Sears products and service warranties

We purchased a kenmore refrigerator which actually is actually an LG in disguise. We also purchased an extended warranty. The refrigerator worked four months then stopped working. After 4 attempts to fix, we still cannot get a replacement unit, our is still not operational still don't have a working refrigerator. I want in on class action suit against SEARS

I have the same issues with my diamond rings. I wish I would of read your comments before my husband bought my ring so I could of told him do not buy a ring from sears. Lol Thank you so much for your review/comment

Sears in North Vancouver, British Columbia - The door fell off a week old stove..............

I picked up the phone six days ago thinking I was just booking a simple repair appointment. It has bounced from customer service, to the repair companies, then rejected by electrolux as not their problem, after Sears sent them the request, not once, not twice but three times. Which seemed to just get lost each time. 22 phone calls, 18 emails and replies later, I have been booked for next Tuesday. That is a full 9 days since the first phone call. I feel a responsibility to report Sears Canada for dreadful service, and frankly couldn't care less. Never again will I deal with Sears Canada, shouldn't be a problem, they are going under, no?

Sears in Nanuet, New York - Worse tire buying experience

The sales person at the Nanuet NY Sears wouldn't order me my tires, and said I have to do it myself on line. This was Wednesday, 9-27-17 @ 3PM. Older male person and very rude kept trying to sell me expensive Michelin tires instead of the ones I saw at Sears on line. So I went to Mavis and they took care of me well with 4 tires installled with the same Sears on line price matched for 330.00 / similar tires. Sears were the Radar, and Mavis gave me the ironman. Sorry to say now I know why Sears stock doesnt do so well ! They lack customer service with disrespectful sakesman who must work on commission to rip people off. In addition, I asked the salesman about the Patriot tires Sears has advertised there in the showroom and he simply told me they don't come in my size ! That was wrong because Patriot does make the 205 65 15 tire for my Camry - In short, that person should be fired and people friendly people should replace terrible salespeople who dont want to help, but only want to sell people expensive tires some unfortunate people just cant afford ! Sears - Water heater went out

On May 16th 2017 one of your service men #0004226 was out to check my water heater because the pilot wouldn't stay lit, so he said he would replace it. He took the old one out to his truck and came back with what he said was a new one, but I was suspicious about that. Now after four months the heater has gone out and the pilot will not light. You can't tell me four months is all a new one would last My total bill was $303.05 and now I have a non-working water heater. Sears - Poor service repair...

On 22 September 2017, Sears repairman came out to repair a leak from the washer. The part needed was ordered by another Sears repairman 7 days earlier who came to my house. The top of the washer drum was leaking. When the Sears repairman came out, he was reading the instructions on how too replace the drum? I asked him if he had ever done that type of work before...he said, yes...but not for a long time? Hmmm, lovely? Of course my washer is rusting too, and Sears refuses to do anything about it!!! Even though it is under warranty when we bought both the washer/dryer 8 years ago at the same time! I called Sears this morning, 0800, 25 September 2017, and was told the Sears repairman would be out on 29 September 2017, between 0800-1200. I told the lady I talked too, that the washer tub was full of water. She told me she could connect me a technician to get the water drained. I told her, that is the reason I have a warranty agreement with Sears. I am not going to pay for an agreement and do their job too!!!

in early july 2017 I bought 3 sets of stern and foster box springs and mattress. one had grease on it and handle (strap) messed up. so the they bring another out only to be same way only worse. so 3rd time comes and the delivery guy says it is exact same one at this point I lost any confidence in sears. keep in mind every time the delivery guy leaves I spend one hour or more on phone with customer care who doesn't speak English. not counting numerouse calls to store which is sears at wolfchase. so 4th time came same thing. I go to store and manager Richard refuse to come up and try to resolve this. so 5th time come same thing, then 6th time comes same thing. I go back to store which is actually now my third time and Terrence tells me there working on it.i tell him I can not keep taking off work to wait on sears that I would except the damage box springs and mattrass but refund some of my money. so he calls later to say give it one time then some money would be refunded if it is messed up. well it was. and no response from no one. I spent another hour and 15minutes on phone and left message for Terrence and no response. is it true sears has bought seconds. this is why sears is closing stores because of bad customer service.

$1300 Motherload Washer from Sears is Garabage

Less than 12 months wont honor warrenty, charges me $180 to not fix anything. Wont balance, turns itself off, clothes are still dry after Deep Fill and Double Rinse. Told to contact Maytag. Told to add buckets of water to wash, told to never fill more than 1/4 of a 7.25 cu ft. Washer. Told my 12 month warrenty covers nothing unlessl I buy another extended warrenty for $280. Told after 30 days Sears does allow returns and will no longer have anything to do with my piece of garabage they sold me. I reported them to the State of AZ Attorney Generals Office.
