Have a kenmore washer broke

Purchased in 2016.. like brand new flashing F6 I was told I could use 20% off code on service charge.. estimate told to me was $690.00 to fix!! Are you F#%^*€> kidding me??? No 20% off given and your company wanted more to fix than I paid less than 2 years ago!!! My washer is in excellent condition besides your faulty POS part that obviously was crap!!! I will NEVER purchase another thing from Your store and I will continuously tell others about my experience!!

I purchAsed shoes online online sears.com was able to pick up that day at kmart. I paid double the price online when compared to in store.

They would not return the difference in price. Said I had to return them today and come back tomorrow and hope my size was there.

I handed him all the clothers in my cart which was over 100 dollars and they have lost my business. No wondet kmarts and sears are closing will not be shopping in either store in future.

Just curious...but you do realize that almost all companies have a separate online system than their in store pricing right?!Plus you said a Kmart store. Although they are part of one umbrella company they are NOT the same company.

So they can’t price match.

Pretty much the same as Macy’s & lord & Taylor. Just saying.

Bad Delivery Experience

On January 18, 2018 we took delivery of a new stove and refrigerator from Sears. The delivery men were the most unprofessional I have ever seen.

They didn't want to deliver the refrigerator, they said they couldn't get the old one out. They complained about the range hood for the stove being in the way. My husband told them the refrigerator was put in place with the range hood there. The man said well it won't go out now.

My husband had to tell him how to get the old refrigerator out. It went out then with no problem. They did not take care to protect our home or the merchandise. They did not finish set up of the stove and refrigerator.

What little packing they took off, they threw on the floor for me to clean up. My husband found a big piece of the old refrigerator just left in the front yard. They did not level the stove or put the racks and crispers in the refrigerator. They did not test the oven.

Later in the evening we saw a dent in the refrigerator.

We couldn't call because we had to go to Arizona the next day due to the death of my husband's mother. I will not purchase from Sears again, because of the unprofessional delivery service.

I made an appointment for an oil change(2/12/18) I was told it would be over 2 hours do to lack of technicians, I left but made another appt for the next day, they tell me they don’t carry that oil, I make another appt for 2/15/ and now the quote me a larger price because I didn’t make the appt online, which I said I did on Monday and He same girl make my appt on Tuesday, then again on Thursday. 3 straight morning I drive here only to be turned away!! I bought a washer and dryer set via online layaway with Sears, I paid it off in full and was not late on any payments. I ended up not needing the washer and dryer set so went into my local store where I had originally opted to pick them up, so I could request a refund. Let's not fail to mention I tried calling this store SEVERAL times 1st, no one ever answers the phone. There are SEVERAL Google reviews on this store going back more than a year that all mention how no one answers the phone at this astute. After dealing with the ladies in store who didn't know what they were doing, I was told since it was an online layaway, I needed to call the online layaway department because there was nothing they could do in-store. So... I call Sears online layaway (where they outsource all their calls) already a bit irritated at this point, I wait on hold 12 minutes, get transferred to about 3 different departments to whom which I all explained my story too, only for them to transfer me. I finally get the sears online layaway customer resolutions department (they were useless) I tell them that the merchandise was paid in full, the store still has it and I want a refund, the call gets disconnected (on their end) I call back, go through all that again, only to be told that they couldn't help me and I needed to go In the store! Are you bleeping kidding me!!? I was even more irritated at this point, I call and call, and call the store, no one answers. Try back and finally get someone a day later, I tell them I want to speak to a manager (I'm not the "speak to a manager" type either). I am put on the phone with the supposed manager who was probably the most unprofessional "manager" I've ever talked too. I tell her what happened she said she'd look into and call me back by end of the day. I didn't hear from her, I try to call back next day, no answer. So I go into the store, I talk to the store manager and another employee who says she's tried to call me back but kept getting someone else's voicemail, she confirms my phone number, I say yes, that is the right number. Seems she was dialing the number, but using the local area code, not my area code, but couldn't admit her inaccuracy. She said supposedly, they worked on it and then the assistant manager chimed in and said I'd be refunded. The lady tells me about 3 business days. She also says in-store can't see any online information, whereas online people say they can't see in-store information) no one apologizes for anything, and it seems Sears has a serious problem with communication which they don't seem to fix, or care too. This is not my problem, this is Sears! That night I receive an email from Sears online saying they can't refund me, that I need to go in-store. I called customer service (again) only to be told to contact the store. There's a reason why Sears is going out of business, they SUCK and could really care less about their customers, I've never jumped through so many hoops in my life. Here we are, 5 days later... still no refund! I don't know how I'll even receive my refund, no one knows anything, even tried to call corporate which also re-routes their calls overseas! I can't get answers from ANYONE. I've had it! Sears has the merchandise, yet I can't get answers, or my refund for that matter! This is why Sears is slowly going out of business!

