Bought a $350.00 vacuum used twice and broke. Ordered it from and called to ask if I just take it back to store.

45 minutes later and 6 call transfers to other departments after having to reexplain each time, am told that they are sorry but the order date was 32 days ago which is 2 days over. EVEN though the item was not even delivered and on our property yet. Cheap product, horrible customer service, and feel scammed. Will never step foot in a Sears again.

Bed Bath and Beyond will be my go to.

Excellent customer service and no questions asked. Just bring it back and exchange.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $350.
