Sears in Jeffersontown, Kentucky - IPOD Nano "used" was delivered in stead of new

I used Sears.com to purchase an IPOD nano. Sears.com used a merchant tic-tok watch and cellular to fulfil the order. I never got an order confirmation email. The item was delivered in time but it was a "used" IPod nano instead of a new one that I purchased. When I called the customer service, they said that we can not process the return or refund and that I need to contact the merchant. I had a cancelled order for the same product as well. Sears.com sends me an e-mail 5 days later that the cancelled item has been shipped to me and there are no refunds yet. On calling the customer service, I got to know that the order is cancelled and I need to dispute with bank. If I buy something from Sears.com, I would expect Sears.com to process cancellation and not the merchant.

Where did the Old Reliable Sears go??Sears has the worst possible appliance repair ! Sending contractors to do work, no parts, no authority & *** follow-up! Bought the top of the line Kenmire Elite $4300 refrigerator made by LG, 1 year old & fan motor out again! Whose the idiots at Sears that don't stick repair parts & have to wait 2 weeks for repair? Whose the purchasing idiots who gave the contract to LG for Kenmore Brand When whirlpool/Kitchen Aid is a better products!!??? Survive & Sears SUCKS!!

Why SEARS keeps rejecting this review- AWFUL QUALITY!!! TY PENNINGTON STYLE Mayfield 4 Pc. Deep Seating Set. I bought the four piece set 3 years ago and after the second year showed issues . I loved this furniture until the woven materials became extremely brittle and is now falling off of the frames and is going to the curb tomorrow morning only after 3 years of very little use. The set was under a covered porch which only received the morning sun. We are very very disappointed. I would not recommend this product. SEARS did nothing about it and they asked me to call the manufacturer,the manufactured told me it has only one year warranty and they would not send me the replacement parts even if I paid for. Believe me don't buy it or you will regret it later, is not even worth 200 dollars. I will stay away from SEARS and TY PENNINGTON PRODUCTS THEY BOTH DON'T CARE FOR THE AFTER SERVICE. Mario

I purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer set and was so excited to get these items in my new home. When purchasing these, we were told we would have free delivery and installation. The washer and dryer were not in stock so they had to order from the warehouse which was fine. I received a call a few days later that they would be delivered 3 days later. I had to *** work so i could be there for the delivery. Yay! No, not yay. After calling the store multiple times, speaking with multiple people, being hung up on MULTIPLE times, being spoken to rudely and unprofessionallly, we came to find that the washer and dryer wasn't even in the store. It was never scheduled to be delivered. Talk about an unhappy costumer. The complications were an issue. But, the rude costumer service was beyond what I could ever expect from a company. I would not advice ANYBODY to purchase your items from sears in asheville. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation and go to lowes or somewhere else. The costumer service is terrible and as a costumer nobody deserves to be spoken to like I have been. I am a very displeased costumer and will never by anything from this store again.

I bought a new refeigerater one year ago and both veg drawers handles have snapped off. Fealty plastic? Made in China?? I am so pissed!!! Not covered by warranty and $98.00 each to replace them!!! Sears, I used to be a big fan! Now I think you suck and I'll be replacing drawers every year??? Did I say, you suck???

I've had used shoes shipped to the wrong bag and wring clothing sizes numerous times. It's like they just package your order with the first that comes into their path. Ridiculous and a huge hassal to go back and return the items.

I'm sure anyone who shops online knows the email just saying its ready for pickup. I went to the sears around me to grab it, signed in...

Sears will not honor warranty...

I bought a 50" LG Plasma just over two years ago and purchased a extended warranty. The TV started about 3 months or so ago when it gets hot turning itself off for 5 to 10 minutes, or when you hit the volume control. I call Sears and they sent someone from Alabama, which is over 120 miles from where I live. The took it and kept it for 3 weeks and brought it back and said there is nothing wrong with it. This was how they honored my extended warranty. I call the 800-749-5899 to report this. They told me they would send the same people from Alabama again, these are the ones who said there was nothing wrong with it. I've been shopping with Sears for over 50 years and this is my first warranty issue, but never again. Sears will never get any of my money again. Both Sears and the Service place, without using the word lier, called me a lier. Buyers Beware... Anonymous

elderly customer who purchased a sofa that was not delivered on time.therefore, i told sears not to deliver. to return the product. speaking with sears i was told (absolutely) that if returning the sofa i would receive 100% credit on my MC. i asked this question in several ways.always the same answer. BEHOLD !!! they charged me 97.00 as a cancellation for a product they didn't even deliver in timely (promised) manner. sears, you're a liar. you dance around issues with no intention of resolution !!! it's all HYPE !!! i am a disabled 70 yr. old person on fixed income .... no wonder you're sinking !!!!james curet (sears, listen to your own tape !!!!

DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS!!!

My wife and I have been life-long customers, as were our parents. We have shopped at Sears for everything our family needs from shoes, appliances, and tools....but NEVER AGAIN! Sears boasts no hassle returns but havent they always had no hassle returns...Isn't that why this company has been in business for over 100 years? My recent experience took less then 15 minutes to purchase an item via phone, but to receive a hassle free refund it will take close to a month of run around and overseas customer service redirecting me to the website that doesnt function. I called back 20 minutes later, the same number I made my purchase, to cancel my order and my information wasnt available, no one could find my order. I called my credit company the next day and the order was pending...mmm...they can charge you very easily but it will take an act of God to get it back. This company is not hassle free if you need any customer service AFTER your purchase. Once they get your money they are done with you. After days and days and a dozen phone calls I Finally spoke with an English speaking representative who SOLD me an electronic UPS label. Then they directed me to spend my time and my fuel to take my purchase once received to a UPS location so that sometime at their convenience I will get a refund. Does this sound hassle free??? To say the least - I will never buy from Sears again and for the remainder of my days I will tell everybody I come in contact with "DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS!"
