With a rating of 2 out of 5,do you think it is a good idea to be boycotting *** line of products ( TRUMP ITEMS ). I will predict you will be out of business with 4 years.x I and most of my friends will no longer be shopping at your stores. NOT A SMART BUSINESS MOVE.

Sears - Brand New Washing Machine

Ordered a new washing machine for my daughter and was told it would be delivered the next week. It was delivered but a Broken one was delivered, then the *** woman on the phone tried to convince her to keep the broken one! Seriously? An 800.00 washer and she is expected to keep a broken one..so then they say they can't deliver another new one for a week as they only deliver in her area once a week!! Ok, so am I getting any compensation? Oh no..we don't compensate for stuff like that. Now it's been two weeks and she gets told oh sorry couldn't deliver because our brakes were frozen!! What the heck...now it's going to be ANOTHER WEEK. So in total it has cost my daughter over 200.00 at the laundry mat to do the family of 4 laundry for a month. Yet no compensation. I will NEVER EVER recommend Sears to anyone and I will NEVER step foot in that store again. I have written 3 letters to this company with not one reply. Talk about ignorance at its best.

No longer to business with Sears

I will no longer do any business with Sears after 30 some years and thousands of dollars of business to them. The fact that you would cave to leftist hatemongers and remove President Trump's daughter's designs is deplorable. This is still a free country and all people have the right to free speech and enterprise, not just the few who cause problems and think only their opinions however right or rwrong, are the only ones that matter, no matter how much they threaten businesses to do it their way or else! , My family members and friends support our president and will boycott you!!!! I hope Sears business fails. There are plenty of Republicans out there who buy your products and I hope they will think twice and decide to go elsewhere. Shame on you! I thought Sears was such a good company and a fair one. However, I no longer think that anymore and will not do business with a company that caves under pressure to one group.

We purchased a queen set of mattresses and picked them up a week later at the store. The store employees loaded the mattresses. Later after we got home we discovered the box spring was not a queen but a full size. We tried calling the store numerous times and were never able to get in touch with anyone. We made a special trip to the store and 2 different employees told us the same thing. Bring the mattress back that they ordered wrong and they would order us a new one that we could then come and pick up. They admit they ordered the wrong box spring, but they would not deliver a the correct one and pick up the incorrect mattress. Since they are completely silly and we are being asked to bring the incorrect mattress back, the whole order is being returned and we will take all our Sears business elsewhere. I have been a Sears customer for 30 years. The folks I ran into today shows me why Sears is in such trouble. The mattresses go back tomorrow and after that the only relationship I will have with Sears is telling this mattress story a few hundred times.

My shop is covered in Craftsman tools. Going back to my grandfather plus mine.

Air compressors , generators and hand tools probably 50 years old. Ive bought several appliances and TVs , clothes , work boots and so on. Their tools are now made in China which I figured was a cheap way to lower quality and put extra money in the CEOs' bonus check. Plus put American workers out of a job.

Maybe thats what the real deal is. Taxing the *** out of imported cheap junk is going to put a hurt on their profits. I laughed when I saw they pulled the Trump branded products. They are hanging on by a thread and they think that will bring favor to them..

Well what it done for me is seal the deal.

Sears is out. Wont buy anything else from them.

I've been a loyal customer for decades. Due to sears politics regarding Trump I will no longer shop at sears or any store that are so petty to allow their political views to affect me or my family. My friends and family feel the same.

Sears - "30 day" Return Policy

Bought a $350.00 vacuum used twice and broke. Ordered it from Sears.com and called to ask if I just take it back to store. 45 minutes later and 6 call transfers to other departments after having to reexplain each time, am told that they are sorry but the order date was 32 days ago which is 2 days over. EVEN though the item was not even delivered and on our property yet. Cheap product, horrible customer service, and feel scammed. Will never step foot in a Sears again. Bed Bath and Beyond will be my go to. Excellent customer service and no questions asked. Just bring it back and exchange.

Sears - Shipping Service Review

I placed in order online. After placing order I realized my address was wrong. I contacted Sears and explained what happened. A rep stated that she will need to cancel order and put my right address in. After placing me on hold she stated she didn't need to cancel order because she see where I updated my address and my packages should deliver to right address. Needless to say, the packages were delivered to the wrong address. UPS called me with the first delivery and delivered to my current address. The next package was sent back to UPS and the third package was left in front of the wrong address door. I called Sears three different times complaning about the third package. The reps are foreigners and do not interpret what you are saying properly. No one listened to the fact that I stated the rep was suppose to correct my address. They kept saying I put in wrong address. Which is true but I called to fix the problem before the packages were delivered. This is where Sears dropped the ball the first time. The second time is when I called yesterday to explain what happened and to see if I can either be refunded for the missing package or have the package we delivered to the correct address. Sears rep told me they will conduct a invesagtion in the missing package with UPS and it will take 72 hours. An hour after the phone call, I received and email stating that they can not farther invesagte because the package was delivered and I need to contact UPS. UPS is stating they delivered to the address on the label. (If Sears rep had canceled my order and reordered under the correct address like she stated in the phone call my package would never had been delivered to wrong address.) I was upset because it was clearly stated in the phone call with the Sears rep that the package was delivered to wrong address. Plus how do you conduct and investagation in one hour when I was told it will take 72 hours. I called back and spoke with a different rep to file a complaint once again everything was repeated with the same results. Another email stating the same thing was sent to me this morning. I'm completely upset with Sears and WI never order anything from them again. The customer service sucks. None of the reps I spoke with listened to my problem and none answered my questions. I paid for items I will never receive. If the first rep I spoke with changed my address from the beginning none of this would have ever happened.
