Doesn't exist for customers it only works if there selling a product I purchased a Kenmore Elite 3 year's earlier and a master plan agreement and I don't have a running refrigerator for a month with no response from anyone you just call and get nothing but Sears has all of my money

Me Kenmore Elite Refrigerator is on its 3rd compressor in 3 1/2 yesrs

When I purchased my new sears elite Kenmore I thought I purchased a quality product. At $4000 they were not cheap.

I bought the five year service warranty and it was $800. I am now on my third compressor in 2 1/2 years. This is not normal. Sears knows its not normal.

LG. Is the compressor distributor and they know its bad. My technician left after the third compressor he told me Ill see you in a year or two. That just ridiculous.

As other people have stated you cannot get in touch with seers through the customer service Numbers. I am trying to contact him at this time to find out if we can put a different manufacturers compressor in the unit.

Two technicians have told me this alternative compressor would last and would not go out like the LG. Lost and looking for Hope.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy Sears Appliances! They are no where near the Sears of 15 years ago. Customer service is not their game, that’s for sure.

Regarding 3 rd party retirn

Boots did not fit--too narrow and small. The return has been a huge waste of my time and Sears was of little help. Had I known Sears was selling for a 3rd party and there were no longer any Sears stores, I would never have selected Sears. I would have gone with Macy's.

I purchased an extremely overpriced weedeater becaus sears assured me it was the 575 model. After discovering this Unbeatable sales offered me a 15% refund that was approved Dec 8th. As of this date sears has failed to refund my Discover Card or their orde #91201****

$800 no refrigerator and no refund

It's been a month, the refrigerator I ordered didn't even leave the warehouse. I called and canceled the order, and now it's been three weeks and I can't get a refund. They have said please give us 72 hours several times and nothing. It's complete *** and I will never consider sears for anything ever again. I've resorted to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Thanks for nothing except anger and spoiled food. Get *** sears, it's no wonder you're going out of business.

I received repair and no invoice or warranty was given

Terrible customer service. Repairman lied said he cleaned my dryer and my fridge never touched them. I was charged for that. Cant get anyone to talk to. Every number and probably 10 different ones take you to the same recorded message!

Never contacted by customer service

I placed an order online and Sears charged me twice and sent two items instead of one. I tried multiple times to reach out by email and called several phone numbers the moment I realized I was charged twice but I was never able to reach anyone. I got absolutely no response back by email. Now I have to try to find a local store to return one of the items and I don't have a store even close to me. What a mess! I will never order from Sears again.
