I just spent half of the day with Sears. After coming home Saturday night and finding a puddle of water around my Refrigerator which I bought 5 months ago. Sears technician came yesterday to try and fix the refrigerator and he basically told me that they are going to have to replace the compressor, the motherboard, some valve And oh by the way he will have to inject some type of dye to figure out if the freon is leaking. Instead of replacing the lemon of a refrigerator they sold to me 5 months ago. The supervisor told me that they have to follow protocol and try and fix it. Grrrrrrrhhhh Think outside to the box Mrs. Supervisor!!!! Would you want a refrigerator if you new all this stuff have to be replaced. The technician said he doesn't know if it's fixable!!! And on top of that technician won't be back to fix my frig until March 8th. And if they can't fix it. I have to wait another 24 to 72 hrs. Process replacement!!!!

Sears - Auto Repair (non-repair)

Our own mechanic was not open on Sunday Feb 7th. So brought car to Sears hoping to NOT have to miss time from work to get car fixed. We had our automobile worked on Feb 7th (replaced thermostat & water outlet housing unit). Yesterday Feb 29th auto over-heated. Took vehicle back to shop & was told defective part. They ordered 2 parts (both defective also) and found a 3rd part, installed it. Husband drove car today (March 1st) still problem. Making a formal complaint through Corporate is a joke and ridiculous. You call, they take the information and have store manager or asst manager call you back. WHY? That's where the problem is! We have dealt for 2 days on resolving this issue. You can't even reach a Regional VP or his office to give him feedback on the operations or the situation. I will never recommend or use Sears for any type of automobile repair. Do not use Sears Automotive for car repair.

We bought a Craftman snaowblower. This piece of @@@@@ equipment has been broken down more often that it actually blew snow...This is a snow blower meant for Mexico in July. And when it comes to servvice...You need the patience of a saint...and be unemployed, as it must of took 6 hours of being transfered, and telling the same strory 12 times (WHAT! nobody keeps notes in their systems! anymore!) unprofessionalism is putting is putting it mildly...OMG. This item was put together with key components missing, this is the last item we ever buy from this store.

Who and where can I contact a Sears Company representative about a store manager could not resolve my concern(s), to my satisfaction and immediate needs. Specifically: Poor customer service in store by employee and store manager for the purchase of a tool. Item # 00992880000P Model # 81622 --> A.... 18mm Crowfoot wrench that fit a 3/8" Drive tang. I was forced to buy a complete extra set of crows foot wrench set listed below when I only needed the single 18mm crows foot wrench listed above for an immediate need for a much older or elderly friend's car car repair since that car was his only means of transpiration anywhere. 904363 CROWFOOT ST,10PC MET MDSE 1 49.99T I also purchased the below set of crows foot wrenches , a different style,to insure I could get the job done on a Sunday afternoon so he could use the car to go shopping for food.He is a older gentleman at almost 80 years of age and I am still a kid helping the old man out at the age of almost 70 ! The store does not stock individual crow foot items only sets and I had one set I was buying and wanted only the one extra 18mm crows foot in case of a fitment issue so I could insure finishing the job that day. The store nor its manager would go one inch out of their way to allow me to take the one crows foot out of the $50 set, order on my Sears 1975 issued credit card (That tells you how long we have been Sears customers !) the single replace 18mm crows foot and ship it to themselves at, the store or their home, and put it back in the set and put it back on the shelf in the store...... therefore, I was forced to buy both the $50 and $80 crows foot sets, take out the single 18mm crows foot from the $50 crows foot set then hand the $50 set back to the store manager,"Mr. Dan", with ALL the receipts and tell him to hold everything in his store and after I get home after fixing the old mans car,I would order the single 18mm crows foot from the sears online store.Then bring it in in it's unopened packaging so he could open the packaging and see it was unused and put it back into the new but incomplete new crows foot sets I told him to hold until I returned to complete the set for his shelve stock.The receipts he has been holding can be then used to credit me back for the $50 set I did not need to buy because that store did not stock the 18mm crows foot I needed to do that job on that day. Very poor and disgusting lack of customer service and trust displayed towards me in my hour of need turn my stomach! All I told the clerk and the store manager was the reason there are so many dishonest people and thieves in this world is and will continue is because of Your Store that seems to build regulations into the actions and disciplines employees at ALL levels which IF I was a dishonest person, would have just slipped that crows into the other crows foot set package and NEVER said a word about it and walked out the door paying only $80 and not the $50 plus $80 plus another $15 or $145 plus tax on my Sears 1975 issued credit card ! As I left and turned to leave the store with my wife I left the store manager and clerk with their mouths hanging wide open as I stated very loud and clearly....."See what it feels like when I put 100% of MY trust in you but you TWO can not put any trust in me !"..... 942048 10PC CROW,FOOT FL NT METR MDSE 1 79.99T

When you call with a problem your are not talking with someone from United States So they can't help you neither do they care. We bought two dishwashers for two different floors paid for delivery and the delivery guy told us 25$ cash. To take it down the stairs even tho they already knew that. And I paid $ 149.00 delivery The customer service from India. Said its okay to charge extra some times. Well buddy in the USA it's called strong arming and it's illegal

