Me to I bought a furnace from sears . AIts four years old and it stopped working.

Tried calling sears for service since it’s still under warranty. They keep giving me the runaround. Transferring my calls over and over. Don’t no what to do.

Please give me input.

I mean they had no problem taking my 4000.0 dollars for the furnace. I shouldn’t have to be without heat.

Even exchange with receipt told because no tag couldn’t back

Day after Christmas wanting to do even exchange my granddaughter robe was a size to small. Went to register with robe and receipt employee told me needs to have tag on to return without can’t take back Even with the receipt !!! I only wanted a even exchange lg for med,so girl finds tag attached to robe and willing to do return However not honor the coupon used!!! Seriously this is why I don’t shop Sears!!! A simple exchange With receipt and Sears wants me to pay 8.00 more Wow i did announce that if the Tag is That important (especially at Christmas time) tell your customers when they purchase!!!

Frig freezer frozen shut for 3 months

August 31 bought a Kenmore Frig delivered the first week of Sept . Come Oct freezer door frozen shut . Called for repair came out 3 weeks later. Tech could not get door open tech left made another appt for a week later so two tech could come to open freezer. They left and made another appnt for another tech to come and replace gasket. Was told to turn off frig for 24 hours. Tech came out and was able to open freezer fixed gasket and within 4 days the freezer was frozen shut again . So know it's a week away from thanksgiving I call again for another appointment they can come out Dec 5 turned the frig off once again 24 hours off tech could not open the freezer. Tech called his supervisor said he be out today Dec 6 no show no call. Called customer service again they said they cxld my call because they had no tech. So know my frig has been off for 48 hrs and the freezer still won't open. Called customer service again and they can come out on Dec 22... Got to love sears I am beyond frustration ... they need a lot of help in there customer service . I own 5 homes and have always used there appliance for my rentals . But after this experience I will never shop with them every again . I been shopping there for over 40 years . This company sucks big time.

Talking to someone who speaks BAD English

I bought a wash Machine from Sears, it did not wash my clothes at all, I ran a load 3 times with no clean results. I called their 800 number which I had reached someone who spoke very Bad English. I was given the run around, not once but 3 times. They kept trying to refer me to Teck support, I kept telling them why would I want Teck support, because I just bought the washer, I wanted to return it. The last badly speaking in English finally convinced me to replace it with a different washer, so we set up the date for them to come get the washer I bought, and when they would deliver the new one. So the date they gave me was a Saturday, no show, when the delivery team called me that following Wednesday, I explained the situation to him, he told me to call them again since he had no papers to pick up the previous washer I had bought. So I called them they told me that they would pick it up. Anyway when the delivery team got here, we called them back, it took both the delivery guy and myself to finally have them pick up the other washer. Now this is not the end of my story either, the new washer they brought had the same problem, but it sounded different, after trying all the different settings, checking my water supply, checking the book. 6 hours later I had set it again on a different setting. 5 min into the setting I heard a shearing of gears, and then I smell something burning. I decided to chat this time, I still have not heard back from Sears...

I will never bu from Sears again

We purchased all new appliaces in February. In November are refrigerator stopped cooling ruining all of our food. A repairman came out the day before Thanksgiving. He told us that we needed a new materboard. He did not have one in stock but said one would be availble ina week. It is eighteen days later and the part is still not available. I called Sears repair and they said that the part is expected to arrive on December 22nd. I told them that we can not go without a referigerator for a month and i wanted a refund or credit. They refused. i was told that you mustwait one month before they will process a replacement request even for an essential appliance likje a referigerator. I asked if there was any guarantee that the part would be availble on Decemer 22nd and was told no. I asked if the part was not in availble on December 22nd would they guarantee that I would have an ew refrigerator by Christmas and they said no. I will never purchase another appliance or any product for Sears in the future.

Another reason to never buy an appliance from Sears. Remember, the Sears of today is no longer the Sears, Roebuck & Co.

of yesteryear.

They are apparently on the ropes, financially. Best get used to seeing Sears just a memory of the past.

Repair service disater

My Kenmore washing machine broke down this summer. A repair man came . Did not fix it. Broke again. Repair man came in September. Machine worked for a while, the broke again. Repair man came , said nothing was wrong. Tried to do laundry and cycle stopped 12 minutes into the cycle, door locked, clothes inside. This was hours after the repairman left. I was told I would have to wait until Dec 8th for a repair. My clothes are stuck in the washer. I have spoken to at least 8 people who have told me they will get in touch with someone , blah,blah, blah. Talked to repair man last night and he said he would follow up with his supervisor to see if he could help me. Never heard from them. This is the last time I will ever do business with Sears. Since the end of June, I have been without a washing machine for 3 weeks at a time.Customer Service is not only bad, but non existent. This is a six year old washing machine. Sears gets an "F"

We put a tool storage lay away on black Friday. We wanted a black tool storage. They employees puts the red on lay away. We complete the sale and we realize he put the red on lay away and not the black. He tells us the process to fix would take too long and just exchange it when we pay it off. So we said ok. I come in and pay it off and thinking i can even exchange they then tell us because it is not black Friday anymore it can't be an even exchange. The dept Manager Monica treated us like it was our fault. In fact every time we were in there she was *** about something. We will never shop there again We called the complaint department and we could not understand his English I see why they are going out of business

Do not buy anything from this company. Their workmanship is the worst quality I have ever seen. They are a third party seller that Sears allows to sell on their website. Sears WILL NOT stand behind these products. They tell you to contact bcp to get refund even tho Sears took my money out of PayPal account.

