Sears in Cedar Key, Florida - Failed delivery

I was promised a delivery between 3.pm-5.pm today. Was texted about 1pm. to say that driver could not find address on his GPS and would I rearrange delivery. Why did the driver not telephone? I could have told him exactly where we are. In a town of 700 people and one road in, could he not ask? Also, Sears has delivered here before, and the address shows on Google etc. Sears may send their emails promising delivery dates and times but they are no good if their drivers cannot use common sense. UPS and FedEx deliver here all the time.

sears has the worst customer service and delivery issues.1st they didnt delivery my $300 trampoline and didnt call to say that i could leave because iy wasnt coming.When they finally brought it a week and a half late they told me that they dont put them together so i ssked what was the purpose of the 80 fee when i could drove to the store to get it of course there isnt anything that they could do.so i finally found someone to put it together last night and it appeared to be missing something i bought it under a ptomotion where you get free stairs i didnt get any stairs so i called and they said that i would had to add the stairs separate bit when i put the trampoline in the cart it said w stairs they told me to take it down 120lb 12ft. And return it and rebuy it with the stairs im telking everybody i know how much they suck.I shopped with them at least monthly i will never buy or go into another not even to enter a mall

Sears - Water Softener Repair Review from Denver, Colorado

Details
Have a Kenmore water softner. It broke down. I still have water in home so no big deal. I call sears for repairs. Repairman comes out. Finds problem and says he needs to order a part. So I pay the man up front. I have an appointment for next week. An hour later after he leaves I go to wash my hands, I have no water at all. I spend the next 6 hours calling sears trying to get someone back to get water back on. You end up calling the Phillipines which in turn sends a message to denver dispatch. No one ever responded. I would be living with out water for a week. Thank god for my son in law. What if I was a disabled person and did not have anyone. Their system is awful. Still no call back from sears. They could care less. Oh best part. One of the reps told me to hire a plumber. I will never buy any sears product ever again. I see why their company is failing.

Details
Sears seems to have changed there waranty policy covering there tools. It used to be bring the tool back and get it replaced not so easy anymore. I guess thay don't want my business wont shop there anymore there prices have alway been a little high but worth the waranty.

Sears - Bad delivery

I bought a Kenmore fridge, I love Kenmore products. The men who delivered it was very poor. They popped my swimming pool damaged the handle on the fridge and damaged my deck. I was reimbursed for some of the damages. The delivery guys had no idea where the filters went so I didnt get one now I have to buy it. I called to have my warranty check up on my fridge and they sent someone to replace my ice maker? where they got that I dont Know. So the gentleman opened the fridge and looked at the settings and called it good. What? I purchased the extended warranty too. Sears used to be a high quality place to buy appliances but the quality of service lacks terribly.

Sears Master Card

My Sears store card was converted to a Sears Mastercard without prior permission from me or proper notification. The issue is that they also without my permission sent a Mastercard to my son that was linked to my Sears card and ss#. At one time I had asked Sears to allow him to charge an auto repair, his car broke down on his way back to school. At that time I told them I didn't want them to send him a card with his name. I found $2900 in charges on my statement and when I called them they told me they had sent a card to my son and he made the charges. I called him and he said because it was a Mastercard he didn't even think it was linked to me or my Sears card. Sears told me to file a fraud claim; my son didn't commit fraud, he thought the card was his, after all they sent it to him. I didn't commit fraud because I never asked for the MasterCard in the first place. The only fraud is with Sears deceptive practices. All I want is a credit for the $2900 that was put on my card. My son can't afford to pay it all at once and I certainly can't. Oh, btw their interest rate is 25%. Please help

Ha! Purchased a washer and dryer and was promised delivery on the 18th. On the 18th, got a call letting me know that 1) the delivery drivers do not read road signs and 2) the delivery had to be delayed as a result. Delivery promised on the 20th. On the 20th, got a call saying they put it on the wrong truck. Promised on the 23rd. Not sure they understand why I am irritated. This is two days I have changed my plans on the basis of their promises. Two days of lost opportunity. When things like this happen, it causes harm to the consumer, which the larger corporations ignore because there is little or nothing 99% of all people can or will do about it.

Sears repair service agreements sucks

I have bought sears products since 1987 (spent over $200.00) and have always purchased their protection agreements. Over the past 5 years it has taken Sears at least a month to repair something. This time I called about my dish washer. The appoint was for one month out. I told them it was the pump. Sears showed up and said it was the pump and they would have to order the part and would be back in about a month (making it 2 months). Sears came back today and said the one part did not come and it would be around 2-3 weeks before he could come back to be sure the part arrived. At this point my dish washer is full of fuzzy black mold and other things since it has been setting for over 2 months waiting on Sears to fix it. We have now decided to see how we will do with Lowes

Ruined my cars ac and since 10/15 it's been a nightmare.. now dealing with Samuel Sandilvar from Sedgewick Claims Management and they are equally a nightmare plus! All I want is my car fixed ! Had to lease a vehicle, my husband died and no one cares! My car has been in shop for 2 months Sam Sandilvar just drags and drags things out.. ignores me ignores what the issues are... he ok'd something and has yet to pay and still not fixed. I'm going to have a breakdown .. can't even mourn my husband with this stress factor going on!! Going to go on TV if necessary.. also did I mention the hypodermic needle I found in my car after Sears ruined it!
