Sears in Casa Grande, Arizona - $10,800 New HVAC,2 months later, & it won't even turn on.The first month,the serviceman had to replace a part,because it kept freezing up.Theres more..

The system NEVER held the temp it was set at , when we complained,the serviceman said " raise the Thermostat", it won't hold at 72.So we raised it to 74..Same problem, he said set it at 76..room temp went to 80. when we complined, they sent the same service man to look.. said" There is NOTHING wrong with the system"!There was almost NO air coming from The last register on the run. but there is Nothing wrong??We set a swamp cooler in the window in the dining room because it was 10 degrees hotter there.. He said "That's why it isn't cooling in here".(We took the cooler out the next week, STILL didn't help.) We continued to call everyone we could find associated with Sears. We got a lot of Buck passing & disconnects,but that's all. THEN!!yesterday, the power went out in our subdivision.. Power came back on after 3 hrs...But NOT THE HVAC! I checked all Breakers, and the Themostat said "System On", was on Cool,& Fan was On .. Cooler wouldn't turn on.. Called Sears (Again).the Answering service (after 3 calls & 3 Hrs.) Answered ( the Project Manager,Bill McCurdy) told the Answering service man,that it was a electic company problem , & Sears wasn't liable.AND that he wasn't going to anything about it & was OUR problem. Didn't even have the curtacy to talk to me himself.. we have installed a window mount A/C unit in the Dining room , just to keep it livable( We live in Casa Grande AZ.near 112 degrees daily). We have been a card holding Customer of Sears since 1976, and this is how we are treated. Never will I buy anything from SEARS again.. Their "Installer",Cormin LLC, sobotaged the whole thing by telling Sears that "Everything was OK", what he should have said was ..The A/C is putting out cold air, but it's not getting to the last of the runs, therefore, NOT working correctly. Now Sears won't even take our calls. Beware people, and NEVER BUY FROM SEARS..

I spent 3hrs.on the phone trying to get a resolution as to why I can't get my renewal thru my e-mail since they lie that they can't mail it out. Everyone who I spoke to or transferred to, in total 10 people did nothing but apologyse for the previous person. The last person put me on hold then the call dropped. He didn't even call me back, so what does that tell you, I'm not important. I'm not your valued customer. With all these complaints I don't see how you are still in business. The customer service agents are liars and don't care.

Purchased a treadmill for $871.79 total. Then they made shipping errors. When i asked for reshipment the price had changed and I was informed in order to get the treadmill shipped correctly it would now cost $1001.79. Now, mind you this was the so called best price discount they were now adjusting the price to because they made a mistake. How is this customer service? I am actually paying MORE MONEY for their errors. Wow!!!! I should have read the very negative online reviews before making an online purchase with them. I usually buy things in the store with no problems. Needlesstosay I have learned my lesson and I will not be doing business with them in the future. There is just way too many options out there for me to have to put up with this nonsense.

My husband and I ordered shelving units off of sears.com. About 15 minutes after we ordered them we found different ones and decided to cancel our previous order and order the other ones. So I called customer service waited about 30 minutes on the phone and then i spoke with someone who assured me my previous order was canceled. So lets jump forward about a week... The shelves i thought i had previously canceled were sitting on my door step. HUM that's funny because i canceled them. So i call sears and i tell them that they are sitting on my door step after i canceled them. They told me that Sears did not cancel the order right and it was their fault. There is no sears store around were I live so they have to be shipped back. I said okay then the lady proceeds to tell me that i will have to pay for the shipping. UM no i don't think so this was SEARS fault because you shipped them after I canceled the order. So i ask to speak to a manager and he says that he will have them picked up with no charge because it was their fault. Okay so I am happy no and i go on about my day. Well jump to the next day, I get an email from Sears stating that they will refund me 115.08 if i keep the shelves. Well let me tell you that the total price of the shelves was 215.90. I call them again they tell me that they cant pick the shelves up and that i will have to keep them. At this point I am so tired of dealing with them i could puke. So i here i sit with 2 shelves that i did not want and i thought i had canceled and 100.82 less than what i had and i get to pay interest on it because i used my sears card. Yah me!! So my advice is that unless you have a hometown Sears store don't ever buy anything from them, especially online.

