long story so i will try to summarize: sears said installation between 9am and 1 pm so i called at 10am to confirm status. still 9am to 1pm.

i called installer to confirm but could only leave message. my phone rang twice but no one on other end. called again at 1:30 pm and they had all sorts of excuses (phone, address, etc) which made no sense.

sears told me they would give me different installer for next week between 11am and 3pm finally showed up at 3:30pm (same installer). very unprofessional (this is the politically correct description for my own protection) with a disgusting body odor.
