I've been a loyal customer for decades. Due to sears politics regarding Trump I will no longer shop at sears or any store that are so petty to allow their political views to affect me or my family. My friends and family feel the same.

Sears - "30 day" Return Policy

Bought a $350.00 vacuum used twice and broke. Ordered it from Sears.com and called to ask if I just take it back to store. 45 minutes later and 6 call transfers to other departments after having to reexplain each time, am told that they are sorry but the order date was 32 days ago which is 2 days over. EVEN though the item was not even delivered and on our property yet. Cheap product, horrible customer service, and feel scammed. Will never step foot in a Sears again. Bed Bath and Beyond will be my go to. Excellent customer service and no questions asked. Just bring it back and exchange.

Sears - Shipping Service Review

I placed in order online. After placing order I realized my address was wrong. I contacted Sears and explained what happened. A rep stated that she will need to cancel order and put my right address in. After placing me on hold she stated she didn't need to cancel order because she see where I updated my address and my packages should deliver to right address. Needless to say, the packages were delivered to the wrong address. UPS called me with the first delivery and delivered to my current address. The next package was sent back to UPS and the third package was left in front of the wrong address door. I called Sears three different times complaning about the third package. The reps are foreigners and do not interpret what you are saying properly. No one listened to the fact that I stated the rep was suppose to correct my address. They kept saying I put in wrong address. Which is true but I called to fix the problem before the packages were delivered. This is where Sears dropped the ball the first time. The second time is when I called yesterday to explain what happened and to see if I can either be refunded for the missing package or have the package we delivered to the correct address. Sears rep told me they will conduct a invesagtion in the missing package with UPS and it will take 72 hours. An hour after the phone call, I received and email stating that they can not farther invesagte because the package was delivered and I need to contact UPS. UPS is stating they delivered to the address on the label. (If Sears rep had canceled my order and reordered under the correct address like she stated in the phone call my package would never had been delivered to wrong address.) I was upset because it was clearly stated in the phone call with the Sears rep that the package was delivered to wrong address. Plus how do you conduct and investagation in one hour when I was told it will take 72 hours. I called back and spoke with a different rep to file a complaint once again everything was repeated with the same results. Another email stating the same thing was sent to me this morning. I'm completely upset with Sears and WI never order anything from them again. The customer service sucks. None of the reps I spoke with listened to my problem and none answered my questions. I paid for items I will never receive. If the first rep I spoke with changed my address from the beginning none of this would have ever happened.

It works, but still smells like oil and makes a big clunk at the end of the cycle I guess that is the best Sears can do.

I have been a loyal customer of Sears for more than 3 decades. I received 2 tools for Christmas that I wanted to return or exchange. Both are in sealed original packaging with a receipt dated "01-01-01". I stood at the register for 30 minutes while a manager "attempted" to refund the purchase at the store and eventually I was told to contact "National Relations". No further info was given. After contacting Sears National Relations, I was told after several days there is nothing they can do for me, maybe I should contact the manufacturer. They are Craftsman tools, sold by Sears - ridiculous. No refund, no exchange, no thank you. This is why Sears is going out of business. There is no reason to shop at Sears

Sears in Temecula, California - I believe a lot of people are getting ripped off

I purchased a top of the line refrigerator with my Sear's Credit Card and the sales person talked me into buying there 3 year extended warranty. When you use your Master Card they double the 1 year factory warranty making it two years, and the 3 year extended warranty that they charged me $ 400.00 extra for only covered 1 year. Some lawyer should look at this with a class action suit in mind. I've had seven service calls in less then 4 years with this lemon. All due to a faulty ice maker probably a design fault. Customer service is unbelievable if you can get through to them, they put you on hold and somehow the line gets disconnected.

Never shop for appliances at Sears

I recently remodelled my home and I decided to go to Sears to buy my new appliances. Big mistake! Very bad experience! I received my new Pro refrigerator with dents right in the front. For that they offered a credit. What I am most upset about is that my brand new dishwasher came with scratch marks above and below the handle on the front panel. The handle was already attached to the front panel when it was installed. After installation we removed the protective film and we saw the marks. Because I reported it after 3 days they will not help me exchange it. Really? this is not fair at all. So I have my refrigerator with dents and my dishwasher with scratch marks. Customer service are the worst people. I have never had such a difficult time in my life. I spent so much money and they really don't care. After speaking to God knows how many people over the phone I decided to go to the store and again I was on the phone until the store manager who was really upset about all this decided to help me out and put in a complaint and still the only answer I got is no exchange. In other words "to bad we don't care". I just want everyone who needs to buy at Sears know what they do. I didn't remove the protective film right away because I wasn't done installing my cabinets, so I didn't want to mess anything up and so 4 days passed and I called right away. I am really upset.

I have a 2013 craftsman yt3000 riding lawn mower, would not start,took it to get repaired said it was the compression relief spring, the repair shop found it laying in bottom of mower,the repairman said it should've never went out this soon,
