Sears in Temecula, California - They stole my money and refuse to acknowledge the issue

They stole $600 from me! If you meet Thomas punch him in the face then run!!! I went to purchase a fridge for my parents from this location in Dec and Thomas charged my card an extra $600 when he "froze" the register. I have gone in and called the store & corporate for two months and they still haven't refunded me my $600! No one ever returns my calls or email. The entire staff including the managers are ignoring the issue! Customer service is just as bad, they tell me I have to keep calling the store.

Sears in Natick, Massachusetts - Customer Service Lacking!!!

We had an eliptical maching delivered in Feb. 2016 and the first 2 men could not bring it to the location because it was too heavy. They dropped it on the top stair of my house and the wood split!! Since then I have been trying to get it repaired and for Sears to take responsibility! First they did not receive my scans of the estimate and stairs, that took about 2 weeks. Then I heard from a woman by the name of Debora Pereira who keeps sending me emails saying they are waiting for the adjuster to decide. Well now it is March 24, 2016 and the stair is dangerous, which I told her and every day we fear we will fall down the stairs. No word, I am about to call the Better Business Bureau!!!

Sears sold a dishwasher that caused thousands of dollars of damage

We spent $985 dollars on a Kitchenaid dishwasher that ran once, leaked and warped my hardwood floor. Sears said they would replace the dishwasher but not pay for the damage until they were sure they caused the damage.. Two of their techs came out and agreed the machine caused the damage. Then Sears said it was Kitchenaids' problem and Kitchenaid said it was another 60 days before we got an answer. When you deal with Sears customer service no one seems to know what is true and be prepared never to get an answer. Now I want my money back and am told that may be a problem. Don't believe their "satisfaction guaranteed".

DAVID IS THE ONLY PERSON HANDLING INCOMING customers at the tucson mall and he is tne equilvalent of wonder woman only better. Not only does he have to address new business but also answer the phone, order parts so the very efficient CST's can fix peoples cars. And he does this with such a pleasant demeanor. Sears - Noisy Refrigerator

I purchased a new Whirlpool French door bottom mount refrigerator (WRF736SDAW) from Sears. It didn't take long for me to realize my mistake. The refrigerator's condenser and evaporator motors, as well as the compressor are very loud. About eight months after my purchase I noticed a loud machinery motor type sound coming from the refrigerator. A Sears technician came out and told me this was a diffuser motor and it was normal. When I questioned him about the frequency and high level of sound I was informed that's how Whirlpool refrigerators sound. A couple months later the sound became louder and more frequent. Whirlpool sent out one of their service technicians who basically said the same thing. A short time after that service call the refrigerator started making a loud popping noise. I called Whirlpool and told them I was dissatisfied with the product and asked for a pro-rated exchange, they denied my request and told me to contact Sears. On the telephone Sears said they would do a pro-rated exchange but I had to go to the Sears store. When I arrived at the store where I purchased the product they said they didn't do pro-rated exchanges but would check with corporate and call me back. I've never heard back from Sears.

Ridiculous waiting time and request for information, just for an oil change. Rude at desk and should have left without waiting any longer. Over an hour and a half, when told 30 minutes. Never Sears again for anything.

Sears "Best" 7HP/19" Rototiller

I had a similar issue with my Sears "Best" 7HP/19" Rototiller. The transmission is a piece of *** in these units. The first one broke within an hour of owning it. Figuring I got a lemon I told the responding technician to just swap with with a new one. Well, that didn't last all that much longer either; just longer than the warranty. The responding tech for the second unit told me that to fix it would cost more than the price of a new unit. WTH...Thankfully he waived the $100 service call for me. "Wiser but still, you know what I mean" in SoCal.

Sears in Riverview, Florida - Mattress Horrible Policy

I bought a mattress and box spring via a customer service rep. Sears delivered regular box springs vs correct low profile. When I had the time, 91 days later they would not honor a returen. So, I bought another boxspring online at Sears. The website allowed for the purchase of one versus the two you need to make up a mattress. When I tried to return because I bought the correct boxsprings. The company could not take back the item for 30 days and after 90 days will not return at all. Please do yourself a favor and use another company bc this company's policy are rigid and ridiculous.

Sears online is a nightmare!!!!

Ordering online was a nightmare. Placed on order for $7800 online and without reason it was canceled. I called, apparently credit card company needed to verify the order was not fraud. Instead of having a mechanism for this, Sears deleted the order. Stayed online with person who was supposed to send me a written cancellation for the order plus input the order for a second time. Did not receive either email confirmation. But did receive a second cancellation notice that the order had been deleted. Called back, for the second time, replaced the order with a third credit card, and the next morning got a call that all but one item was pending approval. I cancelled the pending item. Waited online with rep till I received a cancellation email on three orders. Will NEVER order from Sears again. Heading to the Best Buy website right now.

Back in 2003 bought a battery from sears... Still under warranty to get a replacement for free.. The sales person told my dad & i had to pay for a new one... When we SHOULDNT have to!! We argued with the guy & told him we will call the HQS to report your ***!! Then the guy gave us A replacement... What a bunch of idiots they hire to work for SEARS! Let me tell you everyone, I STOPPED buying their batteries of the year i posted above!! I urge you not to buy car battries from them! Go somewhere else, your 100% better off... I dont buy clothes or sneakers either from them..Their selection sucks big time! They hardly have anything good to buy! Waiting for them to go out of business! In the auto dept.
