Sears review: Stole my money never refunded my credit card after cancel

Please do not trust ANYONE that you speak with that is trying to resolve an issue with cancellations or refunds to your credit cards. They have never refunded my card after months and keep coming up with excuses. Of shore is a joke on shore is a joke. My bank is investigating and has had many complaints regarding these practices! Do not order Anything from Sears.

You wasted more time than a filibustering Democrat.

You absolutely must deal with such situations in WRITING , addressed to the proper department, and sent via Certified Mail return receipt requested.

Your complaint must be concise and factual.

No threats, no whining, nothing made up.

Briefly explain the problem and your proposed solution.

Stop calling ; no e-mails. Did you read the lay-a-way contract ?

Sears review: Accounting issue

Sears accidentally put through a double debit to my checking via my debit card which caused a $29 NSF fee. I have sent a copy of my bill AND my bank statement AND THEY STILL CANNOT OR WON'T CORRECT IT! Sears, you have a real problem with customer service and I am wondering if it's going to take legal action to get my money returned. It has been 5 days and it should never take that long to correct with the evidence in front of you. Pathetic.
