Sears in Fort Worth, Texas - No Christmas gift for son!!

placed an order for a product for Christmas for son. a sears marketplace dealer had it in stock or so the web said they had it . long story short they couldnt get a hold of marketplace seller. cs said it would arrive by Christmas it didnt. then cs told me it would arrive by new years day it didnt. jan 10 2016, sears cancelled order cs said they would send me an e gift card to my email. jan 15,2016. still no egift card no emails no calls. is it really worth losing a customer. over one simple little order. I GUESS SO !!!!!!

When you finally get tired of this Sears junk, dump it and buy a John Deere from a local dealer---not a big box store like Lowe's. Buying from a local dealer will give you peace of mind with any problems. Good luck.

The reason why is because you can catch staff and disses that's why we don't pick them up ask your self would you want your kids picking things up out of a dumpster

Sears in Ada, Michigan - Stuck in the Stone Age

A couple days ago I ordered some Paw Patrol shoes for my 2-year old. She was very excited when we went to pick them up in store yesterday. I checked the order before leaving the store and all the paperwork was correct but the shoes sent to us were very ugly Dora shoes. The ladies at the service desk called the Sears customer service line to help straighten this out and were hung up on. Really?? They called back and the three of us took turns on the phone with your incompetant reps trying to sort this out. Your reps refused to issue me a credit, refused to send me the correct pair of shoes unless I reordered them (at a higher price as the sale was done and I had already used all my points on this incorrect order), refused to cancel my order, and offered me a refund to happen within 7-10 days and three measily dollars in points. We spent an hour arguing with this woman, then the escalation department, and when I asked to speak with that reps boss I was put on hold AGAIN and then told someone would call me back in an hour. We were also intially told the shoes I ordered weren't in stock. I walked 2 feet away to the computer in the store used for online ordering and put the SAME shoes right in my cart to buy again (of course, I didn't actually buy them). Needless to say, no one called me back in an hour (big surprise there) but someone did call 6 hours later....at 11:06 PM! Are you kidding me?? Also, while we were trying to resolve this, the customer service rep on the phone kept telling us I could return the shoes in store. Well, no, I couldn't. YOU SENT ME THE WRONG SHOES but I had the correct paperwork. How are they supposed to return something I didn't order? The ladies at the service desk were so embarrassed by all this. My two year old was crying because she didn't want the cheap looking ugly Dora shoes, she wanted the Paw Patrol shoes I ordered for her. We spent over an hour trying to resolve this in store and never did get it resolved. THIS is why Sears is failing. I've ordered online from Walmart dozens of times, Amazon, Target, JCP, etc and have NEVER had this kind of issue before. If there is any problem with my orders Walmart and Amazon take care of it RIGHT NOW. In this day and age how can Sears be SO behind? I've never had such horrible service. Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER shop at K-mart or Sears again and will make sure to tell everyone I know how much Sears sucks. Thanks for making my kid cry, Sears, and for refusing to correct the problem in an acceptable manner. Step out of the Stone Age and get with the times.

Wimps? Lady you are a joke! The serviceman that likely completed 12 calls that day, was through this job and had to tell his family again he want see them for dinner! Yes all us techs needs to join together to do something about the problem, but what? These techs are working for a reason TO GET PAID!! That can only work by working, u think a tech should take to court for something that could take years!! How will he then get paid? Did you think of that NO!! You just want to sit on your do nothing and complain with no real resolve and spout trash out your mouth! SHUT UP... The problem not only falls with the company but consumers like you!! The consumers that understand its late, that the tech there has been working a long day and should some compassion will get a tech to do what ever it takes to correct the problem no matter the time! All real techs live to FIX the problem. The problem is the company does what ever it can to keep you down and the as tech we also have to deal with you disrespectful customer that are worst than a spoil brat child!

After two weeks of rescheduling delivery of a refrigerator, I canceled my order. (When canceling an order with Sears be sure to get a cancellation confirmation number for your credit card company). The customer assistance person assured me I would have my refund with 7 to 10 days. That was Dec. 21 I have called several times since being told each time that the "check was in the mail", or someone would call me. It is now Jan 11 no refund, no calls, and according to the most recent customer support person the order was never canceled.

Apparently, when you can't tell them what you need to know then they are no help to you. I was hung up on twice and I didn't even blow up at the *** I was talking too. They were completely unhelpful, and I have realized that I should purchase from a different store, considering that their customer service is terrible. When someone on their end screws up and your information cannot be found, you would think they would put in some effort to helping you out a little.