I recently bought a dishwasher from Sears in Roseville California because they offered free delivery. I was promised that u could select a delivery time. This was untrue (a lie). When contacted about my delivery time, I got a robot all at 7:30 o.m. The night before the delivery informing me the delivery window was during the precise time I would not be home. I immediatelycalled the number back and reached the call center in the Phillipines. The very disengaged "customer service representative" informed me that it would be difficult to change the time at this late date, as if that was my fault but very unenthusiastically told me she would send an email request. I told her I had to take the afternoon off to receive the machine and she conformed a time for the afternoon. However, the delivery driver called me from my front door 3 minutes before ORIGINAL morning delivery time to say he was at my door and I wasn't home. I immediately called him back, but he did not pick up and continued to ignore my call for half an hour I then spent the rest of the day talking to the Phillipines call center and the sales Te who continued to confirm the afternoon delivery time and assured me the driver would return. At 4, the installer arrived but no washer. At 5:30, the driver finally picked up his phone. He was insolent and verbally abusive. He told me that his order for said a different delivery time than any other time discussed. He had my dishwasher on the truck but he refused to return with it to my house even though he admitted he was only 10 miles away. I returned the dishwasher 5 minutes later. I will never shop at Sears for anything again and I will tell this story to 5 people a week for as long as I am angry. Told at least 20 people already and I'm pretty sure none of those people will ever shop Sears for large appliances. Plan to tell this story for years.

I am a Sears sywr customer who use to enjoy shopping at Sears online,but lately I've been getting damage or irregular clothes though the online service,that makes me think twice about Sears online,because I tried to exchange an item that was pick off shelf by a Sear employee defective,and now they saying,since I paid for item with PayPal I can not exchange the item for the exact same item,even if I produce a receipt within 30 days. PayPal is money too!

I worked for sears for almost eight months and all management cares about is credit. I was surprised at how much the sears associates would lie and trick their customers into buying appliances and this especially goes for "protection agreements." I remember the first time I seen this and I brought it up to my fellow associate and all he did was tell me to shut up and explain that doing it that way will bring in more money for me and the store. You might be thinking well there is always a bad apple in the group. No, they were all that way and I would've loved nothing more than to tell every single customer that walked into sears, to just go to Lowe's to find what you are looking for because you will be tricked into buying something here such as a "protection agreement." Also just a heads up for you guys that are still interested in buying an appliance at sears, you have thirty days to return it if you need to and the protection agreements only last three to five years. The fact of the matter is that for a five year PA, you could spend up to eight hundred dollars and spend half of that for a three year PA. Again, this is for any major appliance (refrigerator, stove, etc). Also, they do not have free delivery. I have seen customers come in and at the last second before they make the purchase, find out that they have to pay for delivery, walk out and say that they will just go to Lowe's. A lot of customers will say that when they find this out but what the associates tell them is bs. Associates will say that if they choose to go to Lowe's, they should expect a higher price and that a delivery fee is already included in the price. FALSE. I myself while I was working at sears, went to Lowe's and asked a manager that and he disagreed with that and said that that is a false statement. Bottom line is guys, do not believe anything sears says. They are all just money hungry. Trust me, please, I worked there. And no, i refused to lie to any customer while I worked there. That is against my morals and it is always the wrong thing to do. I will honestly just compare that store to a McDonald's job. My last day there was the longest ever. I will never refer anyone to them, that is looking for appliances. Plus, Lowe's is a better place to go by a long shot. There prices are low, they have free delivery and when you walk in, your not greeted by a commission hungry associate.

I am desperately trying to reach someone in Sears regarding my refrigerator. I purchased a refrigerator at the North Haven Outlet store on or about 2014. The refrigerator was exchange few months after purchase. On or about July, 2014, I realized my refrigerator would stop and start without it being unplug. Sears was notified and repair personal came to my home and replaced thermostat. A food lost claim was processed on my behalf. The refrigerator continues to work few days and complete stop working although it was plug directly into an outlet. I contacted Sears again regarding this issue. I was informed a service technician will be sent to my resident to inspect the refrigerator and resolve and issues he or she discovered. The technician did come out. I was told the coolant system would have to be replaced parts again was ordered. I asked the technician if Sears install asked ice makers. I was advised I would have to get a company or license persons to install the ice maker. I contacted Donnedo Appliances in Stratford and Marco Appliances in Bridgeport regarding the ice maker. The day of my appointment I was informed my refrigerator is a electrical and fire hazard. He stated this refrigerator should never have been sold to me. I immediately contacted Sears repair with the technician on the line. He informed Sears representative this refrigerator should never have been sold due to the electrical wiring and copper not properly being soder on correctly. I was informed by a customer service supervisor upon my up coming appointment have the technician diagnose the issues and called in. That Thursday a technician informed me he can not diagnosis any issue without a proper ticket. I called back and rely the information to customer care. I was rescheduled to Monday to have the original parts install and have technician diagnosis the electrical and copper issues. The technician who came out this past Monday stated all the previous technician have been replacing the wrong parts. He stated to me yes the refrigerator is a electrical and fire hazard, however, he can fix the issue. He informed me my refrigerator can not be used not plugged in for next two weeks until he returned on 3/3/2016. I asked him what do I disregarding the lack of a refrigerator. He stated he can not answer that question but don't plug the refrigerator in. I have been trying to get some one Sears to help me from Monday without any resolution. I don't think this is fair nor Should I have to in cure additional expenses due to Sears negligence. I need help. Thank you, Marcia Mitchell 203-993-7270
