I bought the worst washing machine ever. It's a Kenmore. Sears WILL NOT stand behind there product. I am so disgusted with Sears. I will never ever buy Anything from Sears ever again. Thank You Sears!!!!!

My husband and I purchased a refrigerator Back in Nov. It took 3+ weeks to get it.

They put me on hold 3-4 times and left me on there. We went to the store. We were told that they couldn't help us. When we were given a # to call, the people could barely speak English.

I am 65 and I was so upset!!! We unloaded and loaded our old refrigerator 3 times. Seas never apologized at all.

I am telling everyone I know about this terrible ordeal. SEARS CAN GO TO ***

This washer is terrible! It does not clean rinse or treat clothes gently.pulverizes clothing, yet leaves them still dirty. Rinse didn't even get all the clothes immersed to remove the soap.it is very loud, and runs fir well over an hour power load. The customer service is non existent, and they hire foreigners for their call center who neither speak or understand English adequately!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SEARS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!

I am dealing with a similar issue at this time. I purchased a refrigerator at the end of August from the local Sears store in Valley, Alabama. I will NEVER purchase another product from Sears as long as I live and will make it a point to tell everyone who will listen exactly why! This refrigerator's ice maker stopped working two weeks ago, I've had a technician in my home working on this thing 4 times in the past two weeks. Sears has refused to replace it, nor will they refund what I've paid and pick the thing up. Basically the person I spoke with told me they weren't willing to make this right. Her name was Brenda or Barbara at the service number 1 888 236 1885. If you want to make an appliance purchase go to Lowe's or Home Depot or a local trusted dealer. Never purchase anything from Sears!!!

I purchased a higher-end top loading high efficiency washer on November 9th. After telling me I could pick it up that weekend and only after I signed the papers it was oops, we don't have it, we'll have to ship it to you. Promised a 45-day no questions asked return policy. Eight days later, I got the washer. ran a cleaning cycle through it and found it was so loud during the wash cycle it shook that part of the house. Then, I ran a load of clothes following every direction to the last detail. Clothes came out mangled, permanently wrinkled and covered with white waxy residue, and still contained enough soap to break everyone's skin out when we wore them. My sons stinky t shirt was still slightly stinky. Called for pickup as I did not like it and they said that wasn't an option and it first had to have service, guy came out and said the control panel was faulty and that the washer did not wash or rinse correctly. he ordered the panel he said it needed and told me to call and set an appointment for the following Friday, which I did. The guy never called or showed up. I called back again, rescheduled for the following Tuesday (now we're into January with no way to wash clothes) and that guy came out and said the washers are terrible, do not do a good job but ours was working as it was designed to do. Sears has told me before each of these visits that if the repairmen said the washer was faulty I would be able to send it back and exchange it for a more suitable machine. each time I get an argument once the repairman has left. Now again tomorrow, on a Saturday I will be stuck at home waiting for a third repairman. Who knows what they'll say, everyone who comes or speaks to me on the phone has completely different information. Add this to the frustration of speaking to foreigners who don't speak adequate English (and have the nerve to be impatient with ME for not understanding them) and the whole experience is unbelievable. I don't know about anyone else but I personally do not choose to work with any American company who sends our jobs overseas, much less so greatly lacks Customer Service, so this will be the LAST time I EVER deal with SEARS. And recommend that others do the same. The Coeur d'Alene Silver Lake Mall store is the worst I've ever been in. I was the victim of deceptive selling practices, went in to try and resolve it and had a very rude female employee wave me away and walk away from me saying "oh well, good luck with that!" HOPEFULLY the store manager followed through and disciplined her for that little bit of rudeness but I sure don't expect much anymore.

Sears changed the price in the cart.

I went on sears.com to purchase a water filter system that I have purchased before from Sears a few years which I was happy with. I decided to purchase the filter model Kenmore 38461 for the products price of 57.99, so I put it in my cart. Part of my decision to buy it was because it said free shipping for orders over 35.00. I clicked on it to see if there was any conditions and there was none so I went to check out and there was a shipping charge of 1.99. I didn't understand why so I went back to see if I read the shipping wrong and I didn't. So when I went back to my cart Sears changed the price of the filter to 109.99. Now I was confused so I got on with chat customer service and they said it was a computer error and there was nothing they could do. I could no longer buy it. I think this shady business and the company should stand behind their advertisements and not play games with potential customers. If I were shopping in a store the rules are in favor of the customer in these circumstances or that is criminal in my opinion.

Sears Customer Solutions and Warranties

Sears used to be a wonderful family store. My father was a customer with them all of his life. He brought everything from Sears. During that time, customer service was the BEST in the world. The last ten years, there has been a decrease in competent and knowledgeable customer service and customer solutions workers. I am very disappointed in my last sales encounter with Sears where I purchased a mattress with a warranty that was not provided to me for reasons that have no grounds of the warranty. I will not be doing business with them much in the future. I miss the Good Ole Days with Sears.

Snowblower used less than a dozen times doesn't work. SEARS solution??? Should have bought our extra protection plan...They will send it out to another state next week for an undisclosed amount of time for repair but offer no loaner. How does this help? It's the middle of the winter in New England! I repeated the exact same information to 5 different people over the course of an hour and the most they have offered is a $15.00 gift card. So, $850.00 later we are sitting here with a brand new CRAFTSMAN snowblower that DOES NOT WORK and the burden of shoveling snow all winter. DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS unless you are prepared to be treated very disrespectful ly. They do not value their hood customers.

Sears HR doesn't care.

I know a fellow employee who had the same thing happen to him. Was in the emergency room for possibly having a heart attack. Had a follow up with his cardiologist and had to call in sick, well actually he called in to shift his days off to keep the doctor’s appointment and was later written up because of it, despite the fact that he had all the written documentation to prove his case. After being written up, he was lectured by his manager for over a half hour, during which time he complained of having chest pain and informed his manager he’d his medication in his office on his desk and he needed to take it. Manger ignore him and continued to lecture him. Later he filed a complaint to be moved to a different department and the Sears HR department gave him a run around and did nothing else. They clearly do not care about any of us and after listening to him talk, I’ve the feeling that if anyone of us dropped dead on the job, Sears management would just fire our corps on the spot, and roll them out the door and continue on as if nothing had happened.
