I am so disappointed I will never buy boots again they always have excuses for boots suck something about soles changed they no it too. Made in China on inside tell me they want our $ buy want save on what it cost to make...I feel bad reading your complaint happened not once thought maybe just happened bought second pair and lasted only 3 weeks !!! Sears - Washer/Dryer don’t fit in space

Today , Oct 24, 2017, our new washer and dryer were delivered. They go into a tight space with a door. I gave the Sears salesman VERY explicit measurements as to the size of the space. Now we find out they can’t put the doors back on because the new dryer has a back vent and the old one had a side vent. I specifically told the salesman that the existing washer and dry were pushed right up against the back wal... which should have been an indication that the vent was on the side. Never once mentioned anything about vent placement. Knowing I had such a small space, and the depth I gave him he should have known it wouldn't Fit!!! Don’t care about making the customer happy... just make a sale. This idn’t The first time either. I can see why they are going out of business.

Sears - Never recieved layaway order

I placed a lg double oven in layaway in jul 28 and paid it off sep 15 it gave me delivery option sep 20 that came no oven. I called they said they moved delivery to oct 21 and that came no oven. I called again and they said it was moved to nov 11 when I ask why they said maybe they didn't have it and was trying to get it. Correct me if I'm wrong but the purpose of layaway is I give them deposit the secure my order I pay they give me my product. Instead they took my money and then tried to find what I paid for and after calling 5 numbers and retelling each of them no one ever could tell me when my oven would arrive. A few days later I get email saying they are sending me a refund check that will take 10 days to get to me. So what this means is I lose the sell price and my 35 dollar coupon and had my 1250 dollars tie up over a month and a least a half if check arrives on time. I didn't make this purchase for fun I have 5 kids and needed the oven. So much for being a vip customer. I have bought appliances from them for years when needed them and recommended them to my family. I will not make that mistake again. This is not my first problem with an order and there service and ability to provide the product they sell you, but they don't seem to have a problem taking my money and holding it for a long time before they give it back.

I ordered a dishwasher online at Sears.com with free delivery to a sears outlet store. That was on October 26 and the dishwasher was never delivered and I am still trying to get my sears credit account credited back for the charge. The calls are going overseas and nothing is being done.

THE MODEL HAS A RECALL NOTICE ON IT BECAUSE IT FREEZES UP--IN OUR CASE THE INSIDE BACK WALLS OF BOTH THE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER FINALLY BROKE DUE TO CONSTANT ICING OVER. WE WERE TOLD BY PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE TECHS TO SIMPLY DEFROST WHEN IT GOT REALLY BAD BUT FINALLY IT GAVE WAY. THEY SET APPOINTMENT TO PUT IN NEW PARTS AND TOLD ME "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" WOULD NOT ALLOW REPLACEMENT UNTIL MOTOR STOPPED 3X IN A YEAR!!

Sears - Horrible Customer Service

Purchased a LG refrigerator on Saturday and had it delivered on Monday. When the techs hooked it up the water/Ice maker did not work. Called the CS line to schedule a repair and was asked what is wrong and I told her. After telling me that the ice maker should work without the water working(ugh frustrating) she put me on hold and never came back. This was after waiting on the line for about 15-20mins. This is definitely not the first time. And after all this run-around I have been told that sears can't do anything and sent me over to LG customer support which is just as worst. I am in the process of returning this fridge and getting my money back and never buying anything from sears again...NEVER

At Tucson Mall, looked to buy a TV, but no TVs. Went to buy a 1/4 drive torque set. Was sent to several locations to find it. Finally, frustrated, gave up. Sales person wouldn't get off their duff to show where to find. Is this why Wall Mart and Harbor Freight are thriving??

Sears in Melrose Park, Illinois - An embarrassment of a company!!!

We bought a refrigerator from Melrose Park, IL Sears outlet store, and we are still waiting for delivery after one month. The delivery service they use is a total disgrace of a company. I have never witnessed such unprofessional, uncoordinated embarrassment of a company in my lifetime. Every time we schedule a delivery, either the store screws-up or the incompetent delivery people drop the ball, and we have to call Sears to reschedule the delivery for another date all over again and again. In one instance, the delivery person called and left us voicemail message stating, “we waited for you, your neighbors said they don’t know you, so we left.” I was sitting in the house waiting for them all day, and not a single phone or doorbell rang! In another instance, after calling both the delivery service and the store to confirm the delivery will take place, the package was a no-show. When I call the delivery service which an hour prior assured me I was the next customer on the route of the driver, told me that the driver said to them he did not pick up the package from the store in the first place. When I call the store, which by the way affirmed the refrigerator was indeed picked up for delivery that morning, said they couldn't do anything about it and I have rescheduled for another date of delivery. Thus far, there is no manager or anyone who is willing to take responsibility for such colossal screw-up! I am waiting for somebody to make this right and deliver our refrigerator in one piece.
