Bought a ps4 online that was supposed have been new but when received found box it came in was torn and used and unit was used an had spots on it. Try to contact seller whom was third party and found He had set up that Sears was to handle returns, but when I call them they kept saying they were waiting on seller to contact then back and was told this for weeks and only promised a refund for return but never received any return info and no calls or e mails from sears. Also call center is not even in America. Would never but from Sears again.

Sears won't refund me for a damaged microwave bought through Sears.com

I’m having with Sears/Sears.com. On May 9, 2015 I went into the Sears store located in Goodyear, AZ to look at microwaves, as ours had decided to stop working. I spoke with a sales girl and she ordered me a microwave that should have met my needs. It did not. When this microwave arrived on May 18th I noticed a large dent in the side of the microwave and it doesn’t not fit properly in the cabinet space. I called the store and informed her and she told me that I could not return it to a store because it was ordered on Sears.com website. I was not told this when she ordered it, as a matter of fact, when I asked if it should not work out she told me I could just bring it in to that location for a refund. I then went into the store and spoke with a store manager, who then called Sears.com and put me on the phone with them. This happened on May 20, 2015. Since then I have found out that Sears.com is also a “marketplace” and they have 3rd party sellers on this site. Apparently, the person who listed this microwave is a scam artist of some sort. They sent me a return label with a Best Buy return address with my name on it, again, I bought this from Sears. I have been on the phone every 2 days since with Sears.com. They have tried (and failed) to contacting the seller of this item multiple times. Every time I call I get pushed back more and more with the “it will take 24-48 hours”. I finally thought I had some resolution on June 3rd when I received an email from them with a return address but no return label attached. When I contacted them they said they would not pay for shipping (shipping is $90) unless there was damage to the machine. I, once again, informed them that there was in fact damage to this microwave. I have since been told 2 more times that it will take another 24-48 hours to get this resolved. In the meantime I am out $274.55. I am without a microwave oven and I have used more time and energy than necessary to complete this task. I will NEVER use Sears for anything every again. We have bought many things from them over the years, as has our families....NEVER again. I will make sure everyone I know is very aware of this issue as well.

I called in a Tuesday and scheduled the next available appt for the following Friday. They scheduled the appt window from 3-6. No one called or arrived. I called at 7:00 to see what happened and the customer service agent said e would find out and call me within 30 minutes. I never got a call back. I again called on Saturday and the agent told me the next available appt would be the following Friday. Will never use Sears Home Services again. POOR POOR customer service.

Went into Sears because items showed "in stock". They werent. We ordered online w/the Sears employee (dumber than a box of rocks), and paid extra for delivery plus assembly. Items showed up Wednesday at 5:30, even though we scheduled for 9am -12pm. Husband took off whole morning waiting & I missed work and a Dr. appointment waiting for it to finally show up!!! Then delivery jerks said we dont assemble, dont know what to tell you. Husband refused order, we went straight to Sears. Gave our number & copy of reciept & complained. Next day they called & promised delivery for the following day & assembly 3 days after that.  Next morning we got a call saying our items didnt get put on the truck. The woman calling us was mumbling & sounded like Bill Murray in Caddy Shack. I told her to please speak up and articulate as I couldn't understand her. She hung up on me. Husband called back, it was explained to him that they didn't put it on the truck because it was marked "Assembly", & Sears delivery doesnt assemble. Argh!! We got delivery scheduled again for the 2 days later, to be delivered BEFORE 10am as we both work. Tonight (delivery is supposed to happen before 10am tomorrow), we got a voicemail to please call them. Husband tried all day but was hung up on every time he called from his phone. I called from my phone, gave his number to the automated system & was hung up on. Hmmm...interesting. I called again & did not give a number, got through to someone who told us delivery would be from 9:15 - 11:15am. Wth???? 3 weeks later, we are out $650 for purchase, delivery, assembly, PLUS 2 full day's pay, still do not have possession of our purchases, and no clue if theyll keep their word and be here before 10am. And who knows when it will be assembled!!! I'd probably get better results paying the old *** next door to do it for a case of beer to and get better service!!! My advice, if you can find it elsewhere, DONT buy it from Sears.

Issue still not resolved,going on 7 weeks now.. customer realtions for social media actually less helpful than regular customer service.

Still have a lemon water heater,scheduled a pick up, driver called and said they would be 5 hours earlier than confirmes time,and they never showed.

No hot water, no refund, no nothing! !!!#####

i wanted a commercial grade easy up awning with the canopy attached to frame so i had them order it it came and the top isn't attached now they tell me they have a non commercial which is a cheaper product for more money than the better one which isn't what i wanted them to order so i am stuck with this one or lose a lot of money not being able to go if i don't take and use the one they sent me five years ago they pulled a bait and switch on me they are not trust worthy and will say or lie to make a sale unreputable business tatic in the name of money

I have a dual all Gas Oven and a repair person was sent out to check the issue with the oven. Sears must use 3rd party repair folks because this person was horrible and still after 3 weeks no response back after leaving several messages to find out what can be done to get my Stove working again. Today I received an email with the question whether I have received the replacement part and called Sears folks. Well as it turns out they haven't sent the part out nor do they have one.....They state the part is back ordered (on a 1 1/2 old stove) - must be lots of bad ovens out there with horrible quality manufacturing (don't by from Sears is what I take away from this if an oven can't last for more than 1 1/2 years. They told me the back ordered part won't be available until August 15th (that means another 6 weeks without a stove) unacceptable. The alternative is to give me $500 credit to buy a new Stove (that is for a $2,700 stove that is basically brand new).....This is insanity.....do not buy any Sears Appliances is what I am learning from this experience.....bad quality, bad service, poor response time....very very disappointing.

I purchased a lawn mower from Sears early in the season. When I finally got to mow my lawn (after the snow melted) the thing was awful. It destroyed my lawn and the engine was struggling with the short grass. I tried to take it to Sears to return it and the Assistant Manager, Greg, was extremely rude and aggressive. He attacked me and finally made it clear that my only option was to go to another building to have it inspected for warranty. He didn't ask what was wrong with the mower, he was just insistent I was wrong. When I went to the other building, they told me they don't service lawn mowers and I had to go to another business who would inspect it under warranty. I called corporate to report Greg's behavior. They basically did nothing and said they would let the store manager know but I should talk to the store manager myself. But, of course, he won't return my call and Sears won't give me his voicemail extension or email address. When I asked for it they lied and told me they didn't have access to it. I was shocked, and then they came clean that they had it but wouldn't give it out. All this to say that Sears corporate STILL has not tried to fix the problem, they only want me to talk to the manager who won't return my calls. So I bought a new mower from Lowe's, and they promised to stand behind it.

Worst customer service. there own employees have no idea when the products are suppose to be delivered and to whom to contact for delivery information. They will do whatever they can to put you on hold for hours. Do yourself a favor and stay away from sears. Worst business communication I have ever seen. I am suprised this company is still somehow up and running. Wouldn't take long till it goes bankrupt if they keep this customer service up.

Serviceman arrived to find that the replacement parts were broken as well. The ultimate solution is to replace the unit with a new one.

What a waste of time and money. This experience does not bode well for Sears in the future.
