Sears in West Hills, California - Kenmore 500 wm bad advertising it dosn't wash any thing properly

removed 20-year-old Kenmore replaced with 500 series went back to sears to replace. i was willing to pay more for an up grade i was told there was nothing they would doe so pissed off is not. on way express my feelings . this wm is a brick and i wouldn't give it to any one it doesn't clean work properly in any way i have on elite siting next to it. totally satisfied this purchased was 6 months before the 500. i will never by a Kenmore again because of the way i was treated . so we don't you s it at all and when i by a new washer it will not be ken more dont by 500 series

Note to consumers who aren't getting any help from Sears for a lemon Samsung frig: CALL SAMSUNG AND WORK WITH THEM INSTEAD OF SEARS. Samsung's customer service (800-726-7864) is superlative!

I am out $260--in addition to the repair cost--because Sears repeatedly sends incompetent technicians. As a result I had to buy my tenants a temp frig ($85), reduce their rent $100 to keep them from moving, and needlessly pay $75 to an electrician

Sears in Springfield, Pennsylvania - STAY AWAY

SEARS--The company that employs degenerates, incompetent managers and call centers in India that due to their location are clearly unable to be of ANY service what so ever. So we purchased an oven from their lovely Labor Day sale. Yesterday their delivery team came out to install the oven. Within 2 hours of them leaving my entire home smelled of gas, I walked over to the stove and heard hissing, we had a gas leak. With 3 children in my home and 75 people in the front of my house attending a block party. For 24 hours the main gas line in my home has been turned off, we can not shower, do laundry, or the tons of dishes laying around my home from the party. YESTERDAY numerous phone calls were made to SEARS customer service, every phone call ended with "someone is on their way out and you should hear from them in an hour or two" To say I am disguested is the understatement of the year. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You all yourself a company?? Is this why your stores have been dimishising over the past 7 years? I have recorded every every conversation- I have the name of EVERY person I have spoken to. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company, HOME DEPOT AND LOWES carry the same applicances, at the same prices and they also employ competent people. HOME DEPOT and LOWES clearly hold themselves to higher standard and value customer service. This post should be considered the FIRST of MANY social media posts, blogs, and reviews. I am not a fool to think that I hold enough weight to put SEARS out of business, but I promise I WILL COST YOU MONEY!!!!

Ordered a patio set from sears on 8/1 delivered 8/10 sets had defects, they would not put back on truck, they called manager, would sent another set and pick up 1st set. 8/13 1st set is rusting so I called cancelled the new order and ask to have set picked up.Told I would be called with a pick-up date, called numerous times, by 8/31 I told them the set needed to be picked up asap or it would be put in trash since I now have had it for 3 weeks. Someone did call me on 9/1 set would be picked up 9/5. I called on 9/4 re-assured and confirmed pick up 9/5 with a 2 hour window. I called 9:45pm since I never heard from Sears. I have made at least 6 calls to 1-800-732-7747, the are routed calls to a foreign country, since this was a online order. Never got to speak to someone in the USA even though I requested it. I spent no less than 25min.each time and over 43mins on 9/5. I finally hung up, because I listened to music for straight 20 mins. I will be cancelling and cutting up my Sears credit cards and never do business with them again.

it was on my American Express they disputed it and the charge was removed. Made 2 appointments for pick-up they never showed up so I finally gave the set away

"I purchased a dishwasher from them on my debit card. Order went through, I scheduled the delivery. Went into my bank account and the transaction was shown as processing. After an hour, I received an email saying the order was cancelled. The online chat help said the order wasn't cancelled and they gave me a number. I called that, they said they couldn't help and gave me a different number. I called that number and they said the dishwasher wasn't in stock. They then told me I would be reimbursed in 5-7 days. Really???? They took the money for product they didn't have and couldn't get. Opened a complaint with BBB. "