I will not buy anything from Sears again as long as I live. Dealing with customer service over the years has been a nightmare. The employees from the Philippines don't have a grasp of the English language and they are hard to understand. I have slammed the phone many times over the years out of sheer frustration with these people.

First thing I have been using Sears [33yrs] since I was 15 for clothes, appliances, beds, grills, auto, lawn tractors etc.. Didn't mind paying extra because customer service was always great, and I stress WAS! Their website is also *** and anytime have issue they do not allow you to post. And if for some reason they ship from a vendor forget getting any help at all! They are happy to call you to try and sell you repair policies and if you tell send me the information they get rude and Hang up, call back to complain and they completely try to change your words and not document. I don't know if there has been a change at the top, but I can easy see as to some of the main reasons their stores are failing, time to start looking elsewhere, I have been tolerant of their poor service for to long now.

Sears Carpet Service and Customer Service SUCK

Sears came to my house to clean my carpet. The service tech promised me - three times - the odor would be eliminated. It was not. When I finally managed to get them on the phone (after calling three numbers six times without anyone picking up - there was no legible number on their invoice, incredibly), they emailed me a copy of an invoice that I signed that the service technician modified after I signed it. They offered me a partial credit for the ineffective service, which I declined. I contacted my credit card company to have the charges reversed. A few weeks later, a woman from their Customer Service (they should call it something else) department, called to basically holler at me to tell me that they don't guarantee what their service tech guaranteed, and therefore would not give me a refund. It didn't matter that they illegally changed a document after I signed it. It didn't matter that they previously agreed to a partial discount. She was rude and abusive. I will never do business with Sears again, and I strongly suggest you stay away from their carpet cleaning service. It sucks.

I bought a Kenmore refrigerator in August 2015 and it does not work! I have had over 5 repairmen come to my home I the past 2 months and they just keep ordering parts and coming back. I have been with my refrigerator for 2 months and do you think Sears cares???? NO!!!!!!! I have spoken with sooooo many Sears representatives and not even one can speak to me with honestly not demonstrate and sympathy and/or emotions to the fact that I have two small children and no refrigerator. I explain to all Sears representatives that I talk to, to have the refrigerator replaced since it is wishing manufactures warranty and all I get are ridiculous emails or statements stating I can't return the refrigerator since its past 30 days, you're kidding me!!!!!!!!! Sears is the ultimate work company to purchase anything.

i bought a hot water take on 7/22/16 1st off they gave me the rong take chared me rong so i had to take it back so i been up there 2 times in 1 day and its 45 min away frome me .so i get a nouther one this time the take they gave me dont work and its got water licking some were in side they told me its not hooked up right there is no outher way to hook it up its electric take .then they tell me i have to pay 70 dollars for them to bring another one to me win i got this one it was the only one in the store .people use to tell me Sears was the best .now its the worst i see now way they are on the *** of bankruptcy i will never go back or recommend any one to go there

I ordered a 50 gallon water heater ..to replace old model..for my 82 year old Mother...I knew the model was refurbished...however I didnt know that the 3rd party u use was incompetent..i had to take it back 2 times before i found one that actually works..after the 3rd time it finally worked..sooo sad for Sears..we always thought Sears kept their Quality..I work for the Big three Automotive....I told my friends ..of my experience and they told me....What The Was I Thinging Sears...Sears really I deserved what I got...Sad Sad Sad ..4 Days to Replace a Water heater..I dont know who ur C.E.O. is ..but You have at least 465000 auto workers in Michigan ..as well as in the Continental U.S.A...that use a network called Dashboard...that strictly tells every Auto Worker to stay away from ur products...Now i can see why..Quality ..Customer service...knowledge of ur product...My name is Nick Gjonaj...Quality control at Mopar..Right part right product on time...Nikolagjonaj.ng@gmail.com I grew up lovin Sears..Now u have destroyed it for my children..
