Details
I was getting countertops for my kitchen they cut it wrong and then it would not fit on the cabinets . So sent it back that was 3 weeks ago . I haven't heard from them at since then, they left my place in mess up they didn't put nothing back together in the kitchren. Our thanksgiving was mess up I had no wherE to cook and we still without a kitchren this day . Countertops that was on it is still off and they got a big dent in my stove . I was ripe off because they where going to charge 8500 for a small kitchren of stone. When it only suppose closer to 5k well I didn't get it so oh well. Will never go back to them again. Myra , NC

Details
Ordered 311piece tool set. When it arrrived by UPS, the set came in a box that the tool set was packed in. The set was not put in a shipping box. The box was half open. Had to open it and count everything to make sure all tools were there. Not packed well at all.

Purchased a new refrigerator and upon delivery, the men making the delivery was loading the fridge back on the truck because I apparently took too long to come down and open the door for them. Then I was getting rude comments from one of the men. Then they say the fridge won't fit so my father in law begins taking the molding and hinges off the doors when 3 minutes in the one man says your minute is up, we're leaving. He leaves it in our garage and leaves. We have called the delivery number and the main Sears number and they tell us e have to wait anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks for them to come back to take it out of my garage , bring it upstairs and install it?! A brand new fridge sitting in my garage in 20 degree or lower weather? I feel this is unacceptable! When I called to speak to the manager of the delivery men, I was hung up on... TWICE. I cannot believe the poor, rude customer service from EVERYONE I dealt with. At one point I said to a manager I am at the point for the delivery team to come pick up and I'll just return the fridge. They said do whatever you want, we don't really care. Unbelievable. I will NEVER make another purchase from SEARS again!

Sears Memory Foam Full Mattress Review

I bought a mattress fom sears, it failed. I warrented it and I got another mfg matttess but had to keep th old box springs. It failed. (Let me clarify, i am one person on the bed, HW proportionate. Also, I did not buy the cheapest mattress they sell.) The last one I got was a Sears label memory foam mattress, with a 20 yr warranty. I've had it since June 30, 2013 and it has failed. I get a song and dance, they are making a 3rd warranty impossible because of the fsct that the memory fosm has a cover separate from the mattress and the photo will not show the depression. You can't tske the zippered, loose cover off to show the problem. Go figure. Sears then referred me to their mfg to get rid of me and the mfg will do nothing. Beware of buying a mattess, especially memory foam, from this company. Bad warrenty customer service, bad products!!!

Sears - Online purchasing sucks

I purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer. I was offered credit and approved. The credit was used for the purchased and confirmed. A confirmation letter with a delivery date was sent out. Then I received a second letter that stated the order was not processed due to payment error and my order was cancelled. When I inquired the answer was place a new order, but the refrigerator had gone up $700.00 more and the washer and dryer went up $200 each. The supervisor's answer was to give me 200.00 off the purchase. It is outrageous. I offered to still take the items at the original price. This was not even my fault and yet they refused to honor the price. Amazing they rather lose a sale of $3000.00

We spend about $5,000.00 buying different items about 1 month ago , at the store Westhaimer and hwy 6 , houston tx, they dont want deliver the item saying the truck in broken, there are not dates and all kind of bs. so far we haven't received them yet after 1 month we paid for them. We called them at least 10 times and every single time they make up a excuse for not deliver the items. We already spoke to the managers at store and delivery but they don't solve the problem ,We are about to make this legal because it seems like fraud to me. I really do not recommend customers to buy from this company because they are going to get in a really bad experience and headache.

purchased boots as a gift directly from Sears website. the boots coast 19.99 then cost me another 9.99 to have them delivered. Boots did not fir and now Sears is saying I can not return them in the store because they came from a outside affiliate. What?? Never heard of 8088shoes. Sears took my credit card...Sears should refund my money! I was told by some random guy that I have to ship the boots back at my expense?? That is nuts I paid 19.99 for the boots, 9.99 to get them shipped, and now they want another 9.99 to ship them back. That is 40 bucks for a 20$ pair of boots that don't fit. If sears is selling the item on their website they need to take responsibility for all products. No wonder Sears is going out of business
