Sears Quail Springs Oklahoma City Hometown store would not refund the purchase I made the day before that I had never opened never used and had the receipt they would also not exchange a rack that I got at the store same store the day before and was defective they basically told me go to another Sears store they would not help me this is ridiculous where is Sears satisfaction guarantee. If you shop at Saras Quail Springs Oklahoma City hometown store because you will get rud and unfriendly service and they won't let you return anything like they did me. They will tell you go to another Sears store no there's. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WOUNDER SEARS HAS DECLINED SO MUCH and probably won't be around much longer especially if this is there attitude toward customers, Run them off.

Sears in Westerose, Alberta - Kenmore model 59679553010 fridge, kenmore elite doble oven gas range, kenmore elite microwave.convection oven

the appliances I have listed above (fridge, stove, microwave)were bought in July 2011, and in just over 5 years I now am waiting for the repairman to replace the internal gas tube to ovens, my fridge which has the ice maker and cold water has been leaking and freezing in bottom of fridge and this evening I was going to use my convention oven on microwave because my gas oven needs repairing and when I set the controls and hit start the control panel keeps flashing F-5 - which apparently means this is also in need of repair . These appliances are not cheap in price but in quality they are shameful - junk.

Let be heard, shout it from me he rooftops. SEARS SUCKS ***!!! I will never buy anything from Sears ever again. I will never set foot in a SEARS store again. I will not let my family shop there. I spent a ton of money with them in last 18 months buying a washer/dryer set, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and fridge. Fridge has broken twice and I have had four service visits trying to fix it. 3 the first time and a current one. Oh and they are all Kenmore. The Sears brand. You think they would want to stand by the products. I do not qualify for replacement because I am short 1 visit. Really? So your stuff has to breakdown more and suck harder before you will do anything? And for the "manager" at the warranty center to say he is sorry but there is nothing he can do...***. You had a chance to make SeArs a comp at that appreciates its customers. But you had an epic fail instead. Customer service is not a game. But if it were, the SEARS would be and is an unqualified loser. GOODBYE SEARS. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

We got a sump pump from Sears and they also installed it FIFTEEN years ago....it was a great product but finally wore out. My basement flooded as a result of the pump failure so i needed a replacement PRONTO. I called cs (on Thursday early in the morning) and was told they couldnt even schedule a service call...didnt know when they might get to it...would call me back in 24 hours to give date. Of course, they never did. I called back. The gal put me on hold forever then told me it would be MONDAY. I found that totally unacceptable. Not enough install help even when I was purchasing a new sump pump from Sears. Not happy. Called a local plumber who came out within a few hours. Very dissapointed in today's Sears.

I purchased an out door gazebo in May and paid to install it ,total nightmare waited for them to install and we finally called and they said they don't install gee that's funny I paid 300.00 for installation . Now I noticed that a piece on the roof of it is out of place ,so my husband spent days and phone calls to rude sobs they hang up on you and I called the store where I purchased and still no help ....I'm getting 7on my side if I don't get a reply . Are you freaking kidding me it wouldn't go thru unless you have 100 plus words well I sure can give you plenty more ....a really pissed off customer that's getting the news on your sorry ***

Sears in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania - Reward Point Not Showing Up on Account

I've had two emails in the last week telling me I have bonus reward points to use but when you go to the checkout they don't show up on my account. (One was for $3 off any purchase of $3 or more at Sears and k-Mart. The other $5 off any $25 or more purchase at Sears or K-Mart) This is not the first time this has happened. I think the emails are just to get the buyers in the store. I just cancelled my membership, it's not worth the aggravation. I think Sears CEO must be purposely destroying the company so it can be sold and broken up.

Reference my refrigerator under a Sears Home Appliance Warranty You all are a bunch of bastards. I waited for five hours on September 5, from 1.00 to 6.00 p.m. No one called or showed up. Finally, after calling what seems to be a million times and kissing every ugly stink *** at Sears, finally someone came on September 22, after I had to *** work a second time and wait for another five hours. Then, he struggled with the refrigerator for hours, left and came back. He quieted the refrigerator for that evening and that night. The next morning, the refrigerator went right back to its old ways and the noise is twice as loud. He told me that he had to postpone the appointment. I have been calling like a fool again and again every day. No one is telling me anything. Once again, this morning I reached someone who could not help me and I asked to speak to someone who could and who had some authority. She snobbishly told me that she is a case manager and there is no one "higher", because sh is a case manager! Case Manager? Hugh? Pretty authoritative! I asked her if she owned the business? I thought it was a rightful question to ask since there was no one "higher" than her. I assumed that she owned and ran the operation. I had the same experience a few weeks back and I wrote to Sears' corporate only to receive a badly composed, poorly spelled, punctuated, poor grammar and bad English piece of rubbish. I t never addressed my concerns or resolved the issue. So, the point is that I am with a loud refrigerator that beats like a generator for more than a month and Sears' folks could care less. So, do you want to know how satisfied I am? That's how satisfied I am! You bunch of nasty unhelpful people!

I recently made a purchase online that was well over 200.when i went to submit the order i noticed my old address was still on i changed the address and submitted my order a email was sent to confirm and my suprise my old adress was still on the order.i called the customer service line an hour after the order was put in to correct the address i was told i cannot change my address i asked to cancel the order as i live over an hour away and havent been at this address for well over a year i was told i cannot cancel.the service rep told me wait till you receive a tracking number then you can cancel.as soon as the email came through i contacted these idiots again they told me yes sir your order is cancelled the following day i received an email that my purchase was delivered to the wrong address.now i am being told its up to me to send the merchandise back that i have no access to and im out 200 dollars if i dont.this has been one of the worst purchases i have made online,customer service is horrible you cannot understand any of them that work here.sears has been struggling and now i know why. No longer will i do buisness with this company!

Sears in San Rafael, California - Repeat Negligence on Dryer Repair

Sears has come to my home 4 times to repair an LG dryer. They continue to send repair men who do the same thing over and over again, order the same part, make me wait 2 weeks to install the same part, and then wait two weeks again to come back to fix what they never fixed. They NEVER stop to figure out why this part keeps blowing out the second I turn my dryer on. When I call to explain, they make me wait for my appointment. This is an absolutely egregious way to do business. No wonder they continually have to close stores and are losing market share. The WORST customer service of any company I've even experiences.

Sears in Defuniak Springs, Florida - Refused to honor Grill Warranty

My grill got fire and almost caught my house on fire.We called and set up service and the first Tech came out and said that he was going to make sure in his write up to list the cause of the fire which he said was a valve malfunction so that they would cover it. Didn't here from them for several days so my wife called them and they said that there was to much damage and they were not going to repair it.A few more days passed and I called and they said that they were going to fix it and were sending out another Tech.The second tech arrives and finds more damage and takes my original paperwork from the first tech and says a manager would call me with options.I called back again and was told that it was abuse and that they would not cover it at all.They continue to call me to renew the insurance on the grill even after I have told them to put me on their never call list.We were long time loyal Sears customers because they had a good extended warranty but will never spend another dime with the company.
