Sears in Jupiter, Florida - Wasted a day waiting...

I had a patio supposedly delivered on 4/2/16 only to discover after calling their 1-800 number that I am not even in their list. I asked somebody to be absent from work just to wait for this delivery and at the end of the day, there's nothing. It was aggravating. After my talk with the Delivery Dept, I called the store and lo and behold, they gave me the excuse that my order "fell through the crack" of their system and the order was never picked by the Delivery Dept, hence no scheduled delivery. I got rescheduled for the next Saturday and at the same I will be charged a "weekend" delivery charge. What a great *** customer service.

Sears in Charleston, South Carolina - New upright freezer a dudd

Bought upright freezer on 1-14-16 it stopped working on 3-18-16 called sears repair 8004694663, was told appt would be 3-23-16. Contract repairman was here 10 mins said fan was out on freezer and he would order one should be back within the week. No word from him, repair gave next appt 3-29-16. heard from no one but called several #s no help from anyone just a carosel of recordings, humans that just transfer around within their dept. New appt was 4-7-16 of course no one showed the part must be coming from a foreign country. Sears has no reguard for its customers and i have lost all my freezer meats and items. The 8472862500 for big shots Mr.Lewis or Mr.Crowley is the same results to schedule an appt. pissed in S.C.

Sears online purchase "Available for Pick Up", NOT!!!

Surprise, surprise! If you go online to purchase an item that shows it is currently available for Pick up, you will be unpleasantly suprprised to find that they then are shipping it 2-day shipping to your local store for pick up. Sears basically tricks you into a purchase that is not available for pick up by telling you that it is. Then I telephone their customer service, which Sears sends their customer service overseas so that you are speaking with a foreigner who does not fully understand. I get him to agree to cancel in 3 days once it arrives at the local store, he can't send me a cancellation email and then hangs up on me when I ask to speak to a supervisor in the US. I am done with Sears! They are dishonest, they send US jobs overseas, and get away with hanging up on you when you want assistance. My order number is 976392021.

Do not shop at Sears

I had a worst experience at Sears. If you do not want to deal with customer services in Philippines that only transfer you from one extension to another, and lie to you I suggest you find other stores to shop. Please stay away from Sears and their customer service. Their delivery team consist of the most disrespectful,obnoxious people who are not trained, and can't perform simple tasks. After dealing with customer service, delivery department, assembly department and the store in Dedham, MA I had no other option but to call AMEX to help me resolve the problem. My credit card was charged for items that never got delivered, paid for assembly that could not schedule for two month. Please take my advice: do not shop at Sears. There are plenty of other stores in the area that would treat you with respect and appreciate your business.

Stay FAR AWAY FROM SEARS

Sears does not stand behind their vendors.... The vendors they deal with have terrible customer service not willing to do anything for a defective purchase. When you complain to Sears about it they do absolutely NOTHING. Sears should not be in business terrible customer service. You need to stay away from their extended warranties.....the warranty company does not do what the contract states they will do for the outrageous price you purchase a product for.... Sears is a TERRIBLE company to do business with. Once you purchase a product doesn't matter what it is you are on your on own for any defect.

Sears sucks,we bought what we thought was a reprogramed laptop. It quit working after about 3 weeks.

I wad told by a expert they use boot leg mictrosoft progarms,with hich is a feloney. Now they wont give me a refund or credit.

I will soon pay off the card and cut it up. Sears sucks,I hope they go bankrupt.

