I can't find where allow me to add my review for Sears service, actually I used Sears home repair service several years already since I am landlord and own many house and see its service quality gradually go down on the road, most technician is very less knowledge and only want to earn easy $79 for visit money and then offer you an unrealistic price for fix and make story for you, today technician come for my gas washer and tell me gas value need replace and parts cost $289, I google Kenmore Dyer Gas and Control valve part https://www.repairclinic.com/Shop-For-Parts/a8b6c20/Kenmore-Dryer-Gas-Burner-Control-Valve-Parts https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=+kenmore+gas+washer+gas+valve&* I can’t find any part need kind of money, also he mention the labor is $209 , they try to scare you and earn $79 easy money.

Sears will be going bankrupt, they are pushing sales of there master protection agreements and whole house warranties. The whole house warranty is sold to cross country. Sears takes the upfront money and has nothing to do with you after the sale. In the end they are not covering anything and will be out of business and you will be out the money you spent on the contract. You can call and cancel your policy and get a refund. Don't use sears they are unethical and theives. They are only trying to pad there pockets before they go under. Rochester NY

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! Never buy from Sears!

I purchased a Kenmore fridge from Sears and had it delivered & installed. The installation guy said everything was connected including the water for our fridge water dispenser and ice maker. Before he left, he said we're 'go to go' & since he's the professional, we trusted him. However when he left, the ice maker & the water dispenser didn't work of course (everything else with the fridge is working) It's been 3 weeks now since we have the fridge and we still couldn't get water to our fridge - we even looked at the manual & couldn't figure it out. This is when my nightmare with Sears began... I called Sears Customer Service today & it was the absolutely worst experience I ever been through. I told them about my fridge & at first everything on the surface seemed fine. The rep said no problem since my fridge is under warranty, I can have someone come out to take a look. She then said that I need to talk to someone in Repair to get that set-up. I was fine with that & held for 30 min while she transferred me. I finally got to someone however that person said she's in Sales & didn't know why I was transferred to her. She made me repeat my situation & told me that actually it's Installation that i need to talk to. By now I'm a little irritated. So I said fine, transfer me to Installation & I held for another 20 min. I got to Installation & had to explain my situation all over again. Then Installation said no, Repair is the correct department. This is when my frustration grew. At this point, I didn't care anymore, I just wanted to get to the right department and be done with. So I held for another 20 min to get transferred to Repair. Explained my situation once again and while Repair was looking up my account information, the rep had put me on hold. This is where it gets ridiculous - because I was on hold for yet another 20 min!! And when someone answered, it was a completely different person - what??!!! And guess what? I had to reexplain my self to this new person all over again! The funniest thing was, every time I'm transferred to someone new, the phone connection seems to get weaker. I don't know if they're doing this on purpose but this last & final rep that I had to speak to could barely understand me. So not only did I hold for over an hr, spoke to 5-6 different people, the rep could barely understand me. All the while I can hear each & every rep perfectly from my end. It was the most horrific experience I had to endure and my request was simple, to get some one out to look at my fridge - that was all. In the end the last rep said someone will come out but based on what I went through, I'm not holding my breath. And god knows if this technician does come out, what he'll do to my fridge. It seems no one from Sears know what they're doing, totally unprofessional & incompetent - otherwise I wouldn't waste 1 hr + 30 min of my life today. Save yourself the nightmare & do NOT buy from Sears!!! They may offer affordable products but dealing with them on the Customer side is totally not worth it. Never again...

I have talked with a number of people about not being able to make a payment online. I can not get access. I can log in to Sears but not make payments. Called many people for the last 2 weeks with "no" satisfaction and I don't want to give any info to someone from a different country, even though it's safe. Is there anyone that I can call in the U.S. (prefer West Coast) to make a payment or help me get logged in??? Why is this so hard to do things with Sears online? I never had this much problem with Sears before and now I am do to make a payment. I need some help and fast....

Purchased a sears 26 HP tractor with dozer blade and extended warranty in 2013. The dozer blade specifically says it is for both snow and dirt. I used it for dirt without incident. A month ago I used it for snow. The blade became hard to operate. I then used it for a second snow storm in which 6" covered the ground. I pushed the snow into a pile and did this for several hours clearing my driveway. All of the sudden I noticed the blade would no longer operate in the up down or left right motion. I stopped and moved the tractor into my garage. One of the bolts that holds the plow broke and caused the plow to twist the brackets. I contacted Sears and after nearly two weeks sent a repair person on site. He didn't get all of the way up my driveway before he told me that I bent the frame. He looked at it for 2 minutes, took some pictures and called his boss. He then contacted his boss and said that Sears will not cover the repair because I was ramming rocks or my house with it. I asked him how he backed up this accusation and then said it had dirt on the blade. Wow, a dozer blade with dirt on it meant I was ramming into something? I told him that the only thing I did was push the snow into a pile and the dirt on the blade was picked up when it scraped the edge of the dirt near the driveway. Regardless, told me that Sears would not cover any of it. The total cost for everything was 4,300.00. I was hesitant about buying a Sears tractor but the salesman made me feel ok because the extended warranty would cover pretty much anything except intentional misuse. Apparently, pushing snow with a snow blade is now considered misuse. I have a house full of Kenmore Elite as well as probably another 15K of purchases made there. This is disappointing that this is how they treat their customers. I am definitely done with Sears and their BS warranty they don't honor.

