I purchased few items on sale on Black Friday. Was told its on hold because not in stock, and few days before Christmas got an email that my entire purchase was cancelled. Checked the web and all products are in stock and also available at my local store. This is horrible customer service and never ever buying at sears again and telling everyone I know about this experience. Bought at Amazon, ebay, walmart, target online and received all products, but sears. Now have to leave last minute shopping for items not delivered by Sears. Never buying at sears ever and will let everyone know about what they are doing

Don't buy a gift card from Sears

If you ever thought about buying a Sears gift card, save yourself a lot of trouble and DON'T. They mailed it to the wrong address and have refused to cancel the card and give me a refund. I have called and written on six different occasions, talked to supervisors and have been told three different times that they will cancel the card and process a refund, but then I get an email telling me that they are sorry but they can't cancel a gift card and that no refund will be made. Buy your gift cards somewhere else.

Sears DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS

What terrible service! They get one star only because I have to select a star rating but if I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered my son a hoverboard 2 weeks ago, I was told that I would receive this product today. However, when I look at the order status online, it shows "processing". I call Sears to find out where my product is that. The first rep told me it had already shipped and could not provide me with a tracking number and hung up on me! I called again. The second rep tells me the same thing, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He transfers me to a "case manager" who tells me there is nothing that sears can do. She explains to me that this is not a Sears product and that I have to wait for the third party vendor to refund me my money! What third party vendor??? I did business with SEARS and SEARS took my money NOT a third party vendor. Needless to say, I am ANGRY. I paid $350 for a product that I do not have and that has not shipped to my house. This is my sons Christmas present. Sears is lousy and I will NEVER do business again with them. I hope there are others out there that will also stop doing business with a company that does not stand behind their product!

Not buying from Sears anymore

We have been buying all our appliances with Sears for over 30 years, we bought s fridge just a year ago for 1600$ and already the compresser on it went out. I paid 300$ for someone to come fix it and we waited 2 weeks for the compresser to get here . I had to go out and buy another fridge because Christmas is coming up and we can't go without a fridge for that long, well when the guy gets here to fix our fridge he tells us they sent us a broken compresser that we waited two weeks for, now we have to wait another two weeks to get another one. I will never buy anything from Sears again, if you pay that much for something it shouldn't go out that fast.

Sears ordered WRONG item and took my money

I went to the Sears website to order and iPad because I wanted something light I could use I in the hospital post surgery. The site advertised an iPad Air 4 but when I clicked to place it in my basket it came up as the iPad 3. I then went to the customer service chat to get help. The person who began chatting was called Payne. I asked Payne to confirm and Payne confirmed that I would get the iPad Air 4 for the advertised price. My plan was to keep shopping if that were not the case. Payne took my info and my money. I then looked at the email confirmation and saw that an iPad 3 was ordered. Less than 30 minutes after the initial WORNG order I began another chat with Sears person Torres who said that the order would be canceled. A few days later I get a package in the mail. I thought I knew what it was because I had ordered something else from another company but there it was...an iPad 3 that I never wanted to order and that Torres said was canceled. I got a phone call saying that I would get an email with a mailing label and instructions on how to make the return. But let me be clear. I was even then, extremely annoyed at that level in inconvenience but of course it has gotten worse!!!! Preparing for a big work project and preparing to go into the hospital I didn’t have time to deal with it then. The day that I arrived home I called Sears about this issue that should not exist and Sears tries to tell me that it can’t be returned because it has been more that 7 days!!!!!!!!!! THIS ORDER NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLACED AND MY MONEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN!

SEARS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST

Sears repair service is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After 5 separate visits over the course of a month, which include 5 separate times of having to take PTO for each of these appointments, they have still not fixed the problem with our washing machine. From misdiagnosing the problem, to ordering the wrong part, to having Sears switch part providers to save them some money and having that part arrive damaged, the repairmen will leave every appointment having not fixed anything. This company makes you pay up front for services, and have not fulfilled their duties. Customer service is completely useless and intentionally keeps you from reaching anyone in the billing department, so good luck trying to get them to refund your money on services that have yet to be rendered after a month. DO NOT EVER USE SEARS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

Sears review in Vineland, New Jersey: Any Resolution Possible? There better be!

