I will never shop at Sears again. I have been a customer for 35+ years and this last mess up with not showing up on a scheduled delivery, a 3 month back order - when I paid in full for the furniture they had the items in stock but after taking my money the items seemed to have disappeared - unacceptable.

They have wasted enough of my money and time for the last time. How many times does somebody have to stay home from work (and lose pay) to get a furniture set delivered in full.

Then when you say they can take the half of the order that they delivered back and refund all of your money they want to charge you a 20% restocking fee. What a joke.
