Never show up when service Centre AC Sears.

Very disappointing would sevice Central Air condioner given today (05/17/2016), where we purposely taken off from work, and wait from morning till night, did not appear technician promised servise 1-4 PM, When we call back, automatically becomes the next 5-7 Pm service, after talking with the customer service, are expected to wait back from 7-9 Pm hours. Currently, entering at 9 Pm, never appeared, and informed customer service, replacing the promise we be tomorrow at 1-5 PM. This is when the very unprofessional work, without news, and we waited for the lost time and our time is supposed to work. Can be given a substitute will disadvantage our working time, waiting without news, and unprofessional work you guys, this is so embarrassing. We strongly do not accept behavior which is not profesianal staff work with promises servise do not appear. Last year a service technician has canceled its own service that should be scheduled. Whether this is justified in your work.

I purchased 6 pairs of Craftsman Rip stop pants. The employee who waited on me did not know how to use the ordering system. 3 times the order was placed without going through. I wasted 1 1/2 hours trying to have an online order placed in the store. When the order we finally placed with the help of a manager I received an email from Sears online 3 days later saying they didn't have enough pairs in stock. Fast forward 4 months the pants came with a two year warranty a seam came undone in the seat of one pair. I'm sitting in the store now for 55 minutes and counting while they attempt to figure out how honor the two year warranty. Within 3 days of purchasing I had a belt loop come undone on one pair I opted to have it seen by a tailor rather than come to Sears. This has to be the absolute worse store in America. I'm waiting for them to go out of business. What a *** up waste of people's time operation. Just received my refund receipt 58 minutes later. I just saw another site with 531,000 complaints against Sears

Sears in Hesperia, California - Huge Mattress Rip Off

I bought a mattress set from Sears for $720. It came with an 8 year guarantee. The salesman said if it should wear out within that time, I would only be charged about $60 to replace it. Well, it wasn't a year before I noticed a Fred and Ethel Mertz depression in the middle. I procrastinated some and it got worse so called them about it. They had me take a bunch of pictures. Then they approved the exchange. The problem is, this same bed is now $100 more expensive so I'd have to opt for a cheaper quality bed. How much cheaper could they get? I may never find out. Also, it's $69.99, more like $70. On a fixed income $10 is a lot of money. Their customer service employee, Roland, was so condescending and rude to me because I guess my questions were too ***, and I'm old. I ended up very upset and had to hang up. Then he kept calling me back - on Saturday - after I told him how upset I was and that I wasn't going to put up with his treatment. Now, I finally got up enough courage to see it through and they say it's been more than 30 days and I have to start all over again. I used to work for Sears, back when Customer Service was a real thing. I don't recognize this store anymore, they're mean and greedy, and you can be sure, they're never going to see another dime from me. And since they own Kmart, I won't be going there, either.

They charge 4 times more than what you could get a local guy to do it for. They sell it this way on the basis that you can't trust anyone else to do this kind of work for your home so wouldn't you feel better paying a little bit more with the peace of mind that it will get done properly? And then, they send somebody out to do the work who is not qualified, not professional, not someone that you would even let into your home unless they stick the name Sears behind him. Several of the projects that I sold were never permitted and when homeowners would question our production team about where are the permits, all of a sudden there would be a permit application in the township. They don't pay the installers enough money to do the work the right way so the installers try to cut corners and don't pull permits unless they think they're going to need them. Salesmen are required to put extra money into the job to deal with special circumstances. Sears does not always give that money to the installer to do the work, instead they try to get the installer to do as much as possible and pay them as little as possible. Their game is to come in start the work lock you into a contract order and then they may or may not finish it to the specification that your salesperson put together for you. No matter how simple the job is they plan on screwing it up. I left Sears and I now have a clear conscience. Do not buy anything from these people. they are a one call close high pressure sales organization that is going out of business. The so-called project coordinators that they hold in such high esteem manage your project with zero oversight and have zero command of the position that they are in. The installers don't listen to these people. The managers in the sales offices do not manage these people. And the salesman have no authority to manage the project coordinators. It is fascinating that this place has gotten by for so long on the name Sears alone. But they have really run it into the mud and it is a business model that is shared across the entire nation. There is no one sells team that's above any of the other reviews that you read online if your review is in California it's the same thing you're going to get a New Jersey. They are more interested in gross sales then Happy customers with great completed projects installed. The salesman only get paid if your job gets installed, but his manager get paid and get bonused on how well he closes on day one. This business model is so backwards it is amazing that they have kept the lights on this long. But beware they are very much aware that the end is near and their tactics are going to get even more egregious as time goes on. If you have a brain in your head and a dollar in your pocket, do not waste it with Sears.

