Mismanaged from the start. No real contract like everyone else said. Salesman put me down as saying he was "excellent" in his review which I never even saw. Communication between the salesman, the guy who did the measuring, the coordinator and the contractor was terrible. Everyone passing the buck back and fourth. Rude on the phone one day and over the top nice the next. Didn't install our stove. We had to pay someone else to do that. Didn't vent the over the range fan. 4 months in and the resurfacing....if you can call it that...is peeling off and has broken off in corners. The inside of one of our cabinets is all wet where they didn't seal off an old fan that was there. The cou ter tops are great. The company they used for that was wonderful. But like everyone else is saying here, the quality of the cabinets is so poor. I'm just heartbroken. Someone is coming out in a few days to fix things....so they said. We will see.

Sears in Shelton, Connecticut - Failing wall console (41A6317)

This wall console is for Craftsman Garage Door Opener (13953918D) I Had same problems. Worked for what I payed for for a while and then began to deteriorate. Worked intermittently and then stopped working completely. Replacement is cost outrages. Might as well replace the entire opener but of course NOT with one of SEARS but with one of SEARS many competitors. I have learned over the years to do less & less bussiness with this Compnay. Thank you SEARS. I think this is the one that has finaly broken the camels back. NO more SEARS.

Sears in Longmeadow, Massachusetts - Defective Mattress

In 2004, after twenty years, we replaced our king size Sealy Matttess with a Sears O Pedic. After seven years the threat on the seem began to loosen. We contacted Sears and after a long time they agreed to replace the mattress. However at this point Sears O Pedic no longer was made by the same company. Our box springs would not match the newer Sears O Pedic mattresses. Finally Sears agreed to change the entire set. We then purchased a Stearns & Foster for thee hundred and fifty dollars more. The newer mattress was a pillow top the best mattress in the entire store. Four and half years later the Stearns and Foster is sagging more than an inch and a half. Sears refused to honor the the warranty on the new mattress because the first mattress was purchased more than ten years ago. Although they and Stearns and Foster recognize that the mattress is defective They both refuse to honor any warranty. Nowhere in any of their documents is this policy written. When a refrigerator is replace because of defects the new refrigerator has a new warranty but not with mattress. In the minds of both retailers and manufacturers you need to fully purchase a new $2,000.00 mattress every ten years. However most high end pillow top mattresses never last that long.

My name is Ron Fritts I purchased Samsung dryer from Sears, it quit working within a month of purchase, now Noone from sears will assist in either repairs nor replacement. I contacted Samsung as directed by several different Sear customer service agents, Samsung cannot help me. Called Sears back and was informed that it was no concern of Sears. I guess Sears does not stand behind anything they sell.

Sears Home Services is a complete waste of time. It is no surprise to me why sears stores are closing right and left. No one you speak to can give your any direction. You are promised one thing by one person then that falls through then you are promised it again by another person then it falls through. Beware of this scam. I can't wait to speak one on one with the CEO and give him a piece of my mind. But I'm sure he doesn't give a flip. None of them do.

placed an order for a product for Christmas for son. a sears marketplace dealer had it in stock or so the web said they had it . long story short they couldnt get a hold of marketplace seller. cs said it would arrive by Christmas it didnt. then cs told me it would arrive by new years day it didnt. jan 10 2016, sears cancelled order cs said they would send me an e gift card to my email. jan 15,2016. still no egift card no emails no calls. is it really worth losing a customer. over one simple little order. I GUESS SO !!!!!!

When you finally get tired of this Sears junk, dump it and buy a John Deere from a local dealer---not a big box store like Lowe's. Buying from a local dealer will give you peace of mind with any problems. Good luck.

The reason why is because you can catch staff and disses that's why we don't pick them up ask your self would you want your kids picking things up out of a dumpster
