Worst service ever !!! I purchased a gas dryer at the Livingston Sears Store on Saturday and was " guaranteed" delivery early on Tuesday. When I got the phone confirming a delivery at 6:45 pm. I called to reschedule. Initially rescheduled for Wednesday .. Then told the earliest it would be was Thursday. When I called back tonight to confirm the time of delivery .. They tell me it will not be delivered until Friday .. AWFUL HORRIBLE NASTY AND UNEDUCATED customer service !! I can completely understand scheduling issues. But don't lie to me and say I am scheduled for a certain day or time when in fact I am not I am cancelling the purchase and buying a new dryer elsewhere. They have no customer service

Sears in Verona, Wisconsin - Confirmed Delivery Date and Still No Delivery

I ordered a deep freeze on Sunday requesting the delivery for the following Wednesday (which was one of the options when choosing a date). I received a confirmation stating the delivery date works for them. Because I have a large delivery of meat coming the end of this week, I was really needing it here Wednesday. This morning, I received a text message stating the delivery was moved to the following week. This will not work for me since the delivery of meat is on Thursday. Now that I am unable to get the meat on time due to the lack of a deep freeze until next week, I have to pay locker fees at the butcher, which of course, Sears will not help me. I understand that deliveries get moved sometimes, but don't offer delivery and even confirm if that options is not even really an option. I am out the extra money and even the ability to order from someone else because of the last minute notification. At least tell me right at order time that I cannot get it on that date. Also, when I called to find out why the date was changed, I spoke with one woman who was very difficult to talk to because her English was very broken. She was nice enough, but I got irritated when I asked to speak to a supervisor on the issue, she pretended to transfer me and actually tried changing her voice to be someone else. When I called her out on her lie, she got silent and had no explanation why she did it. Poor customer service for sure.

I bought a shop vac filter and pillow paid cash lost the recipt went to the Chesterfield were I bought them to take back they refused because I had no recipt and was so rude I see why they are going out called customer service and they also was rude I will never shop there and if you do make sure to keep the receipt now I am stuck with something I can not use only store I have been to that does that

Sears in Reno, Nevada - Two pairs of 501 crotch ripped after three washes and wear

The jeans were worn three times. bought from sears they wont exchange without receipt. Who save the receipt for a pair of jeans that were tried on before I purchased. This has happened before. belt loops ripped crotch blown out at the seams. Im tired of spending that much money on levis to wear them three times. All I can say is Levis should start reading the reviews left on the internet and do something about. Levis are garbage now. The tags say made in bengledesh. Where are they purchasing the denim because its not denim. I have slacks that are stronger. Some people have to work hard for the money they make and levis are a small investment if your not made of money. JUNK JUNK JUNK

We have been trying to get A blanking washer for 3weeks always the same thing 24 to 48 hour notice store can't do anything and the delivery people don't know a dam thing when called even called there corporate office and still no help terrible never buy any products there again ! Will cancel our card too!

If you still have not received delivery by now, cancel the order. Even if you have to call the credit card to do it.

You are entitled to cancel and order if it was not delivered. If they are not helping you now, just think what it will be like if you need warranty service.

Get out of the purchase while you still can due to non delivery. This is a bad omen.

I am going through the same thing over a deep freezer I ordered. I was promised a specific date, and no delivery.

I am now told it will be another 4 days at least, and it is not their fault. How is it not their fault?

I ordered it and they confirmed the date. So frustrating.

On 6/16/16 I purchased a replacement mower blade. It was/is shrink-wrapped in heavy plastic. Unused and in the exact same condition as when purchased, I attempted to return it today and was refused because it has been longer than 30 days, even though Sears still stocks this item. Excuse me, but there isn't a shelf life for a a mower blade. You would think that there would be exceptions to this 30-day rule, but no. They are firm on that. I am also firm now on my rule: Vote my feet. Out the door I go, never to set foot in another Sears or K-Mart store as a customer. No wonder Sears is in such dire financial straits.

Purchased a new refrigerator and had it delivered. The delivery person noticed right off that the interior lights in freezer and refrigerator did not come on. He called and scheduled a repair tech to come between 8 and 5. No show. Called at 7:30 pm to say he wasn't coming. Sears tried to reschedule again for between 8 and 5 but I said no, before 12 or nothing. Called customer service located in Philippines which has no power to do anything but give lip service. Called Sears corporate office and talked to Riley got no where. Called the store I bought if from in Commerce Georgia and phone says "mailbox full, we are unable to take your call!" Gave this number to Corporate for them to call and they said "yep" that's what I got! Sears says they don't build them but it is just their brand "Kenmore" on them and only warranty for 1 year! Mine was DELIVERED defective! I asked for extended warranty from Sears because I obviously got a bad one and they said it would be $499 for 5 year extended! Sears has no confidence in their own product because they know they are building ***! Do not buy from SEARS unless you want to miss several days of work waiting for a tech to call or even show up! Horrible experience and $1200.00 wasted!

Kenmore Oven Review

We naught 2 ovens from Sears for our church. We can't use them the racks fall down. Apparently their has been many complaints about this. We've asked Sears what we can do. A Sears tech came out to service them. There's nothing we can do. He said the inside of the oven expands and decreases with the heat. Wish we were notified of this before the warranty ran out.

Immediately dispute the charge with your card company as merchandise not delivered. No reason to pay for something you never got nor have any reason to believe ever will.

Yes, Sears is the very last place to go for much of anything nowadays.

The Sears, Roebuck & Co. we grew up with is gone.

I made a appt with a tech to repair my dishwasher the appt window was from 10am-12pm I called customer service which gave me a different time they originally said to confirm time it's now after 1:pm tech still not here if tech is late a good idea is to let the customer know so we can salvage some our day without spending most of the day just waiting on the tech to appear after the time he was to arrive and the coustmer service reps. Should get their stories straight when I called to see what's going on I get a different answer all the time hopefully he will arrive soon.