I received an email that a trace was initiated on my order from November 28th. I have, without any success, attempted multiple times to obtain a refund or ask for the remainder of my order to be shipped to my closest store. To date, the only items I have received were two of this item: Item# 00854191000 Description: 8 Piece Glass Bowl Storage Set With Covers I have not received the remainder of my order, which is comprised of these items: Item# 00803649000 Description: 14-Pc. Pyrex Set – Quantity of 2 Item# 00915887000 Description: 12 pc. Metric Easy to Read Impact Socket Set, 6 pt. Deep, 1/2 in. Drive – Quantity of 1 Item# 00915886000 Description: 12 pc. Standard Easy to Read Impact Socket Set, 6 pt. Deep, 1/2 in. Drive – Quantity of 1 I received four email notifications when my order was supposed to have been delivered; I am assuming this is because this shipment was to arrive in four packages: The enclosed emails for all four of these notifications was the same. I noticed that all of these items were listed under the same tracker. I believe that only 1 of 4 packages were sent out, and the proof of delivery affirms that the weight of the package was only 5.00 lbs. – impossible for a total of 4 Pyrex glassware sets as well as 2 Craftsman tool sets. I contacted the Sears customer service hotline and first spoke with a sales representative named Kyle on the phone, who promised that I would receive a refund for the goods I did not receive within 3 to 5 business days. I was then contacted by a sales representative named Sparkle who literally only extended her apologies and notified me that a trace had been initiated on my package -- which I already knew. UPS had called my home and I have informed them of the situation. I also talked via live chat with a representative named Alan, who was very rude and refused to do anything to help me. I have sent emails as well to Linda Erickson, who initiated the trace on my package as well as searscares@searshc.com. I also contacted the Sears Facebook. The page messaged me and asked for my order number; when I supplied it, I heard literally nothing in response. I also spoke with a sales representative named Mcdonald on the Sears customer service live chat who promised that this would be resolved today, but I have received no refund, nor have I received the rest of the items in my order, which by the way, are Christmas presents.

Sears Auto Center Not Truthful

Details
Went into Sears Auto Center to have them look at my brakes pads. They came back with a diagnosis of bad rotors that needed to be replaced asap to the tune of more than $500. Took the car down the street to a smaller franchise where they couldn't find ANY DAMAGE to the rotors, only a mis-aligned brake pad that needed cleaning. Paid $109 for service that included bleeding of front brake fluid. So what is wrong with this picture??? I think Sears saw me coming and hit on the fact I am not a car mechanics expert and tried to grossly overcharge me. Bad, bad, bad. And never again.

Submitted an order for a swing set, trampoline, picnic table and bowling-a-ram for my grands on November 27. All items were to be deliverded by December 3 with the exception of the swing set. It was to be delivered by December 07. Did not happen. In fact, had to reorder the picnic table and the bowl-a-ram. As of December 9, had not heard from the swing set even after having started calling myself on December 4 through the 9th. In fear of not have Christmas for my grands, I asked that the order be cancelled. The order was said to have been cancelled, however, December 17, Sears hit my account for $2018 and yet there is not swingset from them or notice of a swing set in fact the online screen says "processing". Now sears says we will return your money 5 to 7 days from now. Who has $2,018 to be held for 5 to 7 days. Thanks to Sears...no Christmas for me this year. My grandchildren will be disaapointed, Wish someone could help me! None of the numbers listed works. Do not order from sears is my recommendation to everyone. Sears is not what it use to be. Customer Service is no longer an option.

Worst Delivery System - Never Buy from Sears Again!

THEY REPEATEDLY CANCEL DELIVERIES WITHOUT EVER NOTIFIYING CUSTOMER OF CANCELLED DELIVERY! 2015 Washer & Dryer purchase. No show 1st scheduled delivery. Then on 2nd scheduled delivery showed up with only one product, not both. Additionally, 2x waited for scheduled delivery with no shows, no calls & spent total of 11 phone calls, 4 hours on said calls two days in a row, getting run around. Then 2 additional delivery dates/times scheduled. Given over 6 conflicting excuses/reasons why. Major language barrier with Delivery Customer Service. No help from regular customer service. Had to get retail store involved to get escalated. Finally, decided not to wait to find out if they'll show on 4th scheduled day. Cancelled order and bought from Lowe's who will delivery next day. 2013 Sears delivery did over 2k of damage to our home (and their insurance paid promptly without issue), also damaged new appliance which they replaced and handled properly. We figured it was just a 'bad day' for one delivery group. But now see it's a pattern. Every part of delivery process appears to be outsourced to various groups/systems that don't work together.
