they said they would be out Monday night between 5:00pm and 10:00pm no one show up by 8:00 so I called they said they were on there way out never came 10:00pm I called back they said he was wright around the bend be there in a short time never showed up11:30 I went to bed sick of waiting on them I called back in the morning talked to the serv dept they said its my job to give them the gal of the tank and make I said that's sears job they said no its yours this is not right they lied to me all night this is bull *** now there coming out thusday this is not right I need this fixed. and my money back for my time thanks

They came out took the microwave down and changed the control panel. It took 2 hours and it was not fixed. The tech said to call and tell them. I called and they told me they did not change the part because the microwave was working. I said I have a 4 minute video of the vent opening and closing on its own. They have been out 7 times, and its not fixed. The techs say they can't fix it, and it needs to be replaced. Finally after many phone calls them verify the account talking about the problem with me. I get to the people who will handle replacement of the. Then they ask for Jennie because she is the account holder. I told her Jennie has passed away a month ago. I have always handle this. Then they said we cant discuss this problem with me because the account is in my sister in laws even if that was the case it appears they will discuss your information with anyone, until they have to spend money. Then if someone died a death certificate is not enough they want Estate paper work

I bought a Kenmore refrigerator model number 59672383411 after 9 months I replaced the water filter the original filter worked fine but I figured it was time for a new they set me replacement filters none worked water comes out with particles and brown after twelve filters doing the same thing and 3 service calls with the techs telling me it's the filters. Mind you when I put the old one back in water is clear called Sears many times and even though I have the protection agreement on the fridge they tell me nothing they can do its not covered so they screwed me good now I have a 2500 dollar fridge that I can't get ice or water from

Sears is the worst department to get things to get fixed with there dept. They give false info. I will tell my friends and co workers had horrible experience I had with them. THEY DONT LISTEN TO THERE RECORDINGS AFTER THEY TOLD ME everything is recorded They told me one thing and never except responsibilities for they recorded A person was very bad to me and they act if they dont care I will purchase nothing more from sears I have a dish washer and ref. But now I regret to say I will shop someplace else. I hope this review goes out to everyone on site.

Ordered an upright freezer for delivery on Aug1,2016. Received email from Sears to pick up. Contacted them about delivery requested. They said " We' ll have to cancel the pickup order and reorder for delivery for Aug 26th between 3:15-5:15pm. 5:45 and no show. Called them and they said 6:15. 7:10pm still no show. Called again and they said "you're #10 and they are at #7 on delivery schedule. I told them that I would not wait until 8,9, 10pm etc for delivery. Requested Aug 28th morning delivery. They said "ok" it is scheduled for that date and morning. Guess what? You got it- no show again. I am livid! Called them and the new delivery date was Sept 3rd. I cancelled the order after calling 6 different phone numbers trying to get satisfaction. Sears has completely gone "down the tubes". I will never buy from them again and urge others to take heed as you will receive NO customer satisfaction as they so boldly advertise. Hope they close this ancient once American Icon for good as they are a pitiful excuse for a quality retailer. Anon but truthful

Worst Service EVER - Want Nothing To Do With Sears EVER AGAIN

Long story short, it has been 4 weeks since i bought a gas cooktop from Sears. After 4 weekends of frustration (no installation, no shows, hung up on by cust service), I was in tears. It is very clear to me why this company is in trouble. They are horrible! We are returning our gas cooktop and will NEVER BUY FROM SEARS EVER AGAIN! Worst experience in my life! If you are considering buying from Sears, think again. Save yourself the stress, inconvenience and rudeness. In this day and age, there are too many other better options!

I just called to get an estimate for a tv repair labor cost and was prepared to provide tv type and part number and price as stated from the Sears onsite repair part site for the likely tv problem. I determined the likely problem from the manual which provided the tv repair likely problem and time to repair the problem based on tv issues. Sears would not provide an estimate for labor cost. I kept hearing that a repairman would provide the estimate after they showed up. Unfortunately, I would have to pay the service call fee of $99. I had a previous in house Sears problem in which the repairman did not repair the problem and stiffed me for over $200 and I wanted all the facts and cost in advanced. I will call a standard tv repairman.

I had the same problem at the Superstition Sears in Mesa Az. I just wanted to exchange for a size up. Really didn't need attitude about their return policy. I realize they didn't institute the policy. To the counter help that day (8/27/16) a big wtf to Michelle and her little helper. I too will never shop at a Sears again.

On the 26th I had an Electrolux front loader dryer and washer delivered. The delivery people were careless and damaged the dryer. At that time we refused delivery so they took the washer and dryer back. I received a call from delivery to set-up an new delivery for 9/3/16 on 8/27/16. A few hours later they left a voicemail for me to contact them and the rep stated it can't be delivered till 9/7/16 so I scheduled it for the 9/10/16. Needing my washer and dryer I decided to go back to sears to stop delivery and purchase another brand so I can have it delivered earlier. They informed me it stated I received the washer and the dryer was return therefore I showed them the form where we refused delivery for both. While waiting to get this solved the same set that was delivered was put in the scratch and dent. I reached out to delivery and they informed me they would email the warehouse to have them show it in the computer it was returned so I can get the credit back on my account to purchase another set but will take 2-3 business days. I reached out to sears credit card to do a dispute and they informed me it can take up to 45 day. Hence I am without a washer and dryer and a balance on my credit card. I am appalled at the Customer Service.

I called yesterday to ask if they took money orders for payment on acct# they said yes cause they don't take credit or debit cards! YET THEY HAVE A CARD READER??!! Today I went with western union money order to make my payment (SHE TOLD ME THE TOOK CASH OR CHECK ONLY) really I don't have checking acct# and I hardly carry cash with me this makes 3 times I have had an issue with sears and its people being rude. I always thought a money order was as good as a check,but its worse when they tell you SURE ITS OK & the next day its not err. It does takes gas to get there..What happens when you have a card machine for looks I guess and they don't want my payment cause its not what they want(I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS CAME FIRST)Something needs to be done !I'm goin else where to get better service and where the first thing you here is not (you here to make payment..) really not how may I help you/more training I think! They cant even look your acct# up by name or ssn have to have that bill paper...I'm done!!!
