Microwave from Sears.

I bought this microwave from Sears. When the microwave was bought it was installed incorrectly by Sears, now they saying I missed used it not looking at the fact that they didn’t installed it correctly . The technician said so, Sears does want to hear this. This is from my previous review. I bought the microwave in 2014, at Sears in Massapequa mall, in the store they asked if I wanted & recommended the Master protection Agreement. I bought. Sears delivered it & installed it. The technician vented it inside, told me after he had installed it,that it was vented inside because it couldn’t be vented outside. It was already installed when he told me .

Sears nightmare

Sears Nightmare: Kenmore Elite refrigerator stopped working on Sept. 21, 2017. - Oct. 5, first Sears Tech arrives – diagnosis problem as the circuit board. We pay one half the cost up front ($ 345.65) and Tech orders a new board. Board arrives by UPS. - Oct. 20, second Sears Tech arrives to install the new circuit board and determines problem is not the circuit board but is the compressor that is still under warranty. He takes the circuit board – says he will return it and Sears will refund our payment. He orders a new compressor. - Nov. 3, third Sears Tech arrives and installs the compressor and refrigerator is fixed. - Six weeks from problem to a fix. - Sears refused to refund our upfront payment for the circuit board that was returned. Have called them six times and get nothing but a run around. It is now mid January 2018 and still have no refund from Sears. I am still trying and considering Small Claims Court, contacting our states attorney general’s office and Consumers Fraud Dept

No one knows where the heck my check of $454.00 is

I pay and have debited my account monthly for a warranty protection plan on my appliances. I had Sears schedule a repairman to my home as my refigerator/freezer went out, as well as my dishwasher.On November 2 2017 the repair was ordered for fridge, dishwasher was deemed unrepairable so I opted for the cash refund to purchase a newer and better one myself .I have a voicemail stating I should expect the refund December 21st. 2017 .NOTHING and I have called Sears Warranty as well as H&S Numerous times weekly and nobody has a brain to figure out what the heck is going on . Gee guys you print my name enter the amount stick in an envelope and be sure the needed postage is on it. !!!! SEE SIMPLE !!!! I'm already under psychiatric care and I tell you I cannot take much more. I will be taking this to my attorney to seek additional compensation (He is a relative so it does not cost me). Not to mention how stress effects my Crohns Disease. Why can't you still do wonderful customer service ?? At least we would have that to Remember you by.

While browsing washing machines online a pop-up offered to help my search. I stupidly gave them my credit card info and they placed an order without my authorization. I asked them to cancel the order 4 times (I have a copy of the online transcript proving this.) They cancelled the order, the machine was never delivered, my credit card was charged $608. It's been 14 days of phone calls and my credit card still hasn't been credited by Sears. They put you on hold for long periods, make promises, but do not deliver. Remember, I never placed an order to begin with. If anyone wants to originate a class action lawsuit I will gladly participate. No wonder American department stores are failing.

No results despite months of promises

My Kenmore Elite refridgerator has been problem plagued since we have had it with innumerable repairs over the past 3 years and then once repaired only worked for 1-2 days usually after. It is extrememly difficult to not have a working refridgerator for days, much less weeks and months at a time. Currently we have been without a continuous correctly working refridgerator since early spring to late last summer and through the current day . This includes through Halloween Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years and this is a "good estimate' of the time. It has probably been closer to the entire year. The fridge was working after repairs longer at first, and then progressively shorter and shorter. Do Not Think I can overestimate the frustration and not to mention the loss of food and money to replace said food. I feel we have been over and above being polite about this whole ordeal and can not take much more. Please,Please,Please Do SOMETHING to REMEDY this Situation NOW!

I ordered a rocker-recliner online. A week later I noticed Sears had lowered the prise about $116.

I cancelled my order, receiving confirmation. I reordered. Sear's cancelled my second order for no explanation. I chatted with customer service and they reassured me everything was in order and gave me an even larger discount of I would reorder again.

I did this and the next day it too for cancelled by Sears. I'm now in about $1.5K, with no credits for over a month. I've filed a dispute with my CC company, contacted their CEO, and am thinking of contacting my State's AG about this. Buyer beware.

Last time I shop at Sears. Just adding words to get up to one 100 10* 100 *00 100 100 words. Haviong hard time.. stuck at ninety two.

Whoa up to ninety nine. Is this site run by Sears?

They're working off an antiquated return policy and I can't reach anyone at Sears who has the power to make a logical decision even if it's in the companies best interest. I have Craftsmen Tools brand new unopened that can't be returned to Sears, so I can purchase more expensive items from Sears. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of companies out there with great customer service who love to have my business. It's frustrating because I already have thousands of dollars worth of Craftsmen tools, but I will no longer be doing business with them.

