Sears can't deliver at a reasonable time

I ordered a gas range/stove from Sears.com. I was told that delivery would be on the 27th, which was already a week after I ordered it. I told them that I needed an afternoon delivery. When I got the call to give me my delivery window, the delivery time was between 10:15 and 12:15. This would not fit my work schedule, since I needed an afternoon delivery. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes on the phone, I was able to speak with someone about getting a later delivery time and was told that the next available delivery was on the 10 of September. This would be 4 weeks after I ordered the range and also during my vacation. He would "be happy" to set up delivery for the 17th, but would still not be guaranteed an afternoon delivery. This was unacceptable, so I took my business somewhere else.

Sears warrenty service, 2 weeks to fix a Fridge

Sears warranty service is a reason to never buy at Sears In February 27th of this year we replaced a refrigerator with a new Kenmore refrigerator / Freezer. Today, August 26th everything in the refrigerator side was frozen, and the water dispenser no longer dispensed water. I called Sears service 800 number, requested a warranty service call, and was told that I would have to wait over 2 weeks until September 10th for a warranty service call. The agent suggested I call customer solutions at another number. I called the customer solutions number, and was again told that I would be waiting until September 10th, but was promised a call back to arrange an earlyer service date. I am still waiting for the call back. I then called customer solutions again and asked to have the unit replaced, and was told that it could not be replaced with out 4 service calls in one year. I asked if I could have an non-sears service company fix it, and was told that using an outside service company, I would void the warranty and Sears would not pay for the repairs. So, they will not fix it in a timely manner, they will not replace it, and the warranty is voided if I use an alternate service company. Kafka could not have written a more convoluted warranty. This is the last large appliance I will ever buy from Sears.

I bought a $600.00 service contract on my Zero Turn mower, had to call Sears three times and still have not got parts to fix it. I wish I had never bought it!

Sears online customer service is a joke

I ordered and entertainment center paid for it and i was sent a 5.00 dish instead you read right a dish now they want me to pay again reorder my entertainment center i will not this is the third time they screw up they do not refund your money either they keep sending the ups guy to come and pick up the bowl only problem is they give him a tag sticker that keeps saying entertainment center pick up i called sent 25 emails pointing out their mistake they keep doing it now they want me pay again because they screwed up they told me they give me 40% off my order they refuse to place my order again corprate a joke their busy playing golf not want over ride these *** business practice you pay for an order they *** up they tell you that you have to pay again you never get a refund if exaple you want something it says its 175.00 be prepaired to pay 350.00 for it never get a refund you be fighting with them untill your grand kids graduate school have grand kids of their own they are theif and lyers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sears has terrible systems ans service

I ordered an item on line. It was suppose to be in the store but after I ordered it they said it wasn't. I went to cancel the order but no one could help. A supervisor was suppose to get on the phone but after 20 minutes they just hung up on me I called back and after another 15 minutes a supervisor in on line solution Pamela said systems were down but she would call me once it was resolved. Of course she didn't and no way to get back to her as they won't you give their extensions. I emailed and the *** who responded said it would be in the store She doesn't seem to understand the word cancel either.

I found the perfect treadmill, applied for Sears card, was approved. went to order the treadmill and Sears bumped the price up by $1000! what a joke!! wont be using the Sears card. Not to mention when I went on Nordictrack.com they were selling it for the sale price...

Sears On-Line is Bad, very Bad

So I purchased an item from Sear On-Line. It wasn't to be delivered by Sears but rather a third party. The price seemed quite good, but postage was very high, still together it was a good price. I was told I wouldn't even receive the item for month. OK I guess to save some money its worth it. It wasn't. So almost a month goes by and I receive an e-mail that the item was shipped. But wait, an hour later I receive an email that the item was returned and I was being refunded the money. I payed with PayPal which gave me some protection. So I go back to the Sears site, and look for the same item. It comes up from the same seller, but now instead of being the $30 I paid, the price was $132. Note that the list price of the item was about $65, so this price was just ridiculous. So I'm pissed because they waited almost a month to tell me they weren't going to give me the item I purchased, and not honor my order. Why it would even take a month for an item to arrive in this day and age should have been a red flag right there. Something is seriously wrong at Sears. Don't give them a cent until you have the item in-hand.

Sears sold me a junk gold chain.

i bought a gold chain from sears in salem oregon.bought in febuary 2012 when taking it offone night in april it came apart. i put it up,till one day i was in the store.i talk to a lady that was ruder then ***.i left and went to fred myers jewelers and paid them to fix it.i got it back put it on.that same day that night when taking it off it broke in a diffrent spot.went back to fred myers and as the lady was taking the chain out of the bag rite in front of me and other workers the chain broke in a nother spot.that is when they told me to go talk to sears.i even called sears main office.and all i got was put for tow weeks to be told they was not going to do any thing for me.so i am out $400.00 plus all the time i have put in to this.i just do not some one eles to have to go through this.buy at a place like fred myers that will stand behind,what they sell.i got a lot of gold chains.but i will never buy another dam thing from sears

Sears portrait

I made an appointment with Sears Portrait studio in tri county mall Cincinnati oh for 730 PM. Its already 8.13 while I am typing this, but still waiting for my turn to come. GOD KNOWS why they. have appointment schdule and all that jazz. The girl from studio called 2 times in last 2 days to confirm the time. Pure waste of time on Friday evening. Planned something after the appointment which I am sure gonna miss it. Please bring some professionalism and respect the schedule and value for others time please. Sears and their 3rd party companies

I ordered something back in November 2011 that kept saying on line that I received since November 2011. It charged my credit card and everything. I called to let them know that I didnt receive it. Sometime in December, the company said they delivered it to me, but I didnt find this out until I was inquiring why I had noticed a balance on my charge card. I moved to a whole new state and never received the product. The representative on the phone said I had to pay for it whether I received it or not because I ordered it. Trick Sears and I hope they run out of business within the next year. I want to got to court for that!

Sears in Saint Louis, Missouri - REALLY, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

My 5 year old Bosch washing machine wasn't working. I called Sears for repair with the confidence that they would take care of me. After all it is a national company with over 100 years of establishment. Well, I was wrong!~ They couldn't figure out what was wrong, so they ordered miscellaneous parts. After 6 visits, yes 6, to my house with different parts each time, I finally said enough. They gave me a refund slip and said that all money would be refunded. However, they did not keep their word. They only refunded the amount for the part. THEY STILL OWE ME $132 according to the refund slip that was given to me and approved by the supervisor. This is now in the hands of the upper management, where end, lies the problem! They are refusing to refund the $132 even though the service man and his supervisor agreed it was the proper thing to do since NO SERVICE WAS PREFORMED!