Mattress and box springs bought online

We bought a mattress and box springs online. The box springs was delivered in the wrong size. In 2 weeks the mattress had a big hump on one side. We have attempted to return both they said we had to keep 30 days. In 30 days they say they will have to charge us $69 each plus 15% to pick up even though the mattress is defective. It makes me very sad because Sears has always been such a reputable company. I guess the times are changing.

I have no heat. I am a 52 year old disabled veteran going through alot of changes with my health. Sears tech was called, came out did not have the part to fix my heat on the 8th of Dec. Ordered part came back on 12th of Dec and replaced part. But that was not the problem. Said they needed a third party to aid in fixing the problem and that was on the 12th so long story short i am freezing my buns off. Called in everyday and get switched to different departments. No one seems to know who suppose to get this done. Pray for me and my family for we are on a fixed income and can not afford to go to a hotel for who knows how long. You get it fixed when we fix it is the message I'm taking from their actions but was more driven to take my payment. No one cares anymore its all about the money.

You might want to "bite the bullet" and call a local plumbing & heating company. Ask around for references as to who is good. As for now, you might want to wander over to a place like Walmart and buy two or three of those small, ceramic or such portable heaters to at least take the chill off.

We placed an order for parts to fix our refrigerator after we were told we could not get a service call for 3 weeks. The lady on the phone was very helpful and ordered our parts and we paid to have them here in 2 days. Here we are 12 days later and still no parts. We have called repeatedly and I guess about 8 days ago we called to tell them to cancel our order which they told us had never been shipped yet. The next day I receive an email saying our order was in progress. We called again and told them to cancel and again today to tell them we did not want the parts! Again she tells us our money will be refunded. I have filed a complaint with out credit card company. I think no charge should even go to your credit card until the shipment leaves the warehouse and I believe every company should apply this. We are so done with Sears. Never buying from them again!!

Bought and had delivered a Kenmore refrigerator a few weeks ago. Within a few days we decided we didn't like it and were not happy with it.

Went to same store to get returned and buy another one up model. No one there could help me, just gave me a couple of numbers to call. Did that, first number, I found out later, was in the Philippines, couldn't understand anything the girl was saying. Gave up.

Called again next day and was handed to some man that couldn't speak English either. Called Customer Service, they too gave me the run around. Wanted a 15% dispensing fee???? Why not just say restocking instead of a choice of words to confuse.

Went back to Sears return policy and found this about 15% restocking. "A 15% processing/restocking fee is charged for mattresses, foundations, assembled/upholstered indoor furniture, water heaters & built-in home appliances." See anything about refrigerators???? The customer rep pointed out the one little line on those Sears receipts that are 3 pages long that says the fridge may be subject, may be.

Sears puts up a good front with their 30 return policy with no problems till you actually try to return something they it's throw up the roadblocks till the customer gets tired and just gives up, not me. I will never, ever even walk into or through a Sears ever again .

I Also Bought A Kenmore And I'm Trying To Return It. I'm Getting The Same Run Around On The Last 5 Calls.

It Ranges From Only 3 Days For A Return, 30% Restocking, $250 For the Same Thing As Restocking Fee. When I Mention The 30 Days, They've Told Me It's 3 Days Over And Over Again.

Hmm! I wish that I had read this first.

Just experienced a similar situation, I bought an upright freezer, two weeks of normal usage the handle broke. Sears refused to refund or exchange the unit, because they said it was working when I got it. Lol.

I asked about the return policy, they told me that only works for itmes that don’t break. WTF

No Customer Support from Sears but Filipinos are sure lovable people

My Kenmore Dishwasher flooded my kitchen. Caused 1000's in damage over 6 months before the issue became noticeable. I made an insurance claim so my insurance can go after Sears/Kenmore now. I called Sears and Kenmore and actually was transferred to K-Mart. Called back and was only told I needed to schedule a technician to come out to my house. I did not want one, I wanted to speak to someone about their product causing so much damage in my house. "So when would you like to schedule a technician sir"? The call center is only doing their jobs, I cant fault them. Sears.... You suck and I will never give you a penny of my money again and I hope you go out of business soon.

Re: Home Repair of Dryer. Grossly late, no call ahead to warn of late arrival. Technicans didn’t even arrive within 4 hours window...twice. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Customer service complaint line sounds like foreign outsourcing of people that just read from a script. They aren’t even sure what time zone you’re in and surely don’t listen. Sears, you’ve lost a customer.

Bought a tool set on their website from a third party vendor. They said item was shipped but it track to Massachusetts and not Florida. Called to complain and was given the phone number and email to the vendor. Number was disconnected and they did reply to the email saying product is out of stock and refund my money. Funny thing is they show the item in stock online but $50 more expensive. The way sears.com allows this to happen is fraudulent and I will stick to eBay and Amazon were I know the service is better. So don't use sears.com period