You absolutely must deal with such situations in WRITING , addressed to the proper department, and sent via Certified Mail return receipt requested.

Your complaint must be concise and factual.

No threats, no whining, nothing made up.

Briefly explain the problem and your proposed solution.

2/14/18 Update on review with Sears. basically I am still in the same boat with them, they lied once again and told me as of February 1st I would be eligible for a replacement washing machine.

I finally had my dishwasher repaired by an outside source due to my illness and the length of time! Sears told me to call back on February 2nd and they would start the replacement on washer and when I did low and behold they said that was not happening that the 21 day replacement policy started that day! REALLY??? surprise surprise!

Even though I have called a million times and waited over 2 months and gone thru corporate who also promised resolve and still nothing. I also have 2 other friends that are going thru the exact same thing only not quite as long and I told one of them to just go buy another dishwasher somewhere else like BEST BUY who has great customer service as there's is 10 yrs old even though she bought the warranty. The next date for my part delivery is tomorrow 2/15 and since it isn't here yet and I doubt the parts stork is going to deliver it today, I am guessing it will never come!! However the 21st is the NEW "we will replace it then" date.

I don't believe a word anyone says from Sears direct or indirectly. Just don't buy from them, they HAVE to get the message. I am looking into a class action law suit thru an attorney friend of mine, so will be back on here soon to let everyone know who might be interested!

I want the publicity more than the money! *** BAGS is what they are!

The return policy is the worst return policy ever. I hope the company goes out of business. 30 days......then when you decide to go in the store you wait 30-45 to check out because only 1 register is open. They won’t exchange for a different size out of the 30 days they don’t take as a no proof return.....they don’t do anything. I’m stuck with jeans that my uncle can’t fit

I have been trying to get my refund for an installation that I have already paid for that could not be done due to cabinet restraints. The installer was up front that the microwave I purchased would not fit. Each time I call its as if they never heard of this before. The same questions are asked and nothing gets accomplished. There seem to be no notes taken for the previous calls which is extremely frustrating. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! I am still waiting and it has been over a month. I want my money back the is owed to me. As a customer that spent 2900, I should not have to wait over a month to get the refund. This is unacceptable and I do not want to have to take the next step

I bought one of the Craftsman snow blowers and purchase a service protection plan. We finally get snow and the technical support I received from Margie was to put Seafoam in mix it and wait 24 hours, Margie said if that didn't work to call back and I could have someone out in a couple days. Well it didn't work so I called back got another young lady and she informed me I would be able to get service in two and a half weeks. Well I did get extremely upset because I don't see this as support. We have six inches on the ground and a big storm coming. How am I supposed to feel? I bought the purchase protection plan when you can't get help when you needed. I asked to speak with a manager. RICHARD got on the line and I again was still angry and I told him why that I didn't see this as technical support or service and wanted to know why getting service is such a problem. Too busy on other repairs. He ends up calling me a jerk and spoiled two year old because I was angry over not being able to get service sooner. To top that off he hung up on me immediately after, I ask who was being a jerk. Last protection plan I purchase from Sears and probably the last Craftsman product I buy. Don't believe their protection page that if they cant help you that they will have someone come and help you with the job your doing.

