Will never shop Sears again

Got to Tell you Sears. I have had a credit card with you for over 20 years I will never shop with you again and will have my credit card canceled as i am appalled at your customer service and your high prices and *** attitude. Completely inept, totally unfriendly, and the worst time wasters on earth. Anyone who buys an appliance from them and expects prompt delivery is delusional. Anyone who expects the customer service people to be helpful is completely nuts. I was just shunted from person to person, each of whom read from a script, but was unable to provide help in any way at all. I am canceling the refrigerator I ordered! This was without a doubt the worst experience of my life. Whatever happened to "the customer is right?"

Sears review in Arlington, Texas: Mattress Complaint

I purchased a set of Sealy pillow top mattresses from Sears on Nov. 4, 2015 and within 2 weeks of use the top mattress showed signs of being poorly made and defective. After calling every phone number I could find where I could actually speak a human being I finally got a person on the phone who was willing to listen and try to help (talked to several who did not care). They suggested a replacement top mattress and I reluctantly agreed. The replacement was delivered on Dec. 5, 2015. The "new" replacement mattress is in worse condition that the one which was sent back to Sears. I immediately contacted the mattress department and spoke to Tina and explained what was happening and she said there would be no problem in having the mattresses returned and getting a full refund (without a restocking fee), but I would need to call back today Dec. 6, 2015 due to having to wait for the computer system to update with yesterdays delivery. I called today and talked to a very rude man who said that I must have misunderstood what I was told and that I need to refer to Sears mattress rules (which I never received in the first place). This man would not let me speak, just kept talking over me saying that I have to keep this mattress for 31 days (from Dec. 4th) before I can request for the mattresses to be returned. AND I have to pay 15% restocking fee!! I am supposed to sleep on a mattress where the top stitching is all pulled out?? This is the worst customer service I have ever heard of. They sell defective merchandise and I am supposed to be happy with it????

Sears - Kenmore 50023 Side By Side Refrigerator Review from Anaheim, California

Sears has been out to fix my 10 month old fridge six visits later it is still not fixed. One of the repair man said it needs to be replaced . my warranty calls for 4 visits automatic replacement . All i have gotten from sears is a big run around . All I get from the repair man is a big run around. Please dont do business with Sears. They are not your grandmas Sears any more . Terrible service and satisfaction.

Now day 12 without a fridge...4 service calls, 3 days off work to meet for repairs, multiple parts, Thanksgiving meal ruined. Hundreds of dollars of food lost. No end in sight. 5 part ordered to arrive in 8 days with no guarantee it will solve the problem. A replacement refrigerator has been requested and denied until last part arrives. Apparently they believe a single mom living in Florida can survive a month without a major appliance. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Kenmore Elite refrigerator is 2.5 years old and have been through 3 ice makers, compressor, condenser and more and is still nonfunctional.

i went in to sears to buy a sweater top for my grand daughter we found it in about 10 minutes we went to check out to purchase but as usual it took forever one checkstand they couldn't get the security device off the stereo the guy in front of me had purchased so I moved next store where the lady wanted to know why she wasn't getting the ad price so the clerk explained she needed to become a rewards member to get it so she took 20 minutes to sign her up why the other guy tried to get the security device off his stereo and then 25 minutes later I get to pay for my purchase sears is going broke wonder why

Ripped off by Sears

I bought a Nordic Track Elliptical from the Sears store on Nov 8. The salesperson wanted to set up a delivery for Nov 18. I informed him that was ok but it would have to be at night because I work during the day. The day before, they called and wanted to deliver it the next morning, even though I had told them I would be at work. After fighting with them, I agreed to a Saturday delivery between 8:30 to 12:30 on Nov. 21 and changed plans I already had to accommodate the delivery. They didn't show till 12:30. The eliiptical was missing screws, and they had to repack and take the whole thing back. I couldn't get another delivery that fit my schedule until today, Dec.5 from 7 am to 9 am. I again put other things I have to do on Saturday to accomodate them. They called a little while ago and now want to deliver it either tomorrow or Monday. At this point I'm ready to cancel the whole thing and buy it at a reputable company. I will never buy anything from Sears again based on their appalling treatment of customers. I also intend to post my experiences on various social media sites to warn others what to expect when purchasing something from Sears. I'm not going to waste time logging in. I've spent enough time dealing with this bogus retail system. If anyone at Sears is truly interested and wants to attempt to solve the problem, my name is Gerald Webb and my phone number is 626 330-6010. I'm betting though that I won't hear from anybody at Sears. Thats customer service and they are not interested.

I was scammed by sears.com with a Television [recently]... I purchased the TV on black Friday and guess what? sears.com cancelled my payment with several bogus reasons why... Then the representative told me the best she can do for me [post black Friday] is give me 10% off the normal price of TV... TOTAL BS!!!!! In the end, they did not want to sell me the Samsung Curve TV for the price on black-Friday... WHAT A SCAM!!! Scam!!! Scam!!! I've told all of my friends and families about my experience and they all will not shop at sears.com!!! I have also returned ALL my other items back to sears.com!!! I refuse to contribute anything to such a unethical company!!!

So just a note to say I will never ever use SEARS ever again! I had a full protection agreement on my washer and for 3 weeks, 3 straight appointments in a row NO ONE SHOWED UP to fix it!! I called the 3rd party who the job was outsourced to and they didn't even bother to call back. The service is horrible!!! and SEARS is repair is a joke!!!!! I want a full refund on my money for the protection agreement and Sears says call back tomorrow, our files need to update over night!!!
