Sears in Laura, Illinois - RUSTED BLEACH DISPENCER!!!!

We bought a Kenmore top loading washing machine only to have bleach dispencer to start rusting!!! Was told by outsource repair person that whole top has to be replaced and he has done many!!!! We payed alot of money for this only to be told we have to pay for it!! NEVER WILL BUY SEARS AGAIN!!! By the way our kenmore elite stove also broke down again at our expense!!! charging us 300.00 to fix stove God only knows what it going to cost to fix washer!!! lesson learned never buy a sears product again!! They don't stand behind their products!!! They suck!!!!!

My brand new Kenmore Laundry Center got out of the truck on the Highway the same day I went to pick it up at the Sears store. It was instailled at the house and was dropping the water outside from the bottom part of the unit. The Sears technician came to check it. The warranty doesn't apply and I understand but if I want to pay for the repair Sears doesn't have the parts in stock because it a "BRAND NEW LAST MODEL LAUNDRY CENTER". WHAT CAN I DO????

Same experience with a water heater. Ordered on the 4th, to be delivered on the 6th between 4:45 and 6:45. As the day wore on, delivery time slipped to 7:09. Next check of their site indicates it's been delivered!!! No calls to phones listed in the purchase. Calls and chats with Customer Service indicate they have no way to check with delivery, though they can leave a message... Finally, discussion with Customer Service indicates there are deliveries scheduled to our community on the 9th, but the "truck is full." So, we get shoved to the back of the line with a "possible" delivery on 13th. No Hot Water for two or more weeks!? You must be kidding. Canceled a $750+ sale and purchased same from Lowes. Never again a Sears customer!

I ordered a table on Sears.com and when my order arrived it was only the legs of the table. I called and found out that the table was falsely advertised online as the whole table. No where did it state it was just the legs and it actually gave a full description of the table itself. When I called customer service they could care less and told me to just return the table. I asked several times that they honor the website listing and they would not. I also asked for a supervisor and the lady "Paige" initially told me no. Then she came back on the phone and said no one was available. (Don't believe that a bit!) Horrible customer service! I am done shopping at Sears and I just spent almost 7K there this year. The have officially lost a "GOLD MEMBER" Customer!!

I have no problem with the Sears brick and mortar store, but their website is horrible. First off, everything I am interested in I can't use my points on. Probably because most of the stuff they sell on there is from other companies. Which is a pain in the ***. Just sell your own stuff. Second, when something says that it can be delivered and I add it to my cart, it comes up and says no store pickup available within 50 miles of my store. What the heck?? I don't want store pickup, I want delivery. Do they not ship their own products? Only the other merchant products? Third, there have been a lot of products I have clicked on to read about just to have it come up and say it is not available in the size and color I want. Even if it's a kitchen faucet that only comes in one color. One day there was 10 things in a row I wanted to look at and it came up and said that. Take it off your website if you no longer have/sell the product. It's just a huge pain in the butt to try to shop on there when nothing is available or nothing can be shipped. Why does it say store pickup available for me, but when I go to cart it says not available within 50 miles? Why can't they ship anything? I want to use my points because I spent money to earn them, but I can't use them on anything on their site. It's ridiculous. Their whole site needs a re-haul, they need to keep up with what is available and what is not and they need to make shipping available on more products. After trying to find things for the past week on their site, I will no longer be trying to shop on there. The nearest store is 35 minutes away in another state since they closed the one down in my town. Not that that matters since nothing is available for store pickup either.

I never never never buy anything from sears from this moment. it is the most awful store I've ever seen. we bought a 7 piece dining set from the sears furniture and they just delivered the table with no chairs and after we contacting them they told that your order was just for the table. And we call them more than 15 times and show all of the documents and numbers and explained them that the order was also for the chairs and this inconvenience is because of a problem with your website and you should fix it and send us the chairs. They didn't even listen to us and finally they didn't send the chairs and also they told you should pay for the return if you want. we called the bank and ask them to dispute the order and the banks called them and they were forced to pay for the return. But I am really mad at them because of this awful behavior. Never buy a furniture from them.

A Natural Notion is a fraud. They do not answer phone or emails regarding returned items and refunds.

I am sure I am not the only person taken by this company. Filing a formal complaint is my next step.

I bought a Serta Mattress from sears less than a year ago and it lost its firmness. I can't sleep on it anymore. I called Sears for a warranty since it's less than one year old and sears told me that they will not cover this and that there is nothing I can do. First I am not a mattress expert so having me examine the mattress for defects is ridicules. I sent them picture after picture but what my issue is can't be seen in a picture. I explained it time and time again but no one would listen to what the issue was. All they said was nothing we can do for you. I would not buy anything from Sears if you expect them to stand behind there products the won't
