Sears has taken my $299.99 for a service agreement back in March of 2018 and 8 months later did not fix my machine. They agreed to refund me my money in November, having not received a check A/o today
They told me today that they are not refunding my money. Sears is stealing my money without fulfilling the contract. How is this even allowed.?

Sears - No refund
On Nov.13th I had delivery service return a range that did not fit in my space. Sears has yet to refund my money. Over a $1000.00. I have phoned and emailed dozens of Sears customer reps and nobody does anything. I keep getting a run-a-round from them and wrong information. What do I have to do to get Sears to return my money

Sears does not stand by their product do not BUY from them
No help on warranty of parts for refrigerator. Will cost me almost a new fridge on my own. They do not stand by their SEARS service and hand book or warranty on parts and repairs.

Sears - Inaccurate information provided
Customer service rep. Disrespectful . Given information pertaining to obtaining a warranty and it was wrong information now I'm unable to get my food replaced for the same problem that was fixed originally. :
I purchased a fridge on 12/15/18 it was supposed to be ready for pick up in two weeks. When I called to see when I could pick it up I was told that it was on backorder and they did not know when it would be available. I had to call several times just to find this out....Read more
