Sears - Frustrated

On April 28th, Sears came to my home to repair my TV. Upon inspection, the repairman sent his information to Sears. It was concluded that the TV would be replaced as it would cost to much to repair. I was issued amount for replacement and told to go to Sears to pick out a new TV. Sears had only 8 TV's to choose from all 55" and 65", I am replacing a 60". After about 8 phone calls to customer service and hanging up on at least 4 customer service reps due to the fact that they told me my TV was not under warranty, this after sears granting me replacement funds, I finally (so I thought) had a TV on order. I have since called Sears 3 more time and again placed 3 more orders, each time I call I am told all that I can do is place another order. This has been going on for a month now, and to date I still do not have a replacement TV. Sears has really changed, their customer service is absolutely HORRABLE . I am done with Sears, I will never by another thing from this company.

It's not great anymore , shop somewhere else everything they touch is a disaster. Eddie said they have plenty of customers they don't mind chasing more away.

They have so many customers yet they are going bankrupt.

Brought a mower 2yr ago. Nothing but trouble out of it. 3 month after i got it sears service person told me water in gas tank. Fixed that. 4 months atter that backfiring and missing . Fix that. First of spring new gas wont run right . Put new carbrator not rebuilt then it got out of time retimed and values ajusted. Now motor surage up and down. Im ready to give up . Its costing to much to keep it running. I have 123hrs on it. You want it back.

Purchased a Fridgedair fridge on line from Sears used it for 3 weeks the ice despenser /water dispenser started malfunctioning spit ice and water all over our kitchen . Called Sears told them we had no confidence in the product and wanted to return or get store credit they said we were one week beyond being able to return it! Their customer service is out sourced and in the Philipines so speaking to someone that is answering with a script saying there is nothing they can do, except send tech to fix something that we no longer wanted in our home due to it breaking within the first month. Again was told nothing they can do. If Sears was the old Sears they would have taken care of the immediately with no issues and you would have been talking to an American not someone being paid 5.00 a day. I will no longer shop Sears and will no longer recommend Sears to ANYONE! I hope Sears corporate reads this and I get contacted by an American rather that someone in another country doing their dirty work
