Poor sercice

Refrigerator broken. Called the warranty department. The technician missed appointment. Called again and again. Some lady said they are going to escalate the issue. Should receive a reply with 24 hours . It is 3 weeks later , no respond . No one helps . Some lady even told me to rent a refrigerator for the Christmas and new year holidays. So poor

I have a protection agreement and Sears was unable to fix two products covered under the plan so I have to spend money to replace hot water tank and garage door opener both covered until 2023. They say no techs in the area valley of 3 million people. Close to 3 hours on the phone with Sears just a total joke

Doesn’t stand behind their appliances

I had a warranty. Compressor went out at 2 years. 5 repairs they tagged it as irreparable. Company wont replace it. Factory defect. Worst company ever. I have 9 emails stating they need 72 hours to review it They are a joke I cant even get a call back or anything. $3,800 new fridge bought in their store 3 years old.

Refund status

Well no more communication on their end. I contacted Sears during an online chat last Saturday and was assured I'd get an email of which I didnt. Last I heard from them they instructed me to get my refund from a store that has been closed for at least two weeks.

Get my dryer I bought

Pissed customer. Hi was called by seers in Ottawa Illinois on December 22 that my dryer was and I said I would be there with a truck and two men on December 23 the truck and two men went and there it was a note on the door that due to Covid exposure they were closed. I have tried repeatedly every number I can get a hold of every email everything to get somebody there that can give me my dryer Ive spent a fortune at the laundromat its an inconvenience and I feel sears should deliver that to me immediately and install it for nothing . Sears is dragging its feet replacing a refrigerator under warranty

I bought a Kenmore refrigerator on December 26, 2020, from Amazon Seller... Alphaben. the refrigerator quit working on 9/20/2021, I made a call to Sears appliance. The service tech came out and said it was defective and had to be replaced. I called the warranty people and have had no results from them, they keep saying they cannot authorize a replacement until Customer Solutions approves it, I call yesterday and talked with customer solutions, now they are saying that someone else has to make the determination on when and how it will be replaced. I have not had a refrigerator since 9/20/2021, this is outrageous, I am getting nothing but being jerked around while trying to get you all to replace the refrigerator under warranty (the Case # is 728****). The seller said in an Amazon message from him that they would do nothing to assist me to get a replacement, it was not their problem or responsibility. It was between me and Sears warranty. My only option is to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney's General Office of Consumer Affairs, and the BBB. If I have no solution by Monday, November 1, I will file a complaint with all three offices. This nonsense needs to stop.

Refund status

I was disconnected twice before I could talk with a representative. I did chat with Sears online. I was told I'd get an email and I did. They suggested I get my refund from the store I returned my item to. But as I explained to the they charged me again and refunded that money because my order was cancelled. The store closed last week for good. I still was charged 211.69 when I ordered online and have no item or refund.

Screwed up service on dishwasher

I've been waiting for over a month to get my dishwasher fixed. Two parts were ordered. I received one but the other is on backorder. I talked to someone and he was gokng to check on that part. I never heard back. In the meantime Sears has scheduled 2 appointments. First time the guy was sick. Today the guy showed up but doesn't have the 2nd part. I chatted with someone at Sears to explain before the guy showed up but just ended up with an idiot who had no clue. Where is the 2nd part. The guy today said it showed my order was cancelled on the 14th because they couldn't reach me. B.S. What the *** I am not impressed with Sears by any means. I WANT MY DISHWASHER FIXED AND NO MORE RUN AROUND

Installation

Installers never showed up on 1/6/2022. Called customer service and guy started they installation was canceled.

When I ask why o was redirect to three agents and each of them told me I had the wrong department.

So they just kept transferring me until one claim she didnt hear me and hung up.

There customer service center is a waste of money but I am guess it is outsourced to another company where they pay the workers less than minimum so the compost are heads at Sears can continue to live luxury lives.

Based on Not being able to have my concerns addressed by and deficient customer service response team I would never purchase anything from Sears. Who wants to purchase something from a company and not get answers to you questions.

I am writing this review after I called and stayed on hold for more than hour with no resolve and not being able to get answers from anyone.
