What number are you calling ? The store ?

How about calling for service since that is what you need. News flash..Lowes wouldnt do anything different. Why you ask ? Because they dont even have thier own product service.

They wont replace your 9 month old product.. NO ONE WILL unless it cant be fixed. 2 weeks is to long to wait, but why come on and say you wont buy from anyone again ? Sounds like you need to look around.

They all do this now.

Make sure you go pouting, and huff into the store. People like you make me laugh.

Sears Craftsman Yard Machine not worth the price.

I purchased a Yard Vacuum Model No. 247.770330 with a Briggs & Stratton engine last October. It worked good for about 1 week then the bag tore off the handle. I sewed it back together and it worked until the hose split. Had to duct tape it together. I ran it dry at the end of the season and now this year it won't start. Nothing no matter what I try. I don't have a big yard but for the money I paid I would expect it to work longer than 1 season. I still have a Craftsman mower that is 35 years old and starts every time. Why can't you get a good product these days? I'm so frustrated with Sears products! Never again!

I went back to the store and spoke to the manager before posting my dissatisfaction with Sears' return policy in the first place. She said her hands were tied and that she did not agree with the policy either.

I bought a washer no problems so far. Then salesperson talked me into putting matching dryer on layaway until I needed it. I did paid it odd in December with salesperson knowing I would not pick up till mid June. Found out I was also charged for a dryer cord at almost 50 dollars which I did not need so when I talked to Sears at pick up they refused to refund my money said it was over thirty day since the sale and if it's on a layaway you can only get a gift card to shop in store. Non of which was told to me at the time of sale called customer service and now another month and no response from their head office. They sell you items you never wanted or n ended then you are stuck with their over price *** they don't want it back either. Tells me a lot about a company that screws over their customers. cant wait for them to close the doors and quit ripping off hard working people

Ordered in a Sears Freezer. Had to pay an independent to deliver because our Sears doesn't bother. Used person they recommended. When it got here and before it was totally inboxed there was a HUGE dent across the side. Pictures were taken as it was unboxed. Called Manager and was told nothing they could do unless we wanted to order another one but we would have to pay for it to be delivered. 2 delivery charges for their damage. At this time still have heard nothing back from district manager or someone higher than store Manager. Their customer service sucks and they sure don't want to make their mistake good. Am surprised they didn't try to blame delivery man. Don't shop in Andalusia Al Sears.

I went to sears at mall 8n town center kennesaw a couple days ago and I'll never go back. At check out I tell the cashier that i have coupons so he puts my reward points in which gave me $8 then tryed to scan coupon. He said he couldnt scan it because he scanned the rewards first he thought. I think he was just scanning it wrong. Well he voided the transaction to try it all again. He didnt even tell me thats what he did, i just saw him rescanning everything. I told him my concerns about losing my points now and he said they will still be there. So he rescanned everything snd put the 5 dollar coupon it which he had to ask again how to put in to find out he had to type it in then we couldn't put rewards back on. The lady behind him told me they couldn't put my points back on because he voided it that id have to wait a few days. I explained that i dont shop at sears often because it never the same anymore that i came to use them specifically to get the coupons along with credit so i could get a big discount. She said there was nothing they could do. So i told her i didnt want it. It was 60 dollars worth of clothes. I asked for a manager she said all managers were busy and she didnt know ehen they woukd be available. I waited 20 minutes no manager so i asked again same answer. Ill never go back. Wirst experience ever. Here i thought id give them another chance. While i was standing there waiting for the manager there was another lady at check out waiting to speak to manager too due to a price not coming up right and customer service argued with her. I heard the rep tell her that the managers was busy and that i was waiting too. Just wow. After that i wasnt gonna wait i left.

Sears in Roseboro, North Carolina - Bad service and product

I bought a mower deck that cost $556.00 from Sears on line. First there were parts missing. I used the bolts and spring from the old deck. I put the deck on and the blades that came on the deck are hitting the side of the deck. I called and they said they would send another deck. I waited and no deck came so I called again and the rep told me I was over the ten day warrenty and when I told her I have record of when I called and it was 7 days she told me she could not help me and when I ask to speak to her manager she told me that the manager would call me back but I never received a call. I am stuck with a $556.00 deck that I can't use. I will never step another foot in Sears and I hope. Signed pissed. Signed pissed

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM SEARS

I placed an order for the 41912 washer along with a stacking kit, and hoses. My order was cancelled the first time with a no reply email after spending a large amount of money at Sears and just a "chat online if you have questions". After chatting online, there was a "technical issue" with processing the order and I was assured that this would never happen again. I placed the order again and 2 days later it was cancelled again. I then talked on the phone with useless sales people while they assured me it wouldn't get cancelled and placed the order for me -- not including the hoses (which I said I needed about 5x). The next day I realized the "case manager" made a mistake and then called back to get them added on. Then they told me that I couldn't add it on and would have to purchase it myself. I cancelled the entire order. I went into an actual store hoping they might be able to help me but they couldn't honor the original price of course because the price had now gone up online. I finally had the order placed again through a case manager. I had the washer delivered. They didn't install it even after I was told by in store sales people and people on the phone that I didn't need to pay for install because it was just a hose hookup. Oh and they wouldn't stack the washer and dryer for me because I bought the matching dryer 2 months earlier and not at the same time as the washer. I finally did all the install and realized they never even refunded me my full amount on one of the orders SEARS cancelled on me. UNREAL. The ONLY reason I stuck with them so long is because I already had the matching dryer and wanted to stack it. I hope they go out of business as soon as possible so no one has to deal with them.

I bought a set of home phones from sears I have pain in my wrists and when I pressed the buttons to make a call my wrists would throb they were purchased on August 2 2016 when i called to ask if i could return or exchange for something else i was told that i could not because it was pass 30 days they are still brand new i will never shop there again over $80.00 and i can't use them!
