I HAVE SHOPPED AT SEARS FOR YEARS AND WORKED THERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGERS AND LEADS IS HORRIBLE. I ALWAYS TRY TO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THE CUSTOMERS WHO ASKED FOE HELP BUT IT SEEMS IM JUST ONE IN A MILLION THESE DAYS. I HAVE GOTTEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT NASTY BATHROOMS, RUDE MANAGERS, AND CLOSED REGISTER COUNTERS. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS OUTDATED SALE SIGNS, THE WRONG PLACEMENT OF SALE SIGNS. THIS REALLY CONFUSES AND AND ANGERS THE CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY THINK THEY ARE GETTING A GOOD BARGIN BUT EITHER THE SALE SIGN WAS PUT IN THE WRONG SPOT OR IT WAS OUTDATED, WHICH IS CALLED FALSE ADVERTISING. CUSTOMERS CONSTANTLY ASK THE BIG QUESTION..." IS SEARS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS"? PLEASE PUT SEARS OUT IF IT'S MISERY AND CLOSE THE DOORS!!!!

Sears delivered the wrong TV to my house--a refurbished one at that which I never ordered and never even accepted as it said refurbished on the carton. A manager said I would get a refund and would get a $30 gift certificate.

After talking to five different customer sales people and managers over two years--they all lied to me and I never got my money back. I was a Sears customer for for over 40 years and no one cared. They all just told me it would be solved, and they all lied to me.

they are a horrible company and I am so glad they are in bankruptcy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery times mean nothing. This is not the good old dependable store of yesteryear. Lets see if they come thru tomorrow. We could have had numerous other Washer and Dryers installed by other companies by now. They don't even have to install it. I told them I would pick up and install. Customer service are robots and reading from cue cards. Its too bad. Another company which used to have a good reputation, ruined by poor management. What a joke.

Sears in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Cabinet Damage

Sears installed granite, sink and garbage disposal in my kitchen. From day one I had a problem with the price that was charged and water leaking. My cabinets has been damage because sink and garbage disposal was installed incorrectly. I stopped paying after Sears would not send anyone to find the water leak. I had to pay a plumber to find the water leak, which was coming from the disposal. Water is still coming from around the top trim of the sink. Now Midland is suiting me for payment. I did not know my account was sold until I went to court. Any suggestions?

Sears - Washing Machine Repair Review from Chester, Vermont

I purchased a kenmore front laoder washer and dryer along with the pedestals 4 years ago total purchace price $2,500 the hinge on the door has broken i had sears repair come out they said that the machine is un repairable due to the parts are no longer being made for that machine WTF its only four years old so my expensive kenmore applince is now garbage and e best they can do is offer me 10 percent off. Worst buy ever my advice dont buy kenmore and dont buy from sears

NEVER order from Sears.com! I ordered 2 sweaters and 2 pairs of boots, on 10/23/16. Received an email on 10/24/16 stating items had been shipped. Attempted to track package for a week before it finally said USPS had received notification of package but as of now, no package has been received by them! It is now 11/01/16! My credit card was charged the day I placed the order! Can't get any assistance from customer service other than being informed the items may be delayed as they are shipped from overseas! Thought I was ordering from USA! Will not be ordering online from Sears again and will think twice about going into their stores!

My husband purchased a shirt and pants in august. He never wore them so i found the receipt and tried to bring them back. I was shocked to find that after 30 days there are no exchanges. Not even store credit. The clothes were never worn and had the tags still on. Thats a shame. I dont think I will be going back to Sears. Mrs. Rosemarie Young Lapebera@gmail.com

That summer is hot?

Money is green? Since this has to be 50 words, I will go on to say that people like you are what make shopping so difficult.

I have my dishwasher went out. I normally get everything at Lowes but a friend to my to check out Sears. I found a new dishwasher. I attemped to order online would not work. I had to call in the order the next day. The customer service person never ask if I wanted it installed and the old one taken away. My new dishwasher arived today and the took the big box my kitchen. That was all they did said they could not install it. I was so angry. I spent the next 3 hours on phone with various people from sears. They claim that they not anyone in my area help. Should have told they could not install in my area. I bet if I had used Lowes I would be using new one now.