The new Sears? 4/05/16 To anyone considering what was ONCE a well respected Sears appliance company. My wife and I purchased what was recommended to us by a Sears salesman as a top of the line Sears quality dishwasher. On 3/11/14 we purchased this brand new Sears Kitchen Aid dish washer direct from Sears at a total cost of $1662.92, which included an optional 5 years sears warranty. Within a year we had to call sears as although it was installed professionally it stopped cleaning dishes properly. We had a Sears repairman come out to check the washer his conclusion was the drain hose was not working properly, he repaired and reinstalled. We were grateful. Six months later the same problem occurred again with this sears dishwasher, it stopped cleaning unless it was in the heavy duty wash cycle, plus the door no longer seamed attached as when opening if fell where it once had a spring. We again scheduled a sears tech to follow up. When removed to our dismay, it appeared that the dishwasher had an upper internal leak, this leak obviously started when last reinstalled as the complete steel frame, and steel springs which once held the door had completely rusted and disintegrated, the wood floor also had severe wood rot complete with mold spores everywhere. The sear's repair man noted all this damage, then told us he had to go to the van to get all the necessary parts, 50 minutes later he returned with a message from his boss that our warranty had expired, when I said it was for 5 years, he embarrassingly said we were obligated to call once a year to check this new Sears kitchen Aid dishwasher. My wife informed him a Sears rep had worked on it 5 months prior, this second sears repairman said he was just the messenger and had 9 other appointments and had to leave. When I asked this Sears repairman his name he said he did not have to provide this information, but gave me instead his tech number which is 0923714 “whatever this mean” and a bill for $1,392.34 in case we wished it repaired with a verbal option to “simply” buy a new one. How many folks remember common courtesy with Sears products? Welcome to 2016, where Sears appliances and their once mighty reputation of integrity has been replaced with profits and dishonesty over customer satisfaction. Kirk Giordano.

Sears in Boston, Massachusetts - NEVER AGAIN

On February 10th of this year i purchased an elliptical bike from Sears, manufactured by Best Choice Products. When the bike was delivered four days later I was extremely excited. I called my neighbor right away to see if he could assemble it for me. (I also paid him 40 dollars for his time) Well, three hours later he was still trying to assemble the bike with poor directions and several missing parts. I called Best Choice that day and requested that they send the parts that were missing. They agreed and about a week and half later I received them. After taking them out of the box I discovered there was still one piece missing. I promptly called Best Choice and they said the would send the missing part. About a week and half later I got the part and it was the wrong part.I called Best Choice again, sent them a picture of the part from their manual along with the part number. A week later I called Best Choice again since I still hadn't received the part. They offered me a 30 dollar refund for the aggravation and asked me to call them once i received the part. Ten minutes later my door bell rang and it was Fed Ex with part and to my dismay when I opened the box I found the same exact part I received on my second request for parts. (The wrond part) I then called Best Choice again and asked for a full refund which they agreed to. I told them they could come and get their partially assembled bike since I had no use for it and they told me to donate it. I received the 30 dollars about two days later credited to my account, but almost two months later I am still waitinf for a full refund. i have spoken to best Choice and Sears on more occassions than I can count to no avail. Friday April 1st i was told by a suoervisor at BEst Choice that they had neglected to send whatever info Sears needed to process my refund (I had been tod on at least four different occassions that info had been sent) and would be sent to Sears immediately. Yesterday I got an email from Sears stating they were doing an investigation into my refund and it would take 5-7 business day for this issue to be resolved. I promptly called Sears where I was told they were investigating but until I returned the bike I would not be refunded. I told them they Best Choice said to donate but I have it, if they want to pick uo the partually put together bike that I would not try to disasswmble

Sears in Cookeville, Tennessee - It was a dimond neckless with the letter [B] on a chain but would not stay on the chain

I sent a neckless back about 5 weeks ago and I have not heard anything about .It was sent to long island N.Y. I did not like the way it was made and the letter kept coming off the chain.I would like to know if I am going to get a refund or get the neckless back repaired.If I am not getting it back or getting a refund I will be one more pissed off customer becauseI give about 90.00 for it .It was the letter [B]with dimons on it.Ihave delt with sears for a long time and this is the worst pice i have every purchest from sears.I hope this can be resolived

Sears - Kenmore French Door Refrigerator Review from Washington, District Of Columbia

Update to above - I just called to confirm delivery for tomorrow - it will not be delivered as "the refrigerator is not in stock. We don't know when it will be available from the manufacturer." Really? It's a Kenmore - a Sears product. I asked when had Sears planned to call us and let us know? Response (the customer service reps all sound like robots - literally) "I am so sorry ma'am. I can schedule for you a call from the manager of the warehouse..." The call has been scheduled - that was about 3 hours ago. Have to go as I have to buy dinner for our family. This fast food and pre made dishes are becoming expensive. My husband is willing to continue to resolve the issue, I say we go to Costco, Lowes, or Home Depot! I'be had it!
