement. We've spent approx 80 hours on the phone between the two of us, being transferred, placed on hold and hung up on. The only solution Sears has offered involves forfeiting 1/2 of what we spent for a lesser BBQ within the next 90 days or get nothing. Insane!

Lack of repair with service agreement

To whom it may concern, Our appointment for service has been cancelled, on your end. Our heat pump/heater is not working properly. Now we are expected to wait until 10/10/19, for repair. Why was our appointment, for today, cancelled?? We pay for our Service Agreement and are continually having issues. This heat pump/heater system should have been replaced two years ago. Only it seems our records were deleted. So, now here it is over two yrs later and we still have issues. We were without AIR CONDITIONING for fifty(50) days this summer!! Now when we need heat, we are without service repair again! No call to let us know. Just a text. No reason as to why. Just a NO SHOW!!! Is this really how you treat customers who have been with Sears and Sears products for nearly 50 years? Why do people pay for service agreements when Sears doesn't follow through with timely and efficient service? Why when we didn't have air conditioning for FIFTY days, didn't you provide us with a service tech from another company, if your company couldn't get the job done? Fifty days no air conditioning during the heat of summer, in excusable!!!!! Now inadequacies in our heating unit!!! Will you be paying for damage due to any pipes that freeze?? We have no funds for additional heat sources to utilize while our furnace/heat pump doesn't work. As we should not have to pay for any additional heat sources. We pay for extended service agreements with SEARS!!! Extremely frustrated with this on going issue!! It would be greatly appreciated to be contacted by anyone who truly cares about your customers. Their online order and product not listed properly. The title specifically stated "2 Pedestals included" and when the order arrived they weren't with it. I have since Spent nearly 8 HOURS of my time dealing with their "Customer Care" and ultimately they want me to return the product and sell me another set of the EXACT SAME item and still no Pedestals. but they will give me a discount of $400... I hope they get properly sued for false advertising and are destroyed utterly.

I have a washer that has the protection agreement it is supposed to fix it they came out and it is not fixed still. Here it is a month later and now they're telling me that they're not going to fix it at all and that they're going to charge me for the parts that they have ordered under my agreement it also it says that I should receive a new washer they are not even going to do that order fixed the one with the parts they say it's my fault that I had gotten some water damage on the as their tax decided to not hook the pipes correctly and I have wall and water damage all throughout my my utility Room and they are still not fixing it everybody that you talk to tells you something different and they are not very helpful at all that Tech came here and would would not give me a note or anything saying what he was saying he says all I have to do is tell you he was very rude as well there's a lot of information of this story you want to know more please contacts.lso my walls and floors have to be replaced because they flooded the room where my washer is.

Worthless service

I purchased a Samsung television in February from the local Sears (they said it was the last tv they would be selling), I also purchased the best Sears warranty there is! In August it broke. There is no service in this area! I have sat on hold for hours - I have been told at least 5 times someone from the expedite it department would call me within 24 hours to send me a new TV and I would return this one to Sears! No one has EVER called. I JUST spoke to a gentleman who was suppose to call me right back because he couldn't hear me. Are you shocked to hear no one called? I paid $1000 for the TV and $300 for the warranty and have NOTHING and sears could care less!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess my next move is to hire an attorney and sue for pain and suffering etc. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Why would you purchase a tv and a warranty from a bankrupt company. There is no one to sue the rest of sears will be closed by the end of the year

The company did not resolve the problem. My husband installed the fan himself which cost 82.00.

The tech told me it would cost around $400. I would advise you to always ask who will be servicing your appliances and if they say A&n factory service with sears.

RUN! get someone else.

4 year old Kenmore elite(LG) appt was between 8-5. At 4:30 received text they had rescheduled for one week out! I waited ALL DAMN DAY!! I have no fridge!! Talked with customer service no help. I was put on “SOONER LIST”. I doubt that even exists. Just something to appease the customer.

Don't buy a warranty from sears.

Instead of sending someone out to fix my washer of 1 year, they ordered a part that will come in a week. Then I am to call for a repairman to install it. Warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on

Horrible Repair Service

My mother has been without a refrigerator for 4 months. She has the best protection plan Sears sells and yet that means absolutely nothing.

She has had several appointments that were canceled by the Sears Repair Technicians and when they did come, and install new parts nothing worked. She had an appoint scheduled for today Oct 25 between 8a-12p and the tech never showed. However When she was chatting with the service people online, they stated the tech had arrived and she was not home. She has been waiting for 4 months to have this appliance repaired and yet there is another missed appointment by Sears.

They have been giving her the run around about service and repairing and or replacing the device.

If this is any indication why they are consistently loosing business I can absolutely see why.

There service has been horrible with the exception of the salesman at the local store he was actually extremely helpful and my mother was not purchasing anything and he provided excellent service. Everyone else was pure rubbish.
