I trying to make a payment on my layway my last payment i been trying since Monday to make my last payment everytime i try their is a problem wirh the layway i even what to the store their could not help me i call 10 time to customer service only thing that they can do is apologize i am very upset about the hold thing a sad customer

I resently had to exchange a newly bought range and have the issue that nobody can provide me with a normal sales slip where I can tell what Model and how much the cost was. All I've received per email was a salescheck with numbers and Dollars on it nobody knows what is behind it. Also, I was charged an out of area tax of 7% which came to the amount of $109.64!!??We live in the same town as the location of this Sears store. Cross Creek Mall, Fayetteville NC. I went back to the store for this matter, but they can not help me- told me to call delivery dep.- I did- they told me to go to the Store!!! I know one thing, I will never buy anything from Sears.

Sears in Allentown, Pennsylvania - Customer Complaint

I pirchased a Diehard Battery GOLD DH GP 79 on 5/20/15 from Sears, PO No.609923, at their Whitehall, PA store for $211.98. Having gone dead, and unable to charge the battery at home, I had AAA tow my car to Scott Cars in Allentown , PA, the dealer, for diagnosis and repair. Since the battery was only months old , I did not suspect that the battery was faulty . The dealer checked the alternator and other things and concluded that the battery was at fault and replaced it and delivered the car to my home at 801 Dorset Rd. ,Allentown, PA 18104. The bad battery was immediately sent for recycling by Scott as required and not available to me. Since I could not give them the bad battery, they refused to give me a store credit at the Sears Auto Center in Whitehall, PA under the 36 month full replacement warranty as noted on the enclosed Invoice. A copy of the Invoice from Scott Cars , Inc. is also enclosed for your review. I would appreciate some consideration for my loss as a result of a faulty product as confirmed by Scott Cars, Inc. Sears - Kenmore Dryer not working

My dryer has not been working since dec 2015. Sears came out several times to repair it but couldnt repair it. Now they telling me they ordered another part and is back ordered till maybe march. What am I suppose to jus wait for a few months for you to look for a part. Sears is crazy for keeping me from doing my laundry. Im furious and would never buy anything from sears again. Anyone looking for any appliances go elsewhere. Sears have 1 repairman for the entire nyc.

Sears lies and lies. It is no wonder that Sears is gong out.

The old way of doing business that got Sears on the top is no longer the policy of Sears.

Sears was bought by the little K-Mart *** company and now Sears is acting like K-Mart. I will have nothing whatever to do with Sears.

Unbelievably bad customer service. I swear this is true. I called them again today, after the last guy botched everything. Today I spoke with Thomas, in Central Pine, Texas. Employee ID 15145. When he answered the phone, I heard him say "Sears customer service, how may I resist you?". Then I heard the phone being shuffled, and he said "Sears customer service, how can I help you?" He must have thought he was off the microphone when he first answered. And resist me he did. Unbelievable.

Sears - Tires Review from Clarksville, Tennessee

Bought a new set of tires, it bounces real bad, shakeing my truck so bad can't drive over 40 mph, took it back 4 times they blanced the tires 4 times' still shakes, told me I need shocks, which i don't agree with, it wasn't shakeing with the old wore out tires, ask if the shocks don't help will they pay for them, answer no, sells pitch, all i want is my tires replaced. This is the sears store in Clarksville Tn.

Sears in Plainfield, Illinois - Poor service with Master Protection Plan

I purchased Bosch dishwasher 11/2001 and also purchased the Master Protection Plan. I had multiple service calls on this dishwasher as listed. Case #3861103. Sept 18, 2013- noises, and soap dispenser not opening- outcome had to replace motor drain Oct 4, 2013-complained grinding noise- service man couldn't repeat noise no service done. Nov 7, 2013 complained loud noise, water leaking on hard wood floor- service man sucked out water from under machine. Nov 25, 2013- complained unit not draining, -service man stated using too much soap ( not sure why he said that only so much fits in the dispenser) was told to put cooking oil in the bottom of the dishwasher prior to running cleaning cycle Dec 1, 2013- complained grinding noise, service man- replaced Dec 3, 2013 - complained leaking water again on to hard wood floors making noise, service man leaking at pump, replaced pimp motor Dec 19, 2013 complained not draining again, service man replaced valve and pump kit again Jan 1, 2014- complained still not working- service man couldn't find problem Jan 13, 2014 after all these complaints and service performed was approved for 600.00 towards a new dishwasher. April 20, 2014- returned from vacation informed credit was good until July 21, 2014 informed that I was waiting to I was able to buy all new appliance at the sometime told ok just call back when ready to purchase the appliances. Oct 2014, called PROTECTION plan and told them not able to buy all appliance yet, told had 90 days, then spoke with supervisor whom states that will let me go past 90 days but call before I go and make the purchase. Explained was injured waiting doe settlement. That will take sometime for this to be resolved. Told just call the protection plan and tell them I'm going to make the purchase. May 2015, spoke with Protection plan still waiting to appliance purchase. Aug 2015, called Protection plan will be making purchase soon settlement has been resolved waiting on papers. Sept 2015, called protection plan that i was ready to make the purchase and was told that my credit is no longer valid that it was good for 90 days only. I spoke with a supervisor again whom states it was only valid for 90 days I asked her to please review the notes in my file, I was approved for 600.00 and keep calling into update the protection dept on my status of purchasing all new appliance, she said only 90 days and that I was past the 90 days. I'm frustrated as heck did everything I could do to keep them updated and got approval to apply the credit when able to make the purchase, now I'm able to make the Purchase and Sears says that 600.00 credit is no longer VALID !!!!! I want to resolve this issue !!!!!!

Re: Original review of 1/8/16. I was called on phone by manager Matt of Irondequoit Sears within a half hour of my posting. All my concerns/questions were addressed and handled to my satisfaction. He was very nice, friendly & concerned. Quite a pleasant surprise in this day and age of seemingly nasty and argumentative retail personnel and customers. Kudos Matt and thank you.
