Sears review in Winter Park, Florida: Aggressive work environment. Pushy. Rude sexual harassment by male managers

This is regarding the sears call center located at 3825 forsyth road in winter park, florida. There is an outlet store and a raggedy nasty place where they actually have a call center full of idiots working there. This is a very hostile abusive and disgusting work environment. The place in general has a bunch of rude, fat pigs that work there. Anyone with an IQ less than 80 works at this place. It's a really weird place and everyone there is dumb, lacks an education and can't even speak english or full sentences. Now here's the part where it gets bad. That place is run by perverts and a lot of the managers try to and do *** with the female employees there. There are two *** by the name of alex and chris delville, who are both managers in that place. They *** with many of the female employees there!! How do I know? because one of these sleazy *** tried to do that to my girlfriend. She was upset and decided to quit and not do anything because there was no proof of it. These guys are slimy sleazy jerks and the company defends them and they're really shltty managers too. Also, she was told by other women who were actually sleeping with these two male *** Worse, these two dogs are even married! The sears holdings call center is a disgusting filthy place that is run by perverts who sexually harass women that work there. They are total *** and can get away with ANYTHING they *** want. I hope someone reads this and investigates into this place and does something about these two perverts who sexually harass women there. They are some real sickos. Do not work for this place if you are female because these two slimeballs WILL try to sleep with you. Sick! Also these MFers better watch out because my GF is talking to a lawyer and is going to press charges against these MFers or file a complaint at the least!

You only have the word of your girlfriend. Maybe she came onto them and was turned down.

Even if it is true, that isn't any reason for all the insulting name calling. Any time men and women work together there is going to be a certain amount of sexual inuendo that goes on. Girls/women have to know how to take it. Several years ago I worked in a factory and every now and then one or the others of us would have to call for maintenance to work on our machine.

These maintenance men always had some dirty joke or something to share. There was one young single woman that about 25-30 years old, that had never had a date and anytime one of these jokes came up you could almost see her "feathers get ruffled" for want of a better term. She just couldn't handle it and the rest of us just laughed a little bit.

Most of the repair work on a machine would only a few minutes, so it wasn't a long going process.

Ripped off by Sears Home Services Air Duct Cleaning

I called Sears to order air duct cleaning services only. The first thing Bernard asked when they got there was "where's your furnace?". I didn't have my guard up so told them where it was. Two helpers had brought a large vaccuum and were working on the ducts while Bernard immediately began to up sell me talking about mold and dust mites. He said I needed UV lights installed in the furnace. He lied on the invoice and wrote that the coil in my furnace was completely "blocked". I ordered 3 permanent filters which I will probably never see. Brooke (who claimed to be an employee but is really the owner of this franchise) told me I could not cancel the order becasue the filters were "custom cut". I told her I have standard sized vents but she insisted and said that FedEx would deliver the filters. No tracking number was provided, of course. Unfortunately I initialed next to each service they claimed to have done so I think I am screwed but I will dispute this with my credit card company who will contact the merchant. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH SEARS HOME SERVICES! They are a local franchise who pay to use the Sears name so people tend to trust them.

Sears credit card fiasco -yet I don't have one anymore!

Went to use my card and found out it had "expired". Seems that even though I said I didn't want a mastercard sears card they "sent" one anyway, which I NEVER GOT, and cancelled my regular sears card against my wishes. Now I have NO cards, am locked out of my account because I don't have the 3 digit security code from a card that I never got. These guys go WAY out of their way to let you know they JUST DON'T CARE about you or any customer. These geniuses even keep sending me zero balance statements and blank checks for an account I don't even have! When I try to call to cencel the account, I get rude ignorant people whose third grade educated brain cell hurts so bad just they can't get what your complaint is, say rude things to you, and just run you in circles until they disconnect you. The day sears goes down I'm going to paint my dog's butt blue and dance in the streets. These people are committing consumer suicide.

Sears review in Gloversville, New York: Forgot to put my package on truck!!!!

So I was going on vacation and its Feb, so no one has bathing suits out. I ordered online from Sears, I paid extra shipping to have it delivered in 2 days. I ordered it on a Tuesday, Friday it still hadn't showed I called ups explained them my situation and they told me they forgot to put it on the truck for today, and it won't be delivered till Monday(which will be to late I will be on vacation). I then wanted to know about the extra money I had paid for nothing, the informed me to call Sears to get my refund. ( I did, Sears was great) but how is it Sears fault the idiots at ups forgot to put it on truck? So be prepared to pay extra for shipping and wait 2 times as long as when you order. I will never use ups again, FedEx it is....

Sears review in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Refund Problem

In November 2013 I purchased a radio online to be given as a gift. When I pick up the radio at the Sears store and gave it as a Christmas gift. I found out it was defective. Called Customer service who told me to send the radio back and they would send me the return forms. At the same time I was told to buy the same radio as a replacement and they placed the order for me over the phone. I sent back the radio and it was recieved VIa UPS to Megagoods INC. in Vernon CA. on 1/7/2014 and signed by EMANUEL at the dock. I have called Customer service at least 6 times now and told the same thing. They will email the proper department and it will take 7 to 10 days and I would receive an email confirming my refund. It's now 2/17/2014 and no email or refund.

I hope you get your money but I feel certain you won't. The best advice I can give you is to call Citibank and talk to someone there if you charged it and then dispute it.

You will get no satisfaction from anyone at Sears. They are all untrained and rude yo customers.

I am buying my merchandise elsewhere now. I will pay off my card and close the account.

Enough is enough.
