Sears - Beyond frustrated!!!

We purchased a Kenmore central air system last summer. It took them a month to get around to installing it. We live in Ohio and only use air for about 4 months in the summer. This summer it began freezing up. I called for repair at the end of June... couldn't come for 2 weeks. The technician came and said he had to order a new compressor. We waited another two weeks. Waited all day, they didn't show up. The guy didn't come till the end of the next day. He replaced the compressor which worked for three days. And the unit began freezing up again. Called for service again--another two weeks. This guy came, said he couldn't fix it, put more coolant in it and said he was turning it over to the installers because when they installed it they didn't replace the tubing. We should expect a call in a couple of days....three days later I called because I hadn't heard from anyone. The technician hadn't followed through and we had to schedule another time, for another technician...another week. We waited all day yesterday. No show again!! I called and was told that he was here and fixed the unit. (I was waiting here all day, watching for him). He lied. Now we a rescheduled again. September 11! Seriously? We've been trying to get this unit repaired for over two months. Winter is coming, but I'm not giving up. Sear needs to stand by their service agreements, and in a timely manner.

Sears - Horrible company

bought a treadmill, scheduled a delivery time for 5pm-7pm. Received 2 confirmations for that time by e-mail and text message. The morning of I received a phone call from the delivery company stating they will be at my house btwn 1 & 3. I immediately said no, I wont be home, I have a scheduled delivery at 5 -7. He said ok. That was at 9am. AT 2pm received another phone call from delivery guys saying they are at my house???!!! Really?? I told you I wouldn't be home!. My 14yr old son was home, so I decided they are already there, don't want to reschedule, let me just have them deliver it. So I allowed them to come in and was on face time with my son while they were there. 5 min later they tell me they are missing parts for the treadmill and will have to return it to the warehouse. At that point I had had enough so I got on the phone with customer service immediately and canceled my order. The lady who I could barely understand hung up on me because she could not comprehend what I was saying. So after numerous calls back to customer service they say they will refund me my money within 7-10 business days. We shall see how true that is. I am very upset with my experience with this company and their customer service. The address says Texas, but when you call you get someone in the Phillipines. They are terrible!!! Avoid at all costs. Really wish I read sears review before making my purchase.

Where is it the Sears laundry detergent that came with my first washer? I have used it for over 50 years. My daughter and daughter-in-law used it also. We can't find it now. At least tell us what we can use as a substitute. Very disappointed in Sears dropping this...

Sears - Dungarees levis stretch pants

I bought two pairs of men's dungaree at. Price of 104.00 dollars. I put on one and kept the other for the future. I washed the first pair and follow directions.i tried to put on these strecth Levi's the did not fit at all after wash brought back to Sears store in rockaway nj they would not take these new pants back. I have been a customer for forty years. I know they that they Never did bussiness like this before and if you Had a problem the exchange a bad item. I refuse to be rip off and will not allow the form Off sale I will not recomend them to anyone

Sears quoted the delivery time based on when LG should have had the appliances to them. Having sold appliances elsewhere I know that the manufacturers aren't very good at letting stores know an order will be delayed.

The truck shows up from their warehouse with "backordered" marked on the packing list. All they can do is check with the manufacturer to see if they can get a new delivery date.

This is true no matter where you shop. If it isn't in the backroom ready for immediate delivery you are at the mercy of the manufacturer.

Sears in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Wedding Gift registry

My fianc and I received a grill as a gift. We would like to buy a different one at sears but because it is passed the 30 days they will not allow us to return it or exchange. The grill is sitting in the box and has never been opened. We have called the store that it was purchased at and corporate. We have also given a complaint to the complaint department and after a 15 minute conversation we were told there was nothing they could do. We wonder why we were asked to give a report for no reason. Never register at Sears ever. Now we are stuck with a grill we don't want. Oh and we were told we should sell it on Craigslist. Guess they don't want the money they are already losing?

I have had this service since I bought my appliances 5 years ago. My washer was giving me trouble. After the wash cycle it would not go to the rinse cycle n keep putting water in. This would happen with an occasional use not every time. Dryer was leaving clothes moist....

Sears - Kenmore Washing Machine

We purchased a Kenmore Washer & Dryer costing us 1700.00 just a year ago . We're now having problems with the washer not finishing the cycle . Very disappointed !! I have called customer service twice to be told someone would call us shortly . This hasn't happened :-( . From the reviews I have read others have had the same problem .. I really hope in the end Sears will standby this problem :-( It says I need to add 100 words .. I would think this would be enough ..Sooo disappointed We had always heard Kenmore made great products now I'm beginning to wonder . Problems in a year from purchase date isn't a good sign . Lets hope after this I will be able to write a better review .

Went into the local Sears Store Georgetown Texas 78628 and ordered a front door switch for a Kenmore dryer submit it all information ask for model number serial number and so on, paid $27.46 left the store received the part in the mail approximately 6 days later it was the wrong part it was a broken belt switch not a front door switch went back to my local Sears store they basically laughed said call this number which I did sat on hold for more than 20 minutes went to the website tried to use the website but wasn't able to do so it would not accept my order number so I got on the chat through the website and was able to get a return authorization label very helpful individual on the website printed it out sent the part back to Sears and today to my surprise received an email stating the my refund has been processed wow that was great quick fast efficient the only problem I had was I paid $27.46 and Sears refunded me $20.09 so it only cost me $7.37 to get *** around by Sears fantastic I think I'll go again next week! I suppose it's some kind of a restocking fee because the *** in the Sears store ordered the wrong part I have to pay for that I guess never again
