Kenmore elite refrigerator from Sears in 2001

I had the refrigerator two and one half years when the condenser had to be replace. It worked for eight months when it stopped working and it was replaced again for the second time, this was April 2015. It is now November 15 2015. Seven parts have been replaced including two compressors and my refrigerator is still not working. I can go on with the bad experience I had with Sears tech put it will be too long. Bottom line is this , I will never ever buy any appliance from Sears nor thrust them or their sub tech company A&E . The worst company to deal with in the NY Hudson region . G.Lau

I called your service department in October, 2015, to have someone repair my Kenmore water softener that was no longer working. I purchased this house a year ago and the water softener came with the house. I was taken back that no one could come until November 11, 2015 with a window between 7am and 1 pm but I scheduled anyway. I sat here that day waiting patiently but no one showed up and I received no notification that no one was coming. I not only was going to have the softener fixed by Sears but I was also going to purchase an exercise bike and equipment. I am so disappointed in your service that I am not going to order from Sears again if your service dept is not reliable.

I called seven times and kept hanging up and redialing because I couldn't understand anyone in customer service as none were even remotely understandable and not English speakers. I finally cancelled appointment (I think) and am willing to pay more for a local company that speaks English and I can communicate with the washing machine issue I have. This is Sears the supposed all American company that I will never contact or use again. Unbelievable that they outsource at the cost of losing customers. So frustrated. I asked for a native speaker every time and was told there were none. I asked to speak to a supervisor and none of those either every time. Don't even give them your business as they only care about smoking money and not our business which is pretty obvious.

Worst customer service ever! They don't understand English! Ordered a box spring the delivery guys couldn't fit it up the stairs left it on the stairs damaged. Called customer service 4 times to get them to pick up and orders a spit box spring so that means 2 pieces! I get one piece and no record of me ever ordering . On the phone with another non English comprehender who can not understand my issue. Still on. He phone after 30 minutes waiting!

I purchased an electric range on 10/29/15 and was suppose to be installed on 11/3/15. The day before scheduled delivery/installation the installation company called that my range cannot be found. So, after spending days on the phone and getting transfered to various departments trying to find my range - with no success, I had had enough. I drove to the Sears I made the purchase and spoke to a manager... he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He spent the day researching and tracking my order. He called that he had found my range. It was FINALLY installed on 11/11/15. Installation team was wonderful - however, the oven lite did not work. Again I get on online and chat with a service representative - he referred me to the home delivery dept, they referred me to a Installation Specialist and she set up an appt with a service tech. This purchase has been a total nightmare dealing with Sears. Passing the buck seems to be a reaL talent that have. I have bought Kenmore appliances for 40 years and this is the worse customer service I have evert had.

Sears - Serta Mattress Mattress Review from Sparta, Georgia

I recently purchased a mattress and box spring from Sears in two separate orders. The mattress came Monday at 10am. I got a call at 2pm stating they delivered the wrong mattress. I had to leave work again come back home to receive the correct mattress that was unwrapped in plastic and delivered to me in the rain. I then was scheduled to receive box springs on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. I called the day before to confirm the time. The delivery driver called at 2:45pm aand asked if he could deliver them. I stated I was not home and at work. When I said I would be home at 5pm, he hung up. I then received a call at 3pm stating I needed to reschedule. I called the delivery center who said they don't know why my time was estimated between 5pm and 7pm but their truck stopped at 3 pm and I would need to reschedule. I explained I had to *** twice for the wrong mattress being delivered and I was not going to *** another day for their error in scheduling. Especially. when I don't know if the time would be correct that they estimated. I then said I wanted to cancel the box springs. The gentleman "John" said I would have to pay a cancelation fee. I stated I was not going to because they were dishonest about the delivery. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he didn't have one. He also would not give me anything to identify him by and stated there was none that could.help me. I sent three days and hours on the phone. Sears customer service center is filled with employees who read off a script and can not transfer you to people that can handle real situations. No one in upper management can be reached or reaches out when a situation needs to be handled. I asked several times to a manager or anyone that can I help. I was told etheir "I don't have manager" or "I can't do that". I will never order anything from Sears again and understand why they rating is a 1 out 5 from 2,063 reviews

I bought boots for the winter on 9/11/15. I didn't start raining until recently. I wore them four times and the heel completely broke. I went to the seats in Stockton to exchange and they said since I didn't have a receipt they would not exchange them. I asked to speak to the manager and all she said was OUCH! Infuriated!!! Never shooing at Sears again!

we bought a bosch dishwasher in april 2007 at sears and after years of problem free use it broke down on nov.9 2015 wich i think is normal , so the next day my wife calls sears for service since all of our appliances were bought at sears might as well call them for service !..........hmmmmm so the girl at sears says since we did not originally buy a service agreement THEY WOULD NOT SEND A TECHNICIAN TO FIX IT and my wife said " we'll pay for the service call , so after almost 4 decades of buying tools, appliances , lawnmowers etc etc this is how you treat your customers ...........no wonder that you are fading away in the retail world , I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS EVER AGAIN

NEVER going to shop at Sears again!!

I purchased a treadmill from the carlsbad mall location and was assured by the sales person not to worry about the 3,000+ complaints online about delivery issues since I was not far from the store delivery would be no problem. I was told I would be called to schedule a time which was a lie, a computer generated message called the night before telling me what time the delivery was scheduled for which was right in the middle of my work day. I called and they were very rude and unhelpful so I took off work only to be rescheduled, I believe simply because they did not want to deliver in the rain. I was rescheduled and confirmed for an evening delivery only to have the driver call me at 1:00 saying thet would be at my house at 2:00 or I could reschedule again. I took off work again and not only was the delivery truck an hour late the treadmill arrived damaged. I have asked on five separate occasions for a manager or supervisor to call me regarding this and have not received a call back. I still have not received my treadmill which incidentally I paid $150.00 to have delivered! Customer service is nonexistent at this store - DO NOT give them your business!!

Sears.com is ABSOLUTELY the WORST online experience/company experience that I have ever encountered. I do all of my shopping with the exception of food online. I don't feel as I ned to go into a tremendous amount of detail. The bottom line is that I was sent a defective product that I purchased with a coupon (the only reason I purchased from Sears). When I attempted to exchange I was told that I couldn't. I was told I had to return the product and they would credit my account and then charge it again. Well after 4 calls to customer service and the Sears online chat I was left with 1 pair of defective boots, no return label, no refund and another FULL price charge to my card. I have given Sears every opportunity to fix this and they are incapable. SEARS HAS ESSENTIALLY STOLEN FROM ME! I HATE SEARS AND WILL NEVER SEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. DEATH TO SEARS AND EVERYTHING THEY REPRESENT!