I purchased a lawn tractor in the winter and now have used it. My his doesn’t like the product wanted to return it. They will not allow us to return it. It’s crazy we have receipt and don’t like the item. Total BS Your product sucks! Don’t sell lawn tractors in the winter if your only give 30 day return and have your sales people let people know that information!! What good is 30 days if we don’t have a chance to use it!!!

i ordered a battery for a kenmore portable vacum that i had purchased two years ago. customer service online chat services of sears told me i had to order an adapter and a replacement battery comes with it.

that was the only way to do it. well, i was sent an adapter only. customer service dept apologized and said they would ship out a battery asap at no extra charge. again i received only an adapter.

third contact with customer service informs me that the battery for this item is no longer available! i shipped both adapters back to sears over a month ago and have not ryet received a refund of the $40.

i had paid. yikes!

Worst Customer Service - DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

I have literally bought premium appliances from sears in the last 10 years and they don't know how to treat their loyal customers. Their outsourced Philippines office is a disgrace similar to other complaints. I ordered a dryer online and they auto opt me in for an electric dryer without asking if that's what I wanted. When I try to return it they are throwing policies when its brand new and I'm willing to pay a difference. Where are the litigation lawyers, count me in for a class action law suit! One person says they will help, the next says no. They wont even talk to you to resolve your issue! Go somewhere else, don't support Kenmore. They just want to make money and its no wonder they continue to lose revenue and customers. Where are the executives, are this just as ignorant and oblivious to the bad service and bad reputation? Agree, the customer service is going down the tube. No concern for customers.

My less than 5 years old refrigerator declared non-repairable by Sears Technician due to manufacturing defect, Sears agreed only to provide me 10 % discount on my next purchase. Why would I buy another bad product?

No way at all. No body want to board on a sinking ship.

My MIL purchased 2 pair of Haggar slacks for my husband for Christmas and he wanted me to exchange these for Levi Jeans. Well apparently Sears has a 30 day return policy and now I'M STUCK WITH THESE SLACKS!

I called corporate and she said sorry but we can't do anything for you. I don't want these pants they are a waste of my MIL's money. I wish SEARS would take a page out of the Kohls playbook, Kohls will take it if you have the receipt or even if you don't have a receipt. I know SEARS is having financial difficulty, but I would hope they would go down in style and not leave a bad taste in your mouth.

But at this point it doesn't seem as if they care at all, they don't care who they screw.

Had I known this I would NEVER have takin my MIL shopping there in the first place. Too Bad SEARS has to SUCK!

Broken Fridge

I purchased a fridge May 2017 and it has broken twice. The first time in December 2017 and wasn't repaired until January 2018 and now its broken again with the exact same problem.

Me and my family been without a working fridge since February 12, 2018 and Sears refuse to do anything about it. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint because I would like a Full refund and replacement of lost of food due to me having to throw all my food away. Back in December when it first broke I had to call off work just so they could look at it. Then they had to turn around in January to come back and fix it and my Husband had to call off work for that.

We cant afford to loose our job for calling off due to a broken Fridge this is complete nonsense. Then when I reported it broke for the second time they gave us a Saturday appointment because we refuse to keep calling off work. So they was suppose to come March 3, 2018 and NO ONE ever showed up and I called all that morning cause they said someone would be there between the hours of 8 till 12pm. They never came at all then they gave me a story about they couldn't locate the Tech what kind of mess is that the company is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIS IS COMPLETE NONSENSE.

At this point fixing it for a second time is not an option at all because obviously we was sold a broken fridge.

I BET THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY FRIDGE WORK JUST FINE BUT THE ONES THAT'S SOLD TO THE CUSTOMER BREAKS WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR SO WE CAN PURCHASE A HIGH WARRANTY TO KEEP COLLECTING MONEY MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL. I WILL NOT KEEP QUIET ABOUT THIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!
