Installation
Installers never showed up on 1/6/2022. Called customer service and guy started they installation was canceled.
When I ask why o was redirect to three agents and each of them told me I had the wrong department.
So they just kept transferring me until one claim she didnt hear me and hung up.
There customer service center is a waste of money but I am guess it is outsourced to another company where they pay the workers less than minimum so the compost are heads at Sears can continue to live luxury lives.
Based on Not being able to have my concerns addressed by and deficient customer service response team I would never purchase anything from Sears. Who wants to purchase something from a company and not get answers to you questions.
I am writing this review after I called and stayed on hold for more than hour with no resolve and not being able to get answers from anyone.

User's recommendation: Do not sure Sears until they make their customer service center more under firiendly and hire knowledgeable employees who don’t bounce from one customer service representative to another