Sears in Charlotte, North Carolina - Incomplete order and have contacted numerous times....

Order# 957380951 on 11[2[2015 If you will notice on your website this Hillsdale bed has two selections to make concerning the bed. When you click on the first one it says no sides included.....ok what good is a bed without sides or even just a back? When you click on the second selection the price goes up.....common sense tells me that the sides are included and the whole bed is coming my way. You can not click on both selections at the same time. Also the suspension deck was ordered. I received two sides and a suspension deck. No hardware to put the bed together and no back. I started calling the very day the partial shipment was delivered. I was told the back was on its way not to worry. Waited.....called again......waited.......called again.....waited. Then they start saying I did not order the back....really per your website I did. The price went up to include something? Was it just air? They never said anything about the hardware and still have not received. Finally got tired of trying to get my order and asked them to come pick up the partial bed that they delivered. Called.....waited......called......waited......As you can imagine this is getting really tiresome! Then I get a email stating they could not arrange a pick up time! Really? I called, my grandson called and we were both on getting what was delivered back to you since it was only partial and get my money back since I was going to have to go somewhere else to get a bed. Since then we have continued to call. No one from your company will help us. So you have quite a bit of my money and have not delivered the product. If it is a problem with your website that is on you. Someone should really check it out. Lately I have tried chat. Ok not even this works with you. The last time I was on chat the representative was extremely rude. They also lied about being a supervisor. They said they were one when they took over for a girl that did not know anything. It was sad, really would have thought you would have better representatives. Funny I always asked for the chat to be emailed and I have gotten every other one....but this one. Please help in some way. Check out the website and see the amount when you click on the second selection it goes up exactly the amount which you state the back sells for.....see that you can not select both boxes at the same time. This has been pointed out numerous times to your so called representatives. Or please have someone to come pick up the partial shipment you sent!!!! Or give me a number to take it to the warehouse near here! AGAIN also there is no hardware to put the sides and suspension deck together. So what I have is a suspension and two wood pieces, spent alot of money and not one thing I can do with what you sent! I am really disappointed in the service Sears now supplies....when my Dad was alive you could beat everyone else with your service. Now I would not recommend you to a fly. Please give this some kind of resolution!!!

I also have a Sears return complaint. I have bought tons of (beds/tools/treadmill/garage door openers/clothes) items from Sears. I bought a dress for a wedding for my daughter. She is away at college and is only home now and then. She wanted to look as soon as Spring dresses were out for the June wedding. She found one at Sears, so we bought it in mid-February. She came home in April and tried it on again. She had lost some weight and it didn't fit right anymore. I tried to return it for in store credit with receipt in hand! There were still dresses like it in the store I might add! I was looking for shoes and a jacket. I was told no exceptions. 30 day return policy! I've never heard such a thing with a receipt! I have no use for the dress and will never shop at Sears again! I buy bday and Christmas gifts early! Like 3 mos. early! Sears won't cut it for me! Also your Lansing, Mi store has very few shoppers. I'd think you'd want to keep your existing customers, but I guess not

I prchased a gas range from Sears: paid for install and extra code ***. After tech left I noticed the door would not shut properly, so I called repair for the Brand new range. Repairman came the next day and played with the door and said it couldn't be fixed and I'd need an exchange which was fine with me. Here's where the Sears nightmare started. After speaking with "resolution specialist", I was told the repairman worded his report wrong and I couldn't get a replacement only parts to fix a brand new Sears jacked up range. I'm locked into an on going nightmare because I purchased four (4) so called Sears products. I'm preparing myself for the long distressful road ahead. Word to the wise...Don't buy Sears products!

I bought a bedspread at sears at xmas & pd about $100. It is now april & it has ripped on the seam all the way across top of the bedspread. I called siouxfalls store to see if could be returned they said no they have a 30 day policy. I have bought products at Walmart that have been better quality & paid alot less!

Have gone into sears eight days straight to get blades for a Craftsman Acu-Cut, a $30.00 tool. Not in stock. Different clerks said there is a truck coming in at noon. Still no blades after eight days. Tool is on the way to the recycle metal bin. Will never purchase a Craftsman tool again nor go to the dead end store known as Sears. Such a shame when they were very good once upon a time long, long ago. Shows how dummy downed our country has become. Better take a class in speaking Chinese. I am not alone in this type of treatment by this dieing enterprise. Hello Harbor Freight.
