Shopyourway is the worst laid out website to find things you can actually redeem points on and not pay shipping. After spending hours of selecting things only to find out I couldn't use my points, I explored enough to catch a glimpse of the catagory "redeem" to find the very few items I could select from. Of course I can't save on shipping if it's in a store.... even if the store is a long, long way from where I live. Live chat is a joke and can't help walk you through an order problem. I had to constantly make new passwords before and order would go through. Shop Your Way connected me with Sears, Sears told me to call Shop Your Way. I finally got my order to go through but after I get it... I will unsubscribe from this nonsense.

Reimburse my shipping costs. It's not my fault you had to close so many stores and you lead me on with Free Shipping with MAX..then take it away. What seems as a close pick up to a store to you is different for me, so I gave up and paid shipping.

Sears in San Antonio, Texas - Delivery service sucks

I decided to buy matresses from sears. 1st time doing business with them. The sales lady Laura was great. Its the people doi g your delivery. That stinks. They tried delivering a stained mattress then i waited another week to get a good one. Took off work and they didnt show. They called the night before to confirm time. 15 min past the ti.e its due i calk sit on hold for 17minutes at first. They tell me it changed to the following week. No phone call. I ask to talk to manager i tell him and he chuckles and tells me he knew the night before they werent delivering them. I said you could have called and. He says " I guess i could have had someone call" so i cancel my order tell them to come get box spring. We schedule for today at 630. They no showed a d no phone call. I. Alled the store. Laura once again calls them and they tell her there not gonna make it till the 26th. I forgot to mention they kept me on hold for over 2hrs. I hung up during that time and they call ne back, i said i hung up cause i thought they forgot me. And she tells me she didnt want to come back on the phone cause i was soo mad. Worst service ever. Will never do business again there.

Purchased a washer and dryer in store on8/31, delivery on 9/11. We live in the mountains and stated at time of purchase (printed on receipt) that small truck required because of access. Guess what large truck used cannot gain access so merchandise returned to depot. Rescheduled delivery 9/22 reminded small truck required. Goods then sold on so now no dryer available 4 week delivery for dryer 10/13. Weather to be delivered 9/22. Numerous calls on day because you guessed it large truck!! Ended up no delivery now scheduled 9/24. All the calls initiated by myself and response from Sears "what do you want to do", totally incompetent and quite frankly ***. No wonder company is dying on the vine. Will never use them again and going to cancel credit card just not worth the frustration and dealing with "not my problem" attitude.

I am very disappointed about both of my purchases from Sears. My refrigerator has stopped working completely, and all of my food and milk is completely ruined. Not counting the time that the refrigerator was going out, once I requested a service call, they could not repair my refrigerator for 10 more days, once I called. A customer who has just paid all of this money for a new refrigerator, including paying for an extended warranty, should not have to wait 10 days for a refrigerator repair. I have four kids in my house, and this issue has created disaster in my hose. The freezer is not working properly, and all of my ice cream has melted, several container of it, and things just are not freezing properly. To say that I am upset, is an understatement. With the economy being the way that it is, When I make a major purchases like this, I need something that will last awhile. I am not comfortable with having anyone coming out to fix major appliances, that are supposed to be new, less than three months later. Obviously these appliances are lemons. Upon discovering that my items had not lasted at all. I decided o go online, just to see if others have experienced the same issues with Sears products. I was shocked by all of the bad reviews that I read about Sears products. I feel totally ripped off, and I believe that Sears is knowingly selling defective products. If that is the case, I am not only disappointed, but totally appalled by that possibility. Years ago, my mom shopped frequently with Sears and Kmart, when they sold quality products. I can go anywhere and get this type of substandard service. Rent to own would have been better than trusting Sears. And to boot, I have been made to wait several days for a repair. Sears obviously, does not care about their customers anymore. I will never trust Sears again with a major purchase, and I would not recommend that anyone else to do so either.. If I had seen the reviews about them prior to buying, I would never have made these major purchases with them. Normally I read reviews before I buy things, especially expensive items. This time I did not, decided to trust Sears, and it has cost me tremendously. I am very disappointed with Sears, and they have lost my business. the most that I will buy, is a towel or maybe a T-shirt from them. Customer service is at an all time low, and when that happens, businesses usually shut down eventually. Which I am hearing is the case. Buy from Sears, with caution consumers. Thank you, C.W.

Sears - No explanation, no concern for customer feelings--just cancelled.

I placed an online order for a double wall oven and a washing machine, both on current sale. It was the second to last day of the sale--so I put the double oven on layaway, as I still wanted to speak to someone about it, to make sure it was a good oven--no problems. They sent me a confirmation e-mail, said it was in processing--then proceeded to cancel my order 2 days later via e-mail. No e-mail/call in between the two to tell me there was a problem. I contacted them via 'chat' them after hours on the 09/20/2014, as it was late Saturday when I arrived home. They let on my credit card was a problem--I then said I was just at Sears that day, using it to purchase more items. Then the rep changed and said it was because it was a high priced item, the order was held for 'fraud & security' the total order was around $2,000--???? I order items 3 times that cost online, never had a problem. The real issue appears to be, they did not want to honor the '35 year Sears Anniversary' sale price--cancelled it and now it is off sale and will not give me the price it was on for $1366, and want to charge me $2287. According to price viewer this oven has been on sale 4 times this year in the $1500 range--so for the anniversary sale being a couple hundred less, I do not believe this is a typo, if that is what they are trying to say (they will not come out an say it, but that is the only thing I can come up with for an answer to this bizarre behavior) ~ This renovation I am doing is due to a leaky roof--and I have had to do a complete ceiling removal and roof re-do. I was finally getting to the point of getting excited about getting a new kitchen, after 2 solid years of having a house torn apart. I do not know if I should take this as a sign to stay away from Sears products and cancel the other items I have on order/in *** with Sears to purchase or fight for my rights on this. I am just so weary with unethical, uncaring customer service now. My parents took me to shop at 'Simpson Sears' 40 years ago--my parents just re-did their house with Kenmore Elite products in 2012--I am so disappointed with a Company I thought was decent, doing something like this.