I ordered a Kenmore Elite online from SearsOutlet.com and right after I ordered i noticed on that the store pictures had a entirely different refrigerator so I called the West Palm Beach, FL store and was told they couldn't find it but they would call me when they did. The following day I still hadn't heard anything so I called them again and was told that someone would call me back within the hour. I did receive a call back this time after a few hours and was told that they tagged the wrong refrigerator and that the one I ordered was a Whirlpool. It also was damaged and missing parts so i asked if they could give me a store credit towards something for a similar price and they said they would call me back if they could find anything. Of course I never got a call but I found something myself online and called to see if they could give me some money off of it for my inconvenience. They gave me $100 off and I paid a $50 difference. I was happy with it and was told it would be shipped by Monday and that I would be contacted in a few days to set up a time to deliver. I never was sent a receipt so I called on Monday and they said they would send it to me and gave me the tracking number. I never got the receipt but was happy to have the tracking number. My fridge was delivered to my local Sears outlet (which is the Winter Park store and is 50 minutes away from me) store on August 25th. I called for days trying to figure out why I hadn't received a delivery time. I finally got a hold of someone and they said it would be delivered on Saturday and i would receive a call the day before to set up a time. Friday came around and no word... Saturday morning I decided I better call Sears customer service again and was told the order was canceled then I was transferred and put on hold for a long time only to be told to call the store I bought it from. So i did and they told me to call the Winter Park store so I did only for it to ring. I had tried calling them all week and no one ever picks up the phone there. I finally got a hold of a woman and she said she had to look for my fridge so I was put on hold. She came back after 30 minutes and said that my fridge was on the delivery truck and the delivery guys would call me when they were a few hours away from delivering. I questioned her on this and she assured me that I should wait by my phone because if I missed the call I would have to reschedule for another day. So I waited all day and nothing again... Not even a phone call! I'm pretty sure that lady put me on hold and hoped I would hang up but when I didn't came back and told me it was on the truck so i would leave her alone. BTW... I was hung up on a couple of times by the Winter Park store too. That store is really terribly ran. So I called Sears was put on hold and even hung up on by their customer care specialists. Finally I demanded to speak to a supervisor so I could file a complaint because of the way I was being treated and the fact that no one could find my refrigerator. In the mean time I had also put in numerous calls to the store the West Palm Beach store and they said they didn't know what happened and could only get the same answers I was getting. I finally get in touch with Sears solutions center and this lady same thing can't figure out where my regrigerator is I kept demanding for her to do something she even persisted to tell me that the Winter Park store was closed on Sundays and that was why they wouldn't answer their phone. Of course their hours are online and say clearly they are open til 7 pm est. Finally she gets a hold of the West Palm Beach store where i initally placed the order and tells me that they need to take ownership and would be hadling my problem. I was assured that everything would be handled by Russ at the West Palm Beach store and his manager by her and by him. He promised to fix it and I believed him. Monday rolls around and no phone call so i call and get a hold of the store manager Tiffany. She said she had sent a email and was waiting to hear something. I demanded that she call and find out. She said she would and call me back. She called a few hours later and told me that my fridge would be deliveered on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and guess what? Nothing! No call no nothing! I start calling on Wednesday cause I know this all too well by now. I wait on hold for over 2 hours to find out my delivery is on hold. No one knows why and the manager from the West Palm Beach store won't even return my calls. I am pissed of course so I call Sears solutions and give them my reference number for my last complaint. This lady called everywhere and said that delivery solutions was looking into it and would get back to me within 48 hrs with answers to what happened. Well it's been 36 hrours now stil nothing... I hate Sears at this point and am so close to canceling but I don't want to let them off that easy. Please if you are reading this don't waste your time with Sears. They charged me over $200 for delivery too but luckily they did already give that back to me. I am also told I will get 10% back when I get my refrigerator but I have to call them. I am praying that when or if I ever do get my refrigerator that it comes in the brand new condition I ordered it in. I am one PISSED off consumer! Hope by me writing this it saves others the frustration and aggravation. Thanks for reading!

I bought a whirlpool washer and dryer from sears wanting to support an American company, what a mistake they delivered the pair on the 17th of August, have not been able to use the the dryer , husband call made the appointment for today the 31st, August, called to confirm, they never showed or called we still can't use the dryer, I called to find out why the stood us up, "RUN A ROUND", never again, I tolled them to pick up both, well see if they do, I'll go to Howards from now on.

I have purchased sears items for over 35 years. the new washer I have is a piece of ***. Kenmore Front load new it has been totally overhauled and repaired at least 6 times in 1 1/2 year. But what takes the cake is it stopped working and I scheduled an appointment three weeks ago, first tech on Saturday this Saturday 5th today they blow up my phone and email saying we need to speak with you regarding your washer parts to see if you have received them. I call and the representative said we are not calling you about your parts, we wanted to tell you your appointment Saturday is cancelled and hung up. I have been without a washer for three weeks and have a three year extended maintenance agreement and can't get service. Sears never used to be like this, I worked for them for years. will never buy another item from sears and will tell everyone I know about their service anymore it's horrible. I have a washer front load I have had for 1 year and my washer is not working . How do you let three weeks pass and then tell someone you are cancelling the appointment and my washer and clothes are not as important as someone elses. I will need to look up my maintenance agreement and see if an attorney can find something in there that we can maybe sue for. Sears sucks.
