Oversees call center sets appointments that are not what customer needs and so the customer waits for the service and when the technician shows up they are only able to complete maintenance not repairs and so now me being the customer has to go another week with no dryer cause they screwed up and won't take responsibility for it. I will NEVER buy a Sears product again.

I ordered a Samsung Washer and Dryer to be delivered on 4/16/2016. The technician called me and stated he'd be at my house within the hour, 2 hours passed and no washer and dryer.. I called Sears and they told me that I had reschedule my appointment, which I had not! I was then given a credit to make up for their error, the soonest they could delivery it to me again was 4/22/2016 so I scheduled off work to receive my washer and dryer, I received an email today 4/21/16 stating my order was out of stock and cancelled! I hate Sears and suggest no one go there!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my refund so I can go buy my washer and dryer from best buy. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO SEARS FOR ANYTHING!!!

Purchase a dining room table sets from your company March 31st this year had picked it up from the store bought some sandwich when I received it I checked they didn't have another one in stock I decided to take the table said home it didn't look like and it damage the product got the Autumn home pick it up Sunday or Monday There's No Hardware no instruction but nothing went back out to the store Tuesday to voice my complaint I was told that I had to bring the table all the way back in and have another one ordered or go to another facility someplace else and try to see if they actually had the hard way when I first noticed the items were missing I called Sears and they told me they're going to the store and it won't be able to pick out the hardware needed to assemble my table got there that wasn't the case manager name Luca I forgot what his name was he's doing and told me that I needed to go to another place I guess that you all have somewhere to see the actual head parts I think that was acceptable for me as a customer to be running around trying to find parking or where is instruction book to a product that you represent and you sold me and it's not in the box and I didn't feel that I should have to use more gas and more of my time to bring it back to your store when you are charged $70 to bring it out I called your corporation several times to file complaints called several numbers left emails nobody from this Corporation ever replied at all customer service really sucks at your business. Not only does it not have the hardware and instructions but simple table is not even represented correctly the drop leaf ends they don't even stay up the chairs are not level wobbly so I'm about to bring it back

Okay,i layway a Scroller and carseat back in March 2016 .I went into Sears today and paid off my layaway, Clerk go tell me itvwill be Thursday before it make it to the store because it has to be shipped!!!!!!Yiu mwan tell me i still have to wait..... I asked for my refund.And and that un professional manager named Alexis,has no senss of humor..I am very unsatisfies with Sears,nwvwr heard having to wait before i receive my refund..Alwzia stated once the merchandise arrive then they can refund my money back.I will nwver evwr shop at Sears again as lonf as i live.Sears need to Close fhere doors..poor customer service.. i am very unhappy.....

I will never use Sears online or instore purchase ever!!!! I will also let all of my friends and family know of my experience. I ordered a mattress online through the (DOT.COM) company, which I thought was Sears - but learned later that it is a completely different entity. I ordered the mattress on 4/6/16, received a confirmation, they took my money, and I received a UPS tracking number. It said that it would be delivered to my local Sears store on 4/11/16. So, I took the day off to be able to pick up the mattress and get it all set up for my younger daugher while she was at school. Checked the tracking number - nothing had changed. It said that UPS had created a label and was ready waiting for the item to be shipped. Well today is the 18th of April and the UPS tracking number still says the same thing!! I have called the Sears store, mattress department, merchandise pickup, and Asia for the customer service call center. I was asked to speak to the GM of the store, they put me through to a number that just rang and rang and then eventually hung up. I got through to Asia again to which I was transferred to 4 different people. He finally told me that the item had not shipped and was unavailable therefore he would need to cancel my order and refund my money. Which by the way will take anywhere from 3-5 days to get back!!! SO FRUSTRATED!!!!! So hopefully I will get my refund back and I will be able to order it through Amazon where I should have ordered it in the 1st place. Live and Learn Never again Sears - later.

I have been frustrated with sears repair process for a long time. My husband and I purchased a used front load washer from the sears outlet in Kentucky. Trusting that it will still be a good product. After a while we had some residue problems staining our clothes and having to run more cycles to get them cleaned. That means more water and electricity. Every time I do laundry I waste time checking each piece of clothing to see what needs to be washed again. I have called and gotten advise on how to clean the washer. I have and kept up with the maintenance and still have the same problem. Also I had service a couple of years back however that doesn't count. In the end I need to call 3 times in one year for them to do something about my washer. I have photos of this issue and is ruining my clothes and my wallet. I need someone that will be willing to help and care about customers.

Sears in Auburndale, Florida - NEW DISHWASHER DOESNT WORK SINCE IT WAS 2 WKS OLD.

I had purchased a kitchenaid dishwasher back in Sept. 2015. It has been broken more times than I can count and many many pieces replace several times. Due to the lemon law they are supposed to replace it. The sad part was that we went thru the Outlet store in Tampa and we can only deal with them. I am still waiting after several weeks for a replacement if they are truly going to do it. I have had many problems with the washing machines also from Sears and have shopped with them almost my entire life. I am in my sixties now and I am not shopping there any more. I am so done with them. They no longer service anything on their own. They contract out and the service guy last week told me he didnt know how to fix the door on the dryer nor the lid on the washing machine... duh.. now what do we do.. I spent $2300 on my washing and dryer.. and that is the best we can get now.? I am going somewhere else.. this is crazy..

How could you miss such obvious defects? It sounds like no one watched and inspected the appliances when delivered and installed.

Once the appliances are delivered and installed with no complaints by the consumer, they assume any damage was not caused by them, but by you. When delivery is made of appliances, you need to inspect each one and if dented, etc. then you refuse delivery. Apparently, you didn't do that.

At this point, you are probably out of luck. However, it is no longer wise to buy much of anything at Sears anymore.

They are NOT the Sears, Roebuck & Co. we grew up with.

Warning San Diego - Sears Sales Rep. Frank Meier is a fraud. He presented what he called a quote asking me to initial it to hold the price "quoted" I specifically told him I was not making any decisions that day as I needed to check prices. Today I received a contract in the mail with an already expired 3-day right to recision. Already called Sears to complain but my lawyer is next. Completely lied, zero respect for him or Sears. Do not buy anything from this man.