$1200 Kenmore washer from sears worked for ONLY 5 years. My old Maytag worked forever.

We purchased a new ELITE front load washer in 2008. In December the warranty expired and 6 months later so did the washer. First trip from repairman from sears cost $234 to fix a F35 code. Two weeks later the washer quit again. Second trip from sears repair now the washer needs a CCU units costing over $400. Third trip from sears repair refund my money for F35 switch but sill change service call. Let's see I am spent $1200 on a SEARS washer that lasted l months after the warranty expired and I need to spend about $650 to repair it. I want sears to replace this washer and stand behind their products.

I purchased my washer in March, by August it was leaking. We have now spent 5-8 hours/week waiting for technicians to come to our home. After 8 visits (they replaced the tub, the pump, the hoses), it is STILL leaking and they are STILL giving us the run-around.

I just need to know a better place to go for complaints at Sears services. Trying to get every avenue I can get. My wife missed a full day of work yesterday waiting for scheduled service that we've waited for a while with the appointment. Will be there between 8 & 5. She had made a call somewhere around 3 and was still coming. At 4:45 she called again and was told he was ten minutes away, around 7:30 she called again, they told her no one was home at the time the technician got there. Now we have to wait another week plus for service. The thing is my son was home from 3:00 on, outside in the driveway working on his car, he even stated that no vehicles even came by, we're on the end of a cul-de-sac, we know when vehicles come the dog goes nuts. Now my wife has a lost day of pay, being told we are liars, and we still cannot do laundry. I called also they transferred me to a tech specialist who just read the book as everyone else prior. We have a wedding to attend and need service. I'm sorry but I remember when you could depend on Sears’s service, those days are gone. I am going to let all the blogs know just how sears treats repeat and warranty customers, if this was to be a paid service I’m sure it would have been taken care of. Shame on you Sears

Sears - After a repair to my water softener the water access pipe started leaking

The attachment of the pipe that brings the water into the water softener was replaced by the repairman because that unit did not work. The tub that hold the water had filled and did not empty and had to be fixed. When doing that the repairman did not replace the washer, which was damaged. Because this was not replaced the next day I discovered there was a leak at the connection. I called Sears asking for someone to come to my home to repair this leak and was told a repairman was not available until 7 days from that date. The only way I had to stop the leak, was to turn off the main water supply which is located at the street. In doing this, it would cut off all water to my house, leaving me without water for the whole week - 7 days. The person who makes appointments at Sears told me that was the earliest appointment they had available, ignoring my insistence this was not acceptable. I can not be without water for a whole week. She said this was all they could do. I called my handyman who came in 2 hours and fixed the problem. The washer should have been replaced along with the unit he replaced. My handyman told me when the unit was replaced the washer ALWAYS needs to be replaced at the same time. There was further damage to the access pipe, which at this time. also had to be replaced at an additional cost of $ 120. The original repair was a part of the problem with the water softener, leaving me with only half of the problem being repaired. I will never use a Sears repairman again.

Purchased a refrigerator 8/31/14 scheduled delivery 9/10/14 delivery window was between 5:30-7:30 p.m. They never arrived or called. We called them 4x that night, just got the run around. Next day, still no call. We called again, was assured it would be delivered 9/20/14 we called tonight for delivery window.. We were told the order had been cancelled! They could not tell us when it was "Cancelled" nor by Whom... And we were told our money had not been refunded either and we could wait 7-10 business days! Unbelievable! Will never shop there again! No one should wonder or be surprised when Sears goes out of business. Very shady.

Ordered dishwasher online including installation and haul-away and installation parts. Had account with Sears when we ordered refrigerator 11 years ago, and did not notice old phone number, which to my surprise, is the key to find this new order for delivery.

Had to call them 4 days in a row to correct this mistake and confirm delivery which had been changed online by them to be on a Sunday. No email or calls to the corrected number was received. We were still on the phone yet again to ask the time of delivery when the order came the next day. (installation guy confirmed that they do not deliver on Sundays!).

Installation was fine and the appliance is fine so far.

Salespeople and delivery people apparently do not communicate among themselves, as the installation/delivery people had attested to. Will think twice before purchasing at Sears in the future.

I was delegated by my family to send a special family member, who had just gone through and survived a three hour surgery, flowers from us all. When I saw the lavender rose bouquet I knew we had a homerun because those two were her favorites! I mistakenly ordered from Sears. I ordered these: Enchanted Cottage –Premium and paid the Premium Price! Your Description: This magical bouquet will be at home in a cottage, a condo, a studio or an estate. It's so pretty it will be appreciated by all those lucky enough to receive it. Enchant someone today! White roses and spray roses, lavender stock and waxflower, all perfectly arranged in a clear glass vase that's wrapped with purple ribbon. Approximately 14 1/2" W x 16 1/2" H How embarrassing what was sent and yes there is quite a difference. There are three large Daisy type flowers, four pink carnations, ("WHERE ARE THE ROSES????" Lavender?????) I'm not sure what the tall purple flowers are called Babies breath and ferns. Received in a Mason jar!!!!!!! Their substitution policy says equal or greater value, well you sure missed there!!!! I ordered classy, and she received trashy! Three Daisy type flowers and four carnations for replacement of at least a dozen roses are you kidding me. And no lavender. I could have got her a better bouquet out of my flower garden and the arrangement leaves a lot to be desired.