Sears Protection Warranty not worth a damn!

I have a dishwasher that isn't even 4 years old. I also have a Sears Protection Warranty that is on that dishwasher. First, I was told by the salesperson that after 3 repairs, the 4th one would designate that the dishwasher would be replaced. That hasn't occurred. We are now on our 6th repair as of today and now they are saying it has to be the same part going out more than 3 times in 12 months for it to be replaced. It takes 4 weeks or more to get a repairman here and another 4 weeks if parts are needed. It has leaked on our floor and ruined our floor twice now, which they won't cover. It is their defective dishwasher that has caused the problem to begin with. They were just here earlier today for 3 problems. The repairman claimed he felt that he got the problems resolved. I just tried to run it and it died again after less than 20 minutes of operation. They cannot get back here until December 21st.

Well the followup date for them to come work on this POS dishwasher came and went. I had to be at an out of town meeting yesterday (December 21...almost 30 days after the tech came and didn't fix the dishwasher) so my husband took the day off to meet with the repair technician.

Sears waited until almost NOON to contact us to tell us that the tech wasn't going to be able to make it and we had to reschedule!

So, another 3 weeks for them before they return. Another day off work for one of us, and another mark against why I will never buy from Sears again.

Sears lied to you it does not have to be the same part. Three failures in a year 4th it gets replaced end of story.

Print a copy of your contract terms call the bbb and news media.

Sears is terrible thank god they will be out of business after the holiday season. Rochester ny

Sears home service warranty I purchased a Samsung range from Sears at the Ohio Valley Mall and I also purchased the three-year warranty on November 18, 2015 and I started calling August 2016 for the same problem my range oven door will not close I have to use a chair against my oven door to bake/ I started calling again with my last same problem on October 18, 2017 I keep on getting a phone call to reschedule / and every time I call back they tell me that they do not know when the part will be coming in now they rescheduled me for the 10th time for December 20 / once again a holiday is coming around and I'll have to put a chair up against my new oven so my guest can see this/ very disgusted called complaints at the Ohio Valley Mall and also called on the phone to the warranty company I'm very upset Can somebody please please please help me

My problem has been resolved with my range when I posted my complaint on December 6, 2017 I received a phone call the next day it took a little time for them to resolve but I did get it resolved and I'm very pleased

I can tell you I don't think I could buy another appliance at Sears or a warranty, based on this review. I know this person and what she is saying is absolutely the truth! I told her next step call Better Business Bureau!!!

Poor customer service.

Can never get checked out. Asked cashier in jewelry to help me March 6, 2018 she was leaning on counter just talking to a lady. But told me to go to mens dept. Asked employee in womens dept. Was told the same thing she to didnt look busy. I ended up walking out. The store in NLR. AR.is never busy . Its beginning to look like goodwill may as well go there I guess. Disappointed with this chain that I have shopped with over 40 yrs n my mom before me.

Just got off the phone with a sears rep (really tempted to type up the name). They called at 6pm to confirm delivery date for tomorrow between the time of 7:30-9:30am.

It was an automated confirmation. We actually were told by the sales rep that it can and will be delivered in the afternoon between 3-7pm tomorrow like we scheduled to begin with. I then called and asked if we can get the delivery out between 3-7pm (like it was planned in the beginning) for I already changed my work schedule specifically to accomidate 3-7pm. They said it's too late and that we should've recieved a call about our delivery info and make changes then.

They. Called. At. 6.

P. M. It is the day before our delivery is supposed to get here. If they have called in the morning or even noon, I wouldn't mind so much meaning I would still have a chance to adjust my schedule again.

She asked if I wanted to change for a different day. I told her no since I adjusted my schedule for this purpose so I asked if I can talk to a supervisor/manager about this. I was put on hold for over 30min then they hung up. I called again, asked to speak to manager about the same issue...said there's no possible way for the sales rep to input delivery time.

I saw him enter it into his computer between 3-7pm pst. This has got to be one of the most unproffessional company I've ever dealt with. The worse part was them calling me at 6pm at night rather than sometime in the morning.

I would have had time to adjust my work schedule if they had the sense to have called me at a reasonable time. Rediculous!

I ordered a dishwasher online at Sears.com with free delivery to a sears outlet store. That was on October 26 and the dishwasher was never delivered and I am still trying to get my sears credit account credited back for the charge. The calls are going overseas and nothing is being done.

Bought a Craftsman tiller yesterday. Clevis pin is not moving to allow gear to move to forward tine till. No one at Sears had a clue and said take it to a shop or return it. Sears needs someone in technical support that can actually give technical support

I ordered a product online which wasn’t what I expected it to look like. They want me to pay the postage to return it and won’t credit back the postage. I’ll nevet order from them again Years ago Sears stood for good quality products. Not anymore.