Yep, that about sums it up. Refrigerator delivered with dents, replaced it with the wrong refrigerator, finally got it right. Three missed days having to be home for delivery. Our brand new microwave came with a dent too. Good luck actually getting a hold of someone. The entire Sears operation is based on good customer service when you buy, and then a total fiasco operation of customer service reps passing you off or conveniently disconnecting you. Solving even the smallest problem will take an hour at a minimum. Save yourself the hassle and never buy from Sears. There are too many good options out there for products and customer service.

I bought five tee shirts from Sears on February 9, 2017. I needed some expensive tee shirts for a trip to Hawaii while hanging out in our rental house. Unfortunately, two tee shirts were too small, so today I tried to return them to Sears. Today is March 15, 2017. I was told I could not return them; could not exchange them; could not get a gift card; could not get my money back!!! NOTHING!!!! When I asked why I didn't know that policy, I was pointed to a very fine printed little message about 3 feet above me where I should have read that policy. And also pointed to the bottom of my receipt where I should have read about their return policy. I said that I thought they should have it posted on the counter and tell their customers that they have 30 days to return their purchases. I have been looking online for a telephone number to complain. Thankfully, my tee shirts were not very expensive but it still makes me mad that I can't even exchange the tee shirts for a bigger size!! That is absolutely a ridiculous way to do business. No wonder they are going out of business as well as Kmart. *** return policy. ***, ***, ***. I will never, ever buy clothes there.

How could you have purchased two shirts that were too small?? YOU PICKED THEM OUT!!!

You can STOP trying to play the victim because YOU KNOW that beyond 30 days on a return isnt going to happen. Its NOT about customer service, its about taking responsibility for YOUR purchase. Because there is a return period people like YOU tend to THINK that you can damage or destroy a item and bring it back and get a FULL refund or FULL exchange. Why should THEY as a business have to take back a item YOU have used/damaged and give YOU a full refund?

Especially AFTER a return window is closed? Maybe accept that YOU WAITED TOO LONG!!! Its on YOU!!! SO because YOU couldnt get off your *** to take it back within the 30 day window somehow its THEIR FAULT??

People like YOU need to educate yourself. YOUR ignorance is astounding!!! YOU cannot READ a simple set of paragraphs. YOU cannot motivate yourself enough to even get there in an appropriate timeframe.

YOU cannot even take a moment to look up from your oh so important life to even educate yourself on what the return policy is. So PLEASE tell us all again HOW this is their fault in ANY WAY! Oh thats right, YOU CANT!!!

YOU just want to WHINE about NOT GETTING YOUR WAY!!! Go take a time out in the corner, its an appropriate response to YOUR behavour.

SEARS Customer Service is By Far the Worst

I was shopping at the Guelph store for a new bedroom set as a gift to someone for Christmas. The store told me it wouldn't arrive until Feb 15, which was fine. The 15th came and I wasn't notified that it had to arrived. I followed up with the store and they continued to tell me to call shipping which had never answered the phone. Whenever I tried to call the store they would insist I call shipping but after numerous attemps they wouldn't answer so I finally spoke with management and they told me it was on the truck to arrive the next day. This circus went on for a month, and my friend with a truck that was helping me to pick it up had to go back and forth from Milton 3 times because staff ws lying to me. I would call and they would either hang up on me or tell me it was coming the next day and that it was "on the truck". After a few weeks of this BS I phoned head office which was no help at all because they would just transfer me to the Guelph store which was getting me nowhere. I tried to return the set but they ensured me it was arriving the next day (which it didn't) and that they would compensate me for the trouble once it arrived. The compensation was a $50 gift card to their store which didn't even cover my friends gas that he used because he had to come to the store 3x because of their lack of communication. Customer service was horrible and I refused the gift card because I will never use their store again. WTS more like WTF Sears. Get your act together because with customer service like yours you will not be able to compete in today's competetive market. Never once did they call to try to ressolve our issues. It's too bad because I want to support our Canadian stores but this lack of service was just too poor to overlook. By the way, I have never wasted my time before posting a review about a store so hopefully that goes to show how dissatisfied I am.

I bought a new stainless steel refrigerator and came with a dent on a door, called sears back offered me $200credit and never got it. calling for 3 months now and sometime they see no records of me purchasing the refrigerator and sometimes they see record and cant help me stating go back to the store, I go back to the store they say call the delivery people. I paid for the new refrigerator and not stuck with dented refrigerator. sear sent me a email on regarding the $200 credit saying no notes are in the system so we cant process the credit. now its been 3 months of me calling every other day and customer service sucks and they wont give me the names, I alsO heard them giggling in the back ground. SEAR IS BIG FAT LIER, DNT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
