Sears, late delivery, broken merchandise

I recently purchased a treadmill from Sears in Wayne NJ. They charged extra for weekend delivery, they made me wait for the delivery for the entire day, they delivered it late and the treadmill they brought was broken already so they took it back. Now, they are making me wait for another week, they are delivering it on a weekday and they do not tell me when will they deliver. I already paid extra for weekend delivery, wait for the whole day now I have to *** from work to get that delivered. These people do not fit this country but rather to third world country.

Sears in Oceanside, California - Are they kidding?

It took 4 people and 1/2 hour to return some clothing. Once I got home I noticed the amount was wrong. Worst customer service EVER! I will never go to Sears ever again. Terrible Service at Sears Electronic Department

I tried to contact the Manager 4 times. Left 2 messages. One of the employees gave me wrong name. How dumb is that if you do not know your boss's name. The manager was not in the office in the am and is out in the pm. I want to buy a TV that was last year''s model at another store 35 miles away (pick up only). My present TV weighs 200 pounds and I am not about to try and move it off of a stand. I explained this to two employees that were dumb as bricks. I am willing to pay extra for them to ship it. If I don't hear from the manager shortly, I will go buy another model from another store. That way if I have a problem, I will not have to go thru so many dummies.

Kmart & Sears are indeed thieves. After working 6 months they've attempted to send me mail saying that they've paid me over the amount which I was owed.

Which is not true and would be an issue on them not me. The Sears holding company itself had recently updated terms and a contract to those whom are employees that they may not take action against the company legally if they do not sign the contract.

Sears at Mall closes at 8:00pm daily!

My husband and I are avid SEARS customers, having bought countless items for home and garage over the years. Looking for an item in particular, we drove 20 minutes to our local SEARS at Shenango Valley Mall in Hermitage,PA, only to be told by the associates that the store would be closing in 10 minutes! This was news to us, as it used to be open until at least 9:00pm daily! We did not have time to find the needed item, and instead went to our local LOWE'S where we not only purchased it, but several other things! Are they trying to purposely lose business at this SEARS? On our way out of the store this day, 6-7 other people were coming in to shop. We told them to save their time as they were too late! With that, everyone left the parking lot!We will think twice about going back to this SEARS!

Any shop that is in a Mall has to OPEN/CLOSE when the mall says it should. It is not SEARS' fault.

Sears screwed me out of 2 days pay

worst customer service ever. I bought a washer dryer and was told delivery would be 2 days later on a friday. I waited all day friday and gave them a call about 5 pm. They said washer and dryer werent even loded on the truck that morning. So there is one day i burned up waiting on sears. They told me it would be here on sunday so i again cancel anything i have to do and waite. Called them today (Sunday) and they don't have any record of a sunday delivery date. They told me it would be next wednesday for delivery. So to Sears my time is worth nothing. 2 days off work and a sunday lost waiting for them to get there act strait. I sent them a couple e-mails about it and they cant even figure out that i bought any thing from them. I called the store where i boght it and the machine on the other end told me every body was busy and to leave a message to have them call me back. I did and they never called me back. I cant figure out a way to resolve this other than canceling my order and getting my money back. They have no regard for there customers and I havent even recived so much as an apoligy from them. Worst service ever. Dont buy anything from sears
